Man, good thing my co worker told me to get my battery checked after jumping me. Thankfully Hayden H helped me because he didn't even have to actually check the battery with the machine because he saw it leaking already. He saw my batter was somehow cracked and got my battery and cleaned the mess, and was nice about the whole situation. He probably won't see it but thank you again for helping me and replacing my battery!

Amazing customer service. Had a incident with my alternator going out 2 hours from home and they helped me match the part and lent me the tools to change it in their parking lot. The employee gave me great advice on changing my alternator and i would highly reccomend this place to anyone. I am a car enthusiast and its nice to see a auto parts store with employees that actually have car knowledge. Back home its hard to get parts matched correctly and you can forget advice. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for everything.

I had went to the dealership and they wanted a lot for my repair. When I went to the auto zone store in Kingsport , Allen was fantastic. He helped me fix my issue and had a great attitude. I will continue to go there for my auto needs. Thank you again Allen.

Visited this location looking for a cheap piece of automotive carpet for a project and with the help of Allen, I found exactly what I needed. The impressive part was even though it was only a $10 part, he made me feel just as important as if it had been $100.

Very helpful staff great place to get my auto parts and good deals on parts but the parts could be a lil more high-end or should I say more durable but the shopping experience and staff are great very helpful and experienced in auto parts.

This place is great! Damen helped me as soon as I walked in the door. Then he replaced my headlight bulb without hesitation. I'll definitely be back.

I have been a Technician for 35 years. This place has everything you need to do your own repairs with competitive prices. Great in stock selection of everything you need, on the shelf. Great guarantee on everything they sell

Although you would think an AutoZone would just be a place to buy parts for a car maybe get a check up on your car or have small parts replaced this place goes above and beyond giving you multiple options and going the extra mile to help you with what you need stay inspect they suggest they give you options to go with and beyond that day look into ways to make your car a better vehicle for you your personalized vehicle not just for the road before what you want in your vehicle itself I can't say enough about this shot I really can't the people who helps me hear did show was Glee before I could even walk into the store the manager was asking me what he could do for me and how he can help held the door open for me and wash me in to show me what he could give me after that he left me to my own shopping and made me feel welcome and made me want to come back I would do nothing less than she just for you at least stop by the store next time you have a question or a problem with your vehicle because these guys not only know what they're doing but they love what they do and they are willing to help you no matter what and will not quit until they have a solution for your problem

About a month ago I bought a battery from Walmart and later I had a hard time starting my car so I went to AutoZone on east stone Dr. And asked them to check my battery guy came out and said the battery was probably fine that walmart hadn't tightened up the cables or even put the battery hold on Richard wouldn't let me leave til he fixed the battery for me for free AutoZone has won my business from now on.

Their assistant store manager Chad Older is very helpful, knowledgeable, as well as goes up and beyond for his customers that comes into the store. He doesn't see customers as dollar signs but as of friends. Happy to see each and everyone.

Showed up at store open to get help fixing a tail light, and Allen the store manager helped me right away. He was nice, knowledgeable, and helped me get back on the road quickly. Great experience!

Since moving to Kingsport I ve come to this Autozone location at least 100 times. And from day one all of the guys and gals there have been so welcoming, helpful and informative. Allen, Damen, Tristan and the whole team are next level awesome. Can t say enough good about these folks.

I had a pleasant time the service Representatives took us right back to the part we needed gave us the part showed us the tools that we needed paid for everything right there went home and put the parts on the car and they fit perfectly had no problems I have to give them props they actually did pretty good service for me

Allan went the extra mile for me today. He puts customers first.Stopped at other auto parts stores and they were not willing to dig in the system to find the right part .Autozone has the right attitude to put time in to help.

Went in to get brake pads, gave my car information and proceeded to brake shop. Car is on the lift with no brakes and what do you know they gave me the wrong brake pads. Called store and they want me to bring them back first. How do you do that when your car is on a lift with no brakes? This is not the first time this same store has given me wrong products. I got the wrong spark plugs 3 different times by the store manager. I will not be returning to this store. I will take my business elsewhere.

Surprised at how fast and helpful the staff were. They even installed my new wipers for me in the rain, and disposed of my old ones for me.

Great staff, prices can be a little high, but you can order online with discount codes and pick up in store later, so that's cool. They have a nice clean store and website, any parts you may need they have and if they don't they can get them ordered up for you.

Store was neat, clean and very organized. Found what I needed right away, and during checkout the clerk made an item change suggestion that not only gave me more of what I was buying but made me save money too. Now that is customer service!
