Sad to be leaving this review because I ve taken mine and my husband s vehicles here since 2021 and even took my car back after not being 100% happy with the last detail. They went up on their price since last spring which is no big deal but if I pay $200 my car should be PERFECT! There is still dust on the steering wheel, dust on the dash that I had them fix, AND to top it off they used a paint pen to touch up rust on my car and now instead of rust I just have runny paint marks that I did not ask for. I appreciate the thought but you don t make modifications to someone s car without asking them. I m so disappointed that I wasn t asked because they did ask me last time and I said no and would have said no this time as well. The worst part is that they didn t even have anything to say when I expressed my dissatisfaction. 3 stars is being gracious and only because they used to do really well but 2 times in a row I have been less than happy and this time made sure I won t go back.

We have now used shine for paintless dent repair and for auto ceramic coating. Our cars look great and the all staff are knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Shine to anyone looking for paintless dent repair and auto detailing. There are many available service packages with great pricing.

I had a great experience with them. They were very professional, fast, and friendly. You can not even tell there was a dent. Would highly recommend.

All I gotta say is, Andrew made this 2018 look brand spanking new. I m not the best at routine cleanings, but my standards are still high. Sometimes even us picky folk need to call in the pros. I won t hesitate next time I m in the area for a detail!Primo service, care, and efficiency!

Andrew is an expert at paintless dent repair. He fixed 3 of my vehicles after hail storm. Couldn t tell they were ever dented. Also detailed after. I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend. Great place.

Andrew did a wonderful job on my car, I couldn t be happier! He removed decals and installed rear badges. He was very professional, treated my car like it was his own. Highly recommend!

I drove my CRV from Kentucky to Tennessee to have it detailed at this shop. Matthew and his crew did an outstanding job, including removing a seat stain that I swore would not come out. They are highly professional and care about the job. I definitely will take my car back to them. I took my car here to have it detailed and this place blew it out of the park! It was like a brand new car when I picked it up! I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and the price was completely worth it and reasonable!
