We have taken our camper here twice so far for wheel bearing packing. The second time they replaced our broken break line and switched out the tow chains for us because our got all rusty. Not only are they awesome guys, they are awesome at what they do! Top notch service and they are super fast too boot!! I won t trust anyone with our wheel maintenance ever again! Seriously these guys have our business forever! If there was a way to rate them 10 stars I would!!We used to pay the dealership $300+ to get the wheel bearings done, these guys are under $200. They are fair and fast! Both are wins in my book!!

Poor Installation. I had a creaking noise after the hitch was installed because it wasn t tightened enough. For the wiring, they didn t route the wires to the outside of the vehicle. To use the harness, they said to hook it to the trailer and then close the trunk over the wires (i.e., pinching them between the lid and its gasket). They put a plastic cover over the wires which may protect them, but it makes for a rather large cord to close in your trunk lid. When I pulled off some of my trim I realized they left a plastic box hanging from my light wires where it could easily bump into the trim and rattle. They didn t grind the paint from underneath the ground wire connection.

Over priced was looking fir weight distribution hooks for camper tough was almost 200 . 00 there went to O'Quinn in coeburn va got same part for 80.00

We get our propane tank filled here. Pay with cash & it will be cheaper than using a credit/debit card. They also have some Weathertech products in stock if you want to check them out in person instead of online.

Got tow brake installed on F-150 so I could pull camper safely. Was quoted one price but when I went to my appointment they had gotten comparable controller back in stock and it saved me $60! That's what I call honest and fair business! I will definitely use A-1 for my future needs.

These guys know their stuff. Had a trailer that the wheel bearings went out 3hrs from home and they had everything I needed to get me going. Very friendly and helpful

Today is the 22nd of December at 5:05pm they do not close until 5:30pm just got off work seen the propane was out at our house so I went to get a refill and there was a line and they came and told me that no one was getting any propane past the green truck spose to be 9 degrees tonight and family will have no heat in own home now because they want to close early

Phil and his staff is always so nice and helpful! Recently had a Brake Controller installed. Installation completed at time I visited. Very timely and great price! Will continue to visit to purchase propane.

I bought a gooseneck hitch from them. I also had them install it. They did it in a timely manner and I have not had any issues with it and it's been installed over a month. The guy at the counter was very informative.

Bought a simple plate was told to wait a day for it to be welded on then said unless I can find someone nice enough to allow use of a welder so I asked he laughed and said no so needless to say not very friendly

Great service and very knowledgeable, give them a chance the next time you need the service they offer. I have used them many times for different things on my vehicles and have never been disappointed. Would give 6 stars but 5 is the limit.

Had these guys install a B&W ball in my Ram 2500. In and out in about 1 1/2 hours. I checked with 4 other business in the Tri-Cities and they had the best price by far. I would recommend you check the .

My vechiel was scheduled to be serviced on 5/5/21. When entering the store no covid precautions were in effect.Due to the nature of concern I witnessed employee moving customer vechiel with no attempt to clean hands or mask.I said I would pull my own vehicle in due to this observation.He said no. Insurance issues. He said I could go somewhere else.His business is doing quite well that I would not make a difference.I congratulated him for running off a customer. His reply. " I don't care"To the owner, if you feel any of this is miss representating our conversation you have my number.

Just got a hitch and lighting harness installed by A-1 Hitch Center. Business ordered the needed items and set an appointment when they arrived. Excellent installation and all done at a reasonable price.

Not real impressed, although they had the right parts. Took longer to complete the job after I was informed it could not be done unless the tail pipe on my vehicle could be bent for room to install hitch frame bolts.

Had a trailer fixed by them. Picked up and had 4ft of safety chains and they said "just twist em" fixed them myself. Then hooked to my brand new 2017 gmc, and it shorted out all my braking system in my truck. Blew 3 fuses on thier test cart. Said I dunno. But I'm going home and left us in the parking lot unable to pull the trailer. All it needed was a brakeaway system and a jack. Never ever returning again

These guys are awesome! Traveling to Alabama with a travel trailer and our hitch broke. These guys got us right in, hooked us up with a new hitch and we were on our way with in an hour! Thank you A-1!
