Bought my dream car Mini Cooper 2 months ago. First service message comes up. Front brake pads and oil change. Wasn't about to let just any shop touch my car. Fortunately, I passed this shop while out one day. Never easy to hand over your car to a shop for the first time. But I will say, the experience from first call to picking it up was very professional and easy. I already expected costs of maintenance and repairs to be high on a Mini. I don't know prices yet to determine if I was overcharged or not. But, if I have to pay a little more for quality techs who know how to take care of my car, and it's closer than going to Knoxville Mini, I'm ok with it. I hope my future dealings will be as good and fair as this one.

High pressure fuel pump went out of my panamera. Not an unusual occurrence for a Porsche. However, an expensive repair. I had warranty, but at first they were reluctant to deal with the warranty service, which I can understand. They tend to be very squirrely and a pain when it comes to installing new parts versus refurbished and having the whole inspection thing done. However, after I middle manned the initial communication between Blue ridge and my warranty, everything went smoothly. I will definitely be using them for my regular maintenance on my car going forward.

I continue to put my trust with these guys. They never pressure me to get anything done unless it s absolutely necessary along with their knowledge advice on what I should look out for. I chose this shop not too long after I first purchased a used Mercedes SUV. The previous shop said I needed a new transmission. When I went for a second opinion, BRM said I did not. I ve been with them ever since. They do not take advantage of a lady that doesn t know much about cars!

In for an oil change; the work was done quickly and included a thorough check of all vehicle systems, fluid levels and tire pressures, followed by a test drive to evaluate how it was driving-i.e. no rattles, vibrations, pulling to one side and braking performance.Very professional and reasonably priced.Highly recommend!

Very happy to have found Blue Ridge Motorworks. The closest Mini dealership is located 90 miles away, and it is nice to find someone close by who you can trust to service your car. The professionals at Blue Ridge Motorworks do a thorough inspection each time I visit. They work efficiently, are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer reasonable pricing for services rendered.

Excellent service, always efficient and fast. I've been taking our X5s to them for years. Even as we buy new, we take them to Blue Ridge Motorworks over the dealership. They can solve about any issue that we've thrown at them. Great Business. Great option for North East TN BMW owners.

Took my son s car to have a loss of power diagnosed. They had the car all day long to call and tell me at 4:30 it had aftermarket parts on it and that they wouldn t touch it hello!? You didn t see them when you popped the hood at 9 a.m.??? Never again will these people get my business. Stay Away!!!

Great customer service from the first phone call to the last. I live in Atlanta. My son lives in Johnson City. It's great to have a shop that is honest and skilled to repair an older BMW. David and Chase are great.

Blue Ridge Motorworks was my go-to BMW repair place for the 7 years that I lived in Kingsport. They were always great to work with, and they always took good care of my cars.I moved away in 2021, but when visiting the area in February this year my car had a problem, and they were able to squeeze me in in an emergency.I have nothing but great things to say about them.

I brought my son s Jetta in because it sounded his brakes were grinding when applied. We bought the car used and didn t and figured we were going to have to put new brakes on it. Blue Ridge Motorworks found that all it needed was an adjustment (of some sort) and brakes were just fine! Fixed the problem at a fraction of what I was prepared to spend. These folks are honest! This is where we ll be taking our vehicles from now on! Five stars all the way Service: Brakes

Spent $4,000 on engine rebuild. First day got it back didn t drive it no more than 10 miles when check engine light came on. Blue ridge Motorworks fully claims this has nothing to do with original engine repair and warranty doesn t cover it. My car didn t have this many problems until I started taking it to BRM. These guys will make stuff up in order to make you pay!!! Don t go here it s awful the way they handle peoples cars.

Called and talked to Chase about coding out the light check after I installed LED headlights. He refused and was rude and condescending. I will not do business with these people!

Ok......they fixed my water pump, 2300.00$. And a oil livel sensor. Now my tps sensor doesn't work. ALSO. THE MAIN COMANT. is that someone stole a black gloss 335i emblem from my dash board, that was planning on swapping for My oem 335i emblem. And the ceramic wax bottle was missing from my trunk also. Do not go here. They are thieves.

Do you know what it s like for a vehicle to stop almost 600 miles from where you live? That happened to me and our Audi was towed to Blue Ridge. They analyzed the problem and made repairs quickly. I was more than pleased with their prompt repair and the cost. I was glad we used these guys, you will be too!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

If you have a BMW these guys are the go too in Ti Cities area. Have used them for all my service repairs and have never been disappointed. Chase and the crew there are very professional and their work is second to none. Their pricing is usually half of the local BMW dealership would highly recommend them and have to all my friends.

The first mechanic I spoke to was very respectful in which he knew that I would do my research on the part he said that was bad on my vehicle and gave me the time to do so.. The next mechanic that called me was very rude and didn t care that he was talking to his customer and literally blew a several thousand dollar repair for Blue ridge motor works just by opening his disrespectful old mouth!! But it gets worse.. after my research I discovered a repair shop that would repair my vehicle for thousands less and didn t mark up their parts and service out the roof. You guys lost lots of business and current, and future clients on this for lacking customer service skills and being a ripoff!

I took my ML350 in to have a new rack installed and to have the hatch release fixed. Over $3500 in work. I picked my car up and it was lurching so bad I could barely drive it. Yet, they would not acknowledge anything was wrong with it at all. Also, the check engine light came on right after I left, so I turned around immediately and went back only to be told they were too busy to deal with it and I would need to leave it and pay a diagnosis fee for them to completely troubleshoot the system. I ended up fixing the MAF sensor myself that had become damaged during whatever front end work they had done. Several weeks after the work on the rear hatch I started getting weird electrical issues and after troubleshooting myself, found water coming in around the hatch and it had gone down into the rear SAM (computer module) and shorted it out. My 14 year old son rebuilt the SAM and reinstalled as well as fixed the leaks. This was my first and last trip to a non-Mercedes dealer for service. The car hasn't been the same since and I actually ended up buying another car due to the ongoing issues. If I could give negative stars I would. The workmanship is shoddy, very expensive, and their business model is very self-serving in that they mess up more than they fix and want to charge you to fix it. I'll NEVER be back. I have many friends with German cars that I have steered clear of this place as well.Richard Hale
