Almen was contacted by my rental car company to tow my rental back to McGee Tyson Airport and ended up having to take me too. Trenton was the tow truck driver and could not have been nicer or more efficient at his job. They are truly great at what they do.

They were wonderful! My rental car did not start the morning of my flight back home after visiting family during the Thanksgiving holiday, the car rental company, dispatched roadside assistance via Almen, however the vehicle was unable to start/drive from the location. The car rental company made the process extremely difficult, but Almen Enterprises came through, contacting the car rental company via their direct contact (rental car roadside assistance line told me to call back in an hour when customer service was open-even though there was a tow-truck dispatched by said car rental company already at my location). Almen Enterprises even went out of their way to the degree that they brought the vehicle and myself to the airport where I was able to catch a later flight home.

EXCELLENT. Honest, fast and affordable. Waited 1.5 hours for AAA to jump battery and had another 1.5 hours to go. Called another towing service, he told me 2.5 hours. Called Almen and they arrived in 15 minutes. Dan was nice and professional, fast and competent. Excellent customer service and I will use them again. Highly recommended.

We were traveling back home from vacation when we had car trouble and were not from the area so didn t know who to call.Mr. Aleman and his team had a roll back get the car and repair it very quickly getting us back on the road to get home. The service was great and very fairly priced. Having two young kids we were very appreciative of the quick turnaround on a Friday when everyone is trying to get home! My car broke down in Kingsport and Dan arrived quickly and picked up my car and towed in to Johnson City. He took good care of my car. Since I work really close to my job, he dropped me off at my work. He was really personable and talked about how much he loves his job. This was the only positive thing that happened today for me. I hope he stays with the company, I will call again in the future.

These guys are great. I m going out of town and needed to get a fuel line leak fixed. I couldn t get anyone else to even look at it before next week. Mike at Almen agreed to take a look to see if it was something simple to get me back on the road. They found and fixed the problem in about a half hour and only charged me a couple a hundred dollars. Great company!

They were able to complete the radiator change quickly and the final price matched the original quote. I also appreciate how accommodating and courteous they were to our driver s needs while they were working on our truck.Thank you Mike for the excellent service and communication. This company will be our first call when we have ANY issues in this area in the future.

They did not do any work for me, but they were honest enough to tell me I needed to go somewhere else for the specific problem I was having (because of my car maker, not because of their shop). To me, that is 5 star worthy! Thank you for not wasting my time and money! I'd give your honesty 10 stars if I could!

Committed to ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction, even when mistakes happen.We brought our mini school bus here because of all Almen s excellent online reviews and positive experiences on the phone with the office staff and owner. They had just recently hired a new shop manager, with whom we had a really terrible experience. We felt frustrated and disappointed. True to everything else we had read about the company s customer service, the rest of the staff did everything they could to make it right for us, and that shop manager no longer works for them. The owner was very kind and helpful, and we are so glad to have our bus back on the road safely.If something goes wrong with your experience at Almen (which, according to their reviews, is a very rare occurrence), they will be sure to make it right for you.

The only place that truly knows how to repair a hybrid vehicle. Quick honest fair affordable and diligent. They work on every and any vehicle. They will be our go to for any major repairs

I'm rating them a two on there customer service there rude when you ask them to test drive before paying and I honestly don't get why it's a problem to test drive when you want to make sure everything is correct I had then fix on my older model box truck they towed it told me one price to convince me to take it to there shop then once the truck got there they told me it would be more money I don't recommend.Service: Car towing

If y'all are having a hard time finding good mechanics look no further because you've found them here!!! Almen Enterprises not only fixed my car but they were super nice and worked with me along the way! I talked with Rob about my car, hes very knowledgeable and kind. They are very reasonable on price as well!! I will be a returning customer from here on out!! I can't say enough good things about Rob, Besty and this company!!

BEST TOW/ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COMPANY IN EAST TN!!!! Landon came out and helped me change my tire in the pouring rain, even helped me out with a ride to the auto parts store so I could get the lugnut I needed, one of the nicest guys I have ever met!! I will be recommending this company to all of my family and friends. Huge thank you to the people at Almen enterprises!

These guys literally Robbed me. $2800 and the parts went bad 4 days later no warranty. Please try another shop.

Outstanding mechanics working on both gas & diesel vehicles. Everyone is friendly and they've always provided a detailed info as to what's going on with our vehicles. Highly recommended!

Had occasion to use both their road service and shop during our race weekend trip to Bristol. Our Class A motorhome had rear brake problems and we tried RV repair shops and they were booked for a week due to the race. I wad goven the Almen name, talked to Mike, he had a service truck at our campground in Jonesbourgh within an hour. Thier Tech, Austin, diagnosed the problem and set up a time the next morning to replace brake pads and calipers. We eere back to the Campground within three hours. We made the rsce and had a place to sleep. Great job!!
