I live out of state and was visiting Kenton on 1-30-24. I needed to send a very important text on my texting with WIFI only capable dumb phone. I stopped at Kenton Chevrolet and asked the very kind and helpful receptionist if I could use their waiting room WIFI for a few minutes. She gave me the guest password and I sat down in the waiting room and started my text. A gentleman walked over to me and said "I'm the owner, you have to leave now" (was it my bad for driving a Lexus rental car? I don't know). Of course I complied and resumed my journey. So much for that famous southern hospitality I have heard so much about. Thank you Kenton Chevrolet owner for nothing. Thank you Kenton Gymnasium for having public WIFI thus allowing this traveler in need to get that important text out.

the staff that works at kenton chevrolet are wonderful they worked hard to find what i want and went and got it and made sure is was what i wanted and jackie helped me set everything up and if i need help all i have to do is call him and the 2024 green chevy trax is wonderful and i just love the color it drives so good and thank you guys and i hope ya'll are still there when i need my next car william

Leave no doubt, this is the best dealership experience I ve ever had. The environment was humble, peaceful, and you ll feel right at home. The retro Chevy they have in their lobby is amazing (ask them the story behind it), and they ll make you as much coffee you d ever want in your life. The value Kenton Chevrolet gave me for my trade-in was extremely generous and not for one second did I ever think me or my co-buyer were being taken advantage of. Kenton Chevrolet is proud of people that have served our country- so proud that corporate took issue with their signs that show honor to American heroes. This is the kind of place that you want to do business with, I know me and my family will gladly return.

Greg , Mitchell and the staff are excellent. We drove over 5 hours one way to look at a used truck. It was better than described. We were greeted with water bottles and the keys for a test drive. Hour later Greg was sending us on our way. Super easy to deal with.Also this was a little after lunchtime ,, they bought us lunch too. Amazing. Hard to find these kinds of people in 2019 !! Will buy again from Kenton !

I love this place. They are so accommodating and really pay attention to the customer. The repair rates are very good. Especially helpful on fixed income. I don't care that they are an hour from me. This will always be my repair/maintenance place. Great job Steve and the rest of you guys. I don't know your names. Thank you, Mary Shull

Randy Rochelle was very knowledgeable and accommodating with my questions. He and all of the staff there were very friendly. The selection of vehicles at Kenton Chevrolet were very diverse and aided me in not having to shop around. I also used Chevrolet's website to build the vehicle I was wanting. After checking the available inventory in the area, the top two choices of mine were at Serra and Kenton. Kenton having the exact model with the exact features. They also had the accessories I was wanting in stock and had already installed them on the truck when I came back to pick it up. Everything about my experience at Kenton Chevrolet was easy and convenient. When I'm often asked, like everyone with a new vehicle, where did you get your new truck, I just point to the front license plate that has Kenton Chevrolet on it. The white squirrel dealership treated me perfectly.

I had my company van worked on there because of a fuel problem. They pulled the tank and fixed the problem.Thank you, but my equipment in the van runs off the tank also and now none of my equipment works. I called and talked to who is over the shop and he said he would have the guy that actually worked on the van call me back. I returned a call back five days later because I hadnt received a call yet just to be told I Iwould be charged labor again to figure out the problem. Plus they tried to charge me for an oil change while it was in the shop because I never pulled an old oil change sticker off the windshield. If you take something in and it comes out with more problems related to the first repair then that should fall on the shop.Very disappointed in the end results.

Recently was traveling from Kansas City to Tennessee and our vehicle got struck by lightning in St Louis. Called Greg and he helped get us with GM Roadside Assistance. Made sure we were safe and were able to get to Tennessee. That s why we deal with a caring local owned Chevy Dealership. Highly recommend Greg and his staff to anyone.
