They quoted me 1300 for a fuel filter and housing replacement4hours of labor + parts =1300$Spent a week waiting and they came up with a bill 3400$ because the housing wouldn't come off easily after i told them that they quoted me 1300 and now tripled the price they dropped it down to 2300$ ...I guess they make up prices as they feel like...and on top of everything they fried my inverter...good luck with this place

This place is a hidden gems Customer service was excellent shop mechanics was very knowledgeable told you exactly what was wrong with the truck my truck was derate to 5 mph SCR codes an other things two days stay at hotel and $2300 later on the rd. One more thing when I left I didn t feel like I was taking advantage of like at other Volvo shops Thanks.....

Great service from the parts crew. I'm not a huge fan of worlwide in Abingdon and will not go to Knoxville at all. However this place is a hidden jewel for volvo parts and service. Thank you worldwide equipment Johnson City

Would go back anytime to this place , we had a minor thing to fix to our truck and they did it right away. I wish more shops would treat us like that.
