Pretty standard for commercial tires. My honest opinion is that these guys are awesome and knowledgeable BUT.... something about their location, parking lot and mostly the layout keeps them from breaking into the market for passenger tire sales. Maybe that is by design! Since we have a small commercial fleet it's not a big deal.
