Got my car back today. Mike is one of the nicest people I've met in a very very long time. My car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Got my car back way before I was expecting. They do impeccable work there. I would never take my car anywhere else. If you ever need body work done I would highly recommend. We used this business once on our Miata for body work and hail damage and they did a great job then a couple of months ago I went for a estimate cause my Miata had been damaged again on a Friday for a estimate. Mike said he would call at the first of the week with approval and when I could bring my car in about a month later I still had not heard from him and could never get in touch with anyone when I called so I went somewhere else. Not a very good way to treat your customers you have definitely lost my businessService: Body & Trim

I was very pleased with West Town Collision repairing the front end of car due to deer damage, From the beginning to the end of repair, Mike informed me what to expect from my insurance company on parts, etc. and from the car rental service. Great prices, but it took four phone calls and nearly two months before I finally gave up and took my car somewhere else. Kept getting pushed out by "insurance work." The place I went to scheduled me in one week.

Worst place to ever go you pay good money and don't receive the labor or good parts for your vehicle I would not recommend taking your vehicle there
