I had to get a new battery, I was helped by a young man Brock. Very professional and nice guy. He installed the battery for me, I would have done it myself except I had a doctors appointment and was trying to avoid getting dirty. Hats off to Brock. I will make this my store for when I need anything automotive. PS. I introduced myself as Dwayne if Brock happens to read reviews. Appreciate you folks

We purchased lug nuts for new trailer tires at this store. I came back to get studs to fit them after I got my new wheels. It took the salesman about 10 minutes to find the correct stud. But he finally did come thru with the correct one. Thanks for the assistance!

Holy smokes I was there yesterday to just do a return was in the store for 35 mins trying to just get a refund and a copy of my returned receipt. I am beyond annoyed with the unprofessional help I was given, for a simple task of a return. Store manager was absolutely no help trying to get my printed receipt he was more concerned about standing in the front door ( kept it open the whole time) smoking his cigarettes which I am highly allergic too and suffering today from the smoke. I will NEVER return to this store again

Really helpful staff! They helped me figure out the right brake pads for my car. They even personally looked at my car. Great experience, and parts were in stock.

Went in for parts for MY vehicle with my husband. We were greeted by an elderly man... I told him what I needed, and I had to repeat it several times. I showed him online what parts I had in my cart, and he said they didn't have them or they weren't that price. He then started asking my husband what I needed... like I wasn't there. I bought what matched online that they did have. We left. I went home and ordered the parts I showed him and went back to said store and picked them up. They did, in fact, have them and for the price I showed him. I have gotten everything else at NAPA and AutoZoneI will not go back to this location. I actually work on my own vehicles and did not appreciate the way I was treated. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

i want to let the guys at ADVANCE know i really appreciate being treated with courtesy and respect. It's very rare these days . I am constantly writing reviews on businesses for how their employees have a total disrespect and must be ignorant to the fact that without customers businesses can't stay open. Thanks guys and keep up the great customer service

Besides the price gouging, it's the place to get your "quick fix" parts from when you're in the middle of a repair and don't wanna wait on snail mail. Otherwise on the saving money tip (that most of us need R.N) you're better off ordering offline. I do like how their system saves your transactions so if you get a faulty part and you used your registered phone# you can exchange without receipt.

Would not recommend going here unless you know what you re talking about. I had to contact corporate to get the truth about their return policy and they told me I was able to still return my item. The employee Billy lied to me multiple times about their limited lifetime warranty policy and then proceed to argue with me that clutches don t produce dust from used clutch material. He then told me if I wanted to act smart he would not let me swap my item for a replacement. He was extremely arrogant and does not need to be working at a parts store or any automotive facility. I ended up going to the other store nearby where they agreed to replace it without an issue.

I needed help with seeking a problem with my vehicle. The salesman was quick to help, he put machine on and detected code for the problem. He was very nice and helpful. I was comfortable around him. All went very well. I'll definantly be shopping there from here on out.

Had a battery go out the gentleman working there testing battery and yes it was when dead of any appointments it was a Walmart battery and was still get a warranty. But I totally appreciate his honesty great place to go we'll do business with them for other car needs!

My alternator went out actually car died in their parking lot. We used their tools. A great group of men. Thank you to the guy who helped us. I was upset with it but they are a great group of employees. They met their goal today with customer satisfaction to a 62 yr old who's life is a struggle

I guy named Chris took really good care of me at this location. I went in to get a battery change he took the time out to remove my old battery and replaced it with the new battery with out a problem and in good time. Thanks Chris and keep up the good work. Very professional. P.s. and corporate was in the building and he played it cool ...

Usually have no prob here. Everyone is always helpful and nice. Except today associate named Aaron was a complete jerk. Acted like a woman didn't know what she was talking about, and like he didn't have time to help me. 3&1/2 hours before closing mopping the floors was more important!!

Last time was good but his time was bad 2 people working . One could not find what he was looking for. The other was too busy moving around in back to even come help the customers after 10 mins of standing and having them look at me I left . You.shoild help your customers before you try and stay hidden in the back . Maybe the other 3 customer may have been able to get something after one customer had to yell at her to get her attention

I love Advanced Auto Stores especially the one on Stone Drive they have always be easy to help me they will actually hook your car up for free to see what's wrong with it so I suggest taking it there and even if they cannot get you the part they will tell you where to go or whom to call or tell you to get online at rockauto.com to find what you need

Aaron wentout of his way to make sure i was a happy customer. That's the first time I had been in advance and I while I normally go to O'Reilly come but after the treatment that I received I think I may switch back to advance now

I had an overall good experience but the cashier man tried to tell me I had read a sign for a deal on oil and filter wrong .. He said I couldn't buy the oil I got but I told him I had the oil that was on the actual sign. He had to go look for himself. I was right. He tried to make me look dumb at first....i do not like that.

Stopped to get a light bulb and asked if they could install it and they said no they are not allowed too. Once I got home to my tools, I put the light in 5 minutes. But I understand policy.

Once in a while you will meet very good attendants but mostly the attendants are very rude and appear quite mean and disrespectful.Its like they dont want to work. These guys should be changed or customers will look for other auto stores to do business with.
