Very knowledgeable employees. I was impressed with the knowledge of batteries that they have. A refreshing change from what I ve experienced at other places. Online ordering was also easy and notified me telling me it s ready to pick up. I found an RV battery here that I couldn t find anywhere else. The warranty was also a selling point for me. Thanks for properly training your employees. Made the experience great!

Love the convience of ordering online and getting notified when it s ready to be picked up. The discount coupon codes that they offer regularly are also a plus. Been a customer for a long time.

Had my phone screen replaced by Corey and he was so helpful and pleasant. Even helped me with a coupon to save me a little. He had my phone fixed and back to me in no time with no waiting. Hope his manager realizes what an excellent employee Corey is! He's a real asset to the company. Hard to find good people like him these days.

The store manager, Josh, was so arrogant & rude, cutting me off & treating me like I was an idiot because of his over-inflated perception of his abilities that I'd rather buy a new phone than ever have to deal with him again over insufficient repairs!

I took out the cell phone replacement warranty thru batteries plus, it really was worth it! I have a s8+ and the screen's are easily broken. They fixed it 3 times within 2 years, great help! The either were always polite, helpful and they fixed it timely! I highly recommend this store!

Sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a change in mind on a battery charger and returned it the next day. Transaction was flawless and employee steered me in a replacement that I am extremely satisfied with. Great experience all around.

Taylor is an amazing representative. I thought she had worked there for years based on her professional knowledge and all the achievements on her badge but I later learned she had only been there less than 6 months! Very impressed and pleased with my service. Would highly recommend going and working with her.

I was disappointed at the time before I got the battery. I had to call to see if it was in , I thought I should have been notified that it had came in. I also didn't like the way the refund on the core charge was handled. I will have to make another trip to try to get the core charge refunded to my credit card. I had some one else pick up the battery and they had the core with them but they didn't have my credit card. So no refund to the credit card or a cash refund. I believe it was over 2 weeks before I called to find out the status of my order. I was told it was there. Not a good place to deal with.

The staff is very hard working and kind. They have many great brands of batteries. I do recommend their store brand batteries for an Xbox controller.

Took my phone for battery replacement and got quick and friendly service. Later, I found the volume control no longer worked. I returned the phone and learned a part was broken during replacement (probably a design defect). The store was very apologetic and replaced the phone with a new one. I was impressed by the way they stand behind their work!

They were nice but seemed to be unsure of how to program the FOB we just purchased. Came on a Saturday afternoon to pick it up but they had no customer support on Saturday so a wasted trip. My wife had to go back out on Monday and they still had trouble programming the FOB

Very expensive and poor customer service - why should I ever want to be their customer? I brought a battery in to be soldered at their convenience. They agreed to do it and give me a call when ready. Never heard from them and when I went to pick it up, they could not do it because....well, I had to buy the component batteries from them. So they were not willing to help me out with the nasty excuse that the batteries I had were not bought from them. Problem is the price of their batteries was more than twice the ones I had bought online! Strike one. I then asked for a price for a replacement key fob for my car "$99 refurbished, $220 new. We are our of stock for refurbished at the moment". Do you charge for programming? "Yes $45 - your total with tax will be around $300". Really guys? For $300 I can go to the dealer who I know overcharges but even them can do it for less with real customer service. Thanks but no thanks, I dont need Batteries Plus Bulbs in my life and I'm better off thanks to that!

I recently broke my Samsung Galaxy S21 screen and wasn't sure and was hesitant to have it fixed. I had it repaired at Batteries Plus in Kingsport, the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They quoted me 1 hour for repair and it was fixed like new. I would highly recommend and would comeback again in the future.

Quick service and we got the lifetime battery for our watches and this visit was about the third time they had replaced the one in my wife's watch. Only took a few minutes and the employees were wearing masks or behind a clear protective barrier while they helped you.

Taylor is awesome and helped execute a solution, in a timely manner, to what could have been a disaster for me and my business. I appreciate when employees show respect to their customers as well as care for their situations while being knowledgeable and passionate about their career....and that is just what Taylor provided. They fixed my screen in a timely manner and the people were very friendly. Had a $10 off coupon for scheduling appointment online and my iPhone was fixed and looking brand new for a reasonable price.

Had the screen replaced on my daughters Iphone 6s plus. Parts were in stock, price was reasonable and they were able to complete the service in under an hour. Phone is good as new.

I wouldn't even give this place one star the first time I came and got my screen fixed everything was perfect. Not even two months later the screen started separating from my phone and i took it back in there and they said there's nothing they can do about it even though I had my receipt and a six month warranty that they could only give me $15 off . I paid $140 to get it fixed in the first place . I will not be taking any of my products in there anymore. Plus the manager was very rude to me.

Replaced battery in iPad Air 2 after the authorized Apple Service Center said it had to be sent in as it needed micro soldering to replace it. Not true. Batteries Plus had it ready in less than 24 hours. A+++

Scott did a great job fixing my phone!! Shattered my Galaxy s8 screen last night and it was replaced within an hour and a half of dropping my phone off. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend speaking with them for any phone repair needs. Total cost was about $250 to replace the screen. Painful, but still about $75-$100 cheaper than any other place I called in the Tri-Cities. Thanks for the great help today, y'all were life savers!!

I recently broke my phone screen and it was fixed within a couple hours. My most recent purchase was for a battery for my computer. I was able to order it online and pick it up within 30 minutes. The staff is very helpful.

I came to the store 10 days ago to buy a screen protector Out of stock I was told they could order one and call me when it came in I had to pay in full up front. No one called so I called the store to check on my item. I was told that it had come in I asked if the store was open and if someone was there to install it for me I was told the store was open and someone was there to install my protector I drove 55 miles and when I got to the store the clerk told me that they could not install it I told here I had called to make sure and was told there was someone in the store that could install it She said well we made a mistake I asked to be compensated for my mileage and trouble She just laughed and said they couldn't do that

Horrible Experience. Had iPhone Screen replaced. Damaged the speaker, new screen, and damaged the home button. Lost invaluable pictures I was told I wouldn't have. Got a new screen replaced under warranty. Still had damaged speaker and streaks in that new screen. Both screens themselves were always glitchy while in use, couldn't ever answer calls or hang up, had a mind of it own. Worst mistake I ever made. NOT OEM quality screens or even close to it, NOR certified professionals doing the installs.

Ordered online picked up at the store. Very smooth transaction. 4 stars because it was considerably more expensive than ordering from amazon. But I needed the cell phone battery replacement quick.
