CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE! I cannot emphasize this enough. Had a part found to be defective (created by a third party) and lethal performance acted as a liaison to get my part replaced under warranty. They did and made it easy for me, the customer. Shane M and Steve G were excellent to work with!

Welcome to Crooked Derek s crooked transmission repair. I had an 87 Iroc that I took up there to replace the trans. He did the job and charged me 7k. Less than a month later it went out again! I took it back and although it came with a warranty , he claimed it was my fault, claiming that my driveway had crushed my oil pan. I took it to a more trustworthy mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with my oil pan. I had the other mechanic replace the trans but I lost 7grand at this place. I wish I had sued him for not honoring his warranty but I had too much going on at the time. This was 2020 or 2021Service: Transmission

We were in the area with our RV. Had an emergency issue with our generator. They made the time to get us back up and running. Incredibly professional and friendly, they bailed us out of a horrible situation. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Had to take my car to another shop to correct his mistakes after 2 tries of working on my car. Charged me twice the amount of the shop thqt fixed the car as well. Would not recommend to anyone.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Picked up vehicle and it broke down on the way home. Then had to pay $250 in labor to fix the initial problem. Poor customer service as well.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
