I had an amazing experience with B & E Collision. Every person I interacted with went above and beyond my expectations. Greg Blankenship was particularly impressive. I had hit a deer probably less than 5 days prior to me contacting B & E Collision, and had passengers side headlight, right fender, hood, grill, front bumper, and underskirt damage. When they replaced the drivers side non-damaged headlight, they accidentally discarded the good LED high and low beam lights in that housing. I asked about the non-damaged side, and Greg said they were probably gone. However, he promised to order a set of both and kept me informed via email. The pickup was delayed by a few days due to waiting on parts, but I was understanding of it. They gave me periodic updates via emails and text messages.A few years ago, my 2014 Tahoe was damaged when I hit a deer. I took it to JH Collision Center, but I had issues with them during the process, and the work was sub-par. They tried to have me sign off on it, but I refused as they had a bad paint job with little holes in the paint that you could see to the base metal and a good amount of over spray on the windows. I regretted not using B & E Collision at that time. Now, I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs work done with their vehicle damage. B&E is the best in the area. They took great care of my car, gave me a full and honest walkthrough of all the repairs they were doing, kept me updated on every thing they found, and answered every question I had (which was plenty). They worked with my insurance and the rental car company also to make sure it was a smooth and easy experience. They also cleaned my car better than any car wash I ve been to in years! I believe Stacy and Anthony were the people I spoke with and they re both so nice and helpful! Thank you again to everyone there!

I stopped by on a Saturday to find worker, Thomas, in the shop. He was so helpful in explaining the process and what next step are in repairs. What a wonderful, unexpected delight! Most garages try to rip single women off. This employee made me feel I can trust this business with my vehicle and money, providing peace of mind. Everyone wants a trustworthy company, especially when it comes to safety of the family. Thanks, again, Thomas!

Had a claim from my car being hit in a parking lot. Needed driver's front fender replaced, headlights, header panel, front bumper and painted. Got the car back with a bumper that looks like hot garbage, my door panel was super glued in a spot without permission, and power driver's side mirror doesn't work now. Paint on hood and fender looks good and blended well, but the shop did literally no prep work to the bumper and there are runs, holes, and tons of jagged edges in the paint and bumper. The bumper flops around and has no structure and doesn't fit right. The header panel was supposed to be new, but on pickup it was already cracked in a few places and the headlights are not held in rigid. The work is a joke and so it the warranty they claim to give you for the work, as I have not been able to get the shop to fix ANYTHING about the entire ordeal. I wouldn't let them even paint a door handle on anything after this. I'm sick of having a bumper that looks this bad on a car that's all straight besides it, it's just embarrassing.

My wife hit a deer a few weeks ago, the tow truck came a got the vehicle and took it to B&E Collision the next morning. As soon as they received the vehicle we were immediately contacted with a projected date of completion and it was finished before that date. Updates were provided as needed during the entire process. We were even able to drop the rental vehicle to B&E so there was no additional trip needed for return. Our car looks great not only on the outside but they even cleaned the inside! They did body work on my car replacing a headlight assembly and bumper. They put a used headlight on and it was discoloured. I called them and they stated State Farm required they use used parts. I took the car to the insurance agent to show him and he said that was a poor job and they do not require used parts. He took pics and sent them to corporate. I then went by B and E and they said the agent didn t know what they were talking about but they would redo it. While waiting on a part my husband changed the oil and noticed they had left over half of the screws or clips in bumper. When I took it back for headlight I mentioned the clips. The man said he would have them check it. I left my water bottle there and the next day my husband went by to pick up my cup. They told him that someone had hit something again knocking part of the bumper off. When I left the day before nothing was mentioned to me about the bumper and I forgot about it. I drive the car and I know nothing was hit. The part of the bumper falling off was probably due to them not securing it properly with the bolts or clips. This was our first time using them and our last. After we complained the first time we received a letter saying how thankful they were we chose them and if everything was not satisfactory please let them know and everyone in the office signed it. My mother also had her vehicle fixed there and never received a letter. They knew we were not satisfied and sent us a letter. Again, I do not recommend this businessService: Auto body & trim repair

I had them paint my hood on my 2017 Mazda3. Had some rock Chips and a dime sized rust spot. They did an amazing job. It looks absolutely perfect. Everyone says my car looks so great now. I highly recommend this place. I've used them a few times in the past. They always have done an excellent job!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They are amazing!!!!Service: Painting

Someone came over into my lane and scraped the side of my 4runner. I took it to B&E and they did a fantastic job! You can't even tell where the scrapes were. And another plus is they finished my 4runner 5 days ahead of what they quoted me to begin with. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They fixed my car after an accident several years ago. A few months ago a hazy spot popped up on the paint they had put in my car. I remembered they have a warranty on their paint. I called to ask about the warranty. They were very pleasant and told me to bring my car by fir them to look at. They looked at the spot, told me they would make it right, no hassle or questions asked. I got my car back in a couple of days, and it looked amazing!!Service: Body & Trim

Did a great job on my Rav 4....it looked great and was even clean when I picked it up. The people there were super friendly. The girl working at the desk even got ahold of my ins company for me in reference to an issue I had with my deductible. Awesome awesome people. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Greg & the guys at B&E collision took care of my car repair from start to finish. This was my first major repair & they were very helpful throughout the process. This is my 2nd time I've had B& E repair my car from two separate incidents that were not my fault. They did amazing work both times. They made sure I had a rental car waiting on me when I arrived to drop my car off. They make sure to update you on your service everyday. Friendly customer service and care about their customers. Update: Our pick up date ended up getting pushed back more times to count but finally all of our repair work was finally complete and I was able to pick my car up on March 11, 2023 (almost 6 months post accident). The manager was kind enough to come in on the weekend when they were closed to let us pick up the car since we were not local to Kingsport and he apologized for the length of our repair time due to their staffing shortage. Since having our car back, we have not had any issues with any of the repair work. I have changed my review from a 1 to 2 star rating. While we are satisfied with the work they completed, it makes it very hard to recommend them due to very poor communication with the customer and dishonest timeline updates throughout the course of our repairs. You might have better luck in the future if you can catch them when they are not as busy or are fully staffed.My accident occurred September 17th 2022 and they still have not finished the repairs. We were told multiple times our car was being worked on to find out later that was not true. Repairs did not finally begin until the week of January 16, 2023. The estimated pick up date has just now been pushed back for the third time since the beginning of January 2023 and now the shop is no longer giving me a timeline for repairs or an estimated pick up date. They already have their money from my insurance company for all the repairs but I still do not have my brand new 2022 Honda Pilot back yet. They have not once reached out on their own to give me an update on my vehicle and I have to call multiple times daily/weekly to get anyone to return my phone call. This is just simply not good business and I strongly discourage anyone from using their services moving forward.Service: Auto body & trim repair

A huge THANK YOU to B&E for the repair that they did on our 4Runner! Our vehicle was backed into while in a parking lot and received bumper damage that required the entire bumper to be replaced. From the moment we went into B&E, we knew that we had made the right decision to bring our vehicle there. From the front receptionist, to the estimator, to the body shop, the entire process was easy and efficient! We were told it would take approximately 3-4 days to finish, they finished it by the next day! They went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work that had been completed. Hit a peacock on the road and damaged my hood and some things behind the grill. B and E got me in a week before we were to go to the beach and had my truck fixed and detailed. I got into an accident involving a deer completely messed my whole entire front end up. This company was the best and I would recommend anyone there. They kept really good updates with my car. The staff there is a 10/10 and took care of all my needs! The owners are the best people you will ever meet! They are very very slow and they scam insurances with lies about their cheap and sloppy paint jobs! Plus they put very thin coatings on your vehicle! The passenger rear door of our car was damaged, while the car was parked. They eventually did a great job, but we had to go back four times.The work they do is great, they just need to inspect it before they declare it finished.I will go there again

I had experiences with B & E Collision and another body shop in Kingsport this year(2022). Fair to say that both body shops did good jobs in repair itelf. However, B & E did not seem to have "good" quality control in terms of taking care of customers' belongings where they touch. When I received my car back, I noticed that things originally stored around/inside the console/storage, which they had to remove to get the repair done, were "spread" several places in my car with some things on one of my car door panel storage boxes and others in the back of my car. It ended with one of lug nuts in my car's wheel locks package being missing which I have not lost a thing while having had my tires changed/services at Walmart for 10+ years. I called the manager about this and was told that it probably had been spilled and lost during the repair, not having had offered a replacement. A lug nut would not cost much to recover by myself, but I am not happy the way that this had been handled. Fortunately, the wheel lock key had not been lost, which would have cost more to recover. Before dropping your car off, would better ask them where they would touch and do some clean-up and get your belongings with you.My RO 27579 and my vehicle was Honda Odyssey.Service: Auto body & trim repair
