I work a dealership right up the road from them. Everytime I repair a gm I use Wayne at Dp auto to do all the programming and everything else we can t do. That is the best family own shop I know. This shop is so great I have called them and asked tech questions or points and doesn t care to help. You looked for a great place to bring your vehicle I would recommend him in a heart beat

Once the owner where I used to take my car for service passed away and his shop closed, I began to look for another place close to where I live with reasonable service. DP Automotive was recommended and I'm glad I gave them a chance. They fixed an issue with a very difficult to troubleshoot wiring issue that was causing a fault code. I have had several other services done with them and they have always done right by me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wayne is a super nice guy. This shop just helped a friend of mine out with her Malibu. She has had to evacuate from hurricane Laura and came to my house in Tennessee. On her way up she noticed a few things that needed taking of. They fixed her car right up and gave it a good look over to make sure she makes it back to Lake Charles safely. Very affordable and excellent customer service!

Very professional staff and very knowledgeable. I had my car to 2 other mechanics that just threw parts at it but didn't fix it. They took the time to break down the issue and figure out the problem.

I was stranded and my 2008 Chevy 3500 Duramax was dead. These guys got me up and running in no time and we're fair. I had an electrical issue and they diagnosed it quickly and didn't take advantage of the situation. THESE ARE GOOD HONEST PEOPLE!

Every time I take my car there and have them to fix it will do fine for a couple days an same thing will go bad again I to 1 car I had there 5 times an was the same issue every time I do not recommend this place to anyoneService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I have had DP fix both of my GM vehicles since they opened their shop on 11W. This includes numerous different repairs from ignition troubles to replacing cylinder heads and a transfer case and routine maintenance like transmission filter and fluid change and spark plugs. I trust them 100%. Wayne and Daniel have always been professional and I have never had an issue with their work or their prices. I recommend them to everyone I know and no one has ever been disappointed with their work.

Could not figure out what was wrong. They found bad ignition control module. They are expensive, but their work is of highest quality. One reason they are a little higher is they only put on factory parts or parts they will back the work on.

best auto mechanic in east TN . They know motors and engines so well and do t relay on coding machines . Wayne is the mechanic you want to check your vehicle.
