Ronny with curbside pick up was awesome. He made sure that we were all set and had everything we needed in order to complete our deliveries. He was yes sir, no sir...really pleasant interaction with this young man.

Wonderful shopping place that evening. Found everything on the shopping list. Very pleased with the associates and appearance of the Store. Thanks again HARD working people who make the store stocked, straightened and caring associates making check out and asking for help a pleasure not a Rude bother.

This store is very well stocked, clean and with friendly employees. They even had an employee in the jewelry department. She was willing to change the battery in my watch (which most Walmart's don't do anymore unfortunately) but they didn't have any. They also need more scooters for the disabled. There weren't many shoppers when I went but, there was only 1 cart and it only had 15% battery. Someone followed me to my car so they could use it.

I m so tired of wandering aimlessly through this store for hours trying to find something. You clearly can t retain employees because no one knows where things are. Do not ask me to use the stupid app. I am not interested in being tracked. Get wireless payments. I m not using Walmart Pay. It s 2022.Addition: Went to buy a charger to find yet another thing was behind glass and a fellow customer trying to find assistance with a gift card. The employees left have to sprint walk all over the store. Walmart needs to learn how to respect their employees and the people they supposedly serve. The people staffed in this location can not physically help the number of people that need assistance especially when you make it impossible for customers to pick items off the shelf and I can promise you our disgust will be directed, not at managers or employees, but squarely at the board of directors and large scale investors. Staff your stores. Pay your employees. Cut your executive pay, stock buybacks, and cut your dividends. The Walton family is doing fine. All it takes are a couple incompetent leaders to undermine years of PR and the team is doing a fabulous job running this company into the ground. Also no, it s not a work shortage and you don t need to raise prices. Those of us who listen to your earnings calls and listen to you brag to investors will be sharing our experiences and your executive s words. For those needing a cheap grocery alternative, I ve started going to Aldi just down the road and they take Apple Pay! I will update this when I find a local electronics and furniture store but it may be back to online for now. Those needing auto work including tire rotations and oils changes I have had an excellent experience at Porters Tire Store also very close by.

This store is the WORST! Specifically the delivery/pickup department. 25% of my order just taken off not substituted for something we know is probably there. You re telling me there isn t an ounce of sunny D in the building? Or chicken, guess I should be happy they didn t try to poison us with 3 day old chicken this time! It s laziness, incompetence or poor management. Probably all 3. Last week it was 3 day old chicken which means your meat department missed it for 3 days then the person pulling it missed it again. That s poor management! It s every week with this location. If you can avoid it do so. Maybe they should move the management of delivery and pickup to like the managers of the greeters or something, because the department they re in ain t working.

Got two new tires. Took an hour before the service actually started and then thirty minutes to finally get done. The only service I got was new tires on old rims.

Be aware of self check registers. Some of them only take CASH, but they are not marked "Cash only". I scanned all of the groceries to find out I can't pay with a card. One of the employees came out to help but she was not able to do it. The other lady who knew how to switch it was not available.I usually don't go to the shop at Walmart and I don't have the Walmart app set up to pay and I don't carry cash around.I am giving 4 stars for the inconvenience. It's so easy to print out "CASH ONLY" and mark those registers. Apparently some of them are cash only.

Sick and tired of having to ring up my own groceries and never get a paycheck. They can't pay cashiers but they can pay 4 people to stand around and watch you ring yourself up.

Beware if ordering an item from the BAKERY at this Walmart on Market Street!! This past Friday morning Jan 5th, I approached the Bakery counter to place an order for a birthday cookie for Jan 7th. I stood at that counter for nearly 10 minutes trying to get the attention of the employee behind the counter who was clearly and totally ignoring me.....probably hoping that I would walk away. She finally asked me if I needed something (DUH!!!!!) and she took my order for the birthday cookie and entered the information on a hand held device. I literally repeated to her MULTIPLE times what I wanted as far as the decorations and color on the cookie and also the pickup date of Sunday Jan 7th. Right before I walked away she literally repeated everything back to me for the order including the pickup date of January 7th in which I also repeated that date again to her before I walked away and I did so for a reason. I definitely picked up on an attitude when interacting with this female.....it was very obvious she hates her job and hates dealing with customers and I am 100% confident that she intentionally entered the wrong pickup date of Jan 14th out of spite because she did not want to deal with a customer that morning and I would not walk away from the Bakery counter that morning when she tried to ignore me. When it came time to pick the birthday cookie up early Sunday afternoon Jan 7th, it was not ready/not even made because the pickup date was wrong and had been changed. I got the initial 'thank you for your order' text immediately after I placed my order but the pickup date and order details had been left out of the text. I have ordered from this Walmart Bakery before and in the past the initial text for the order has always included the pickup date and other details. I knew something was up when I had not gotten the ready for pickup text alert. Got to the Bakery counter early Sunday afternoon Jan 7th and no birthday cookie. It is now Monday Jan 8 and it's supposed to be ready by noon so we'll see if they get it right today. So the lesson here is: IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING FROM THIS WALMART BAKERY TRY CALLING THEM TO CONFIRM THE ORDER OR MAKE ANOTHER TRIP INSIDE THE STORE TO CONFIRM THE ORDER TO AVOID THE RISK OF CELEBRATING A LOVED ONES BIRTHDAY WITHOUT THE CAKE/COOKIE CAKE BECAUSE OF A SPITEFUL BAKERY EMPLOYEE!!!!! I will be updating this review to include the employees name because she needs to be called out for her act of spite!!!!!

Waited for 20 mins today at the sporting goods register. I pushed the button for assistance multiple times. Had the same experience a couple months ago and waited over 30 mins on someone and made my purchase. Today I just left.

Can't find what you need in Walmart anymore (example: the only bar soap I laidneyes on was Dove - did not see one other brand. Just a waste of time. Makes me miss KMart all that much more. The Associate at check out was very nice - this is the only reason there is the "2 star" review.

BE AWARE THAT WALMART DOESN'T INTEND TO GO BACK TO 24 HOUR SHOPPING. I got this information from a Walmart supervisor.I used to love Walmart in the 1980's when Sam Walton owned his beloved business! A business that changed so many lives, brought lower prices and all inclusive type wholesale store. It was great and people loved it. Then we saw it killed so many small businesses, family businesses in America . Now it's totally self serve, not even a cashier. I guess the millennials don't mind but there are plenty of Americans over 40ish that don't like that HATE Walmart now and Walmart doesn't seem to care. Personally I shop at other places unless absolutely necessary then I get only what I need and get out. Now people use the parking lot for a bathroom and then employees gather to talk at customer service....what a joke. And now they want me to count how many bags! Next time I would like a paycheck for all I do for them . And now almost every store has followed suit.

Around 11 am on a Tuesday. The store was not busy at all. Why are there no carts?? Maybe Walmart will make customers bring in the cart they use from the outside so this multi-billion dollar company can cut out cart pushers and save some money for the poor Waltons. This company has to be the most corrupt company in the United States.

Worst place ever. Prices change daily. Management is a joke. Everyone is rude and looks like they want to be run over. The place is NEVER stocked, pallets all over the floor, unstocked items

This place is great in helping people who can't walk or are elderly to there food online I am not going to add no photos of people because I do not have there permission to take photos and people who take photos of people are going against their privacy it like posting a picture of a child without parents permission and why can't people say excuse me to pass thru I am sure they would move out away but other people shouldn't be complaining on online orders there are elderly and they people that are hateful about online just need to stop and pay attention to what they are doing

Update 1/12/2024: So I don't mind the self checkout lanes, but what i do mind is having to wait 30 minutes in line to use one. When you have 50 or more self checkout lanes, I should never have to wait. There were maybe 8 lanes open and people lined up into the produce section. Keep them open! - You've gotten rid of the employees that need breaks so keep your new machines on the clock.*************My favorite Walmart!

Dont mind doing my own checkout. But should have people ready to help when you need assistance, not just 2 or 3 standing around talking to each other.

Online curbside pickup is awful! They mess up all the time and make it difficult to get a refund! Gave me turkey that had been expired for 2 months. Disgusting. Avoid.

Please get your business together when it comes to delivery. We had an order arrive missing 3 out of 6 things and I was not refunded for them. I had to request a refund myself. $20 worth of items. Please make sure your delivery drivers have all the items.

It would a lot better if they had more cashiers actually on the registers instead of just standing around. Self checkout is nice if you just have a few items or are in a rush, they are a big hassle if you have several items or have a buggy full of groceries. Also need to have the register people capable of scanning ID for alcohol. Last time my husband and I waited almost 15 minutes for someone to approve our alcohol purchase. This is very aggrevating to everyone on line waiting and also to me since I have issues walking and standing for long periods.

Every time you come in here, the power chairs aren't working for people who need them. And then the excuses well. The ones that are working are in the store. But there's six of them out there not even working do better walmart

We were at check out were there was only 4 registers open. Lady in front of us had clearly meal prepped for what she was getting her card was declined and the 2 cashiers were very rude and giggling about it. They could have handled it much better.

I took my mentally challenged disabled brother to Walmart on West Market St. In johnson city, tn. On 10/20/23.He decided he was going to wait for me next to the doors. An employee of walmart approached him and ran him out of the store. I asked him if he told the woman that he was waiting on me to do my shopping, and he said he did and I know it to be true he doesn't lie.She still ran him off. Then the security guard ran him off from the outside door area, I found him wandering in the parking lot looking for my car. Thank God he wasn't hurt. And I spent over 200.00 with them.and I do that 3 or 4 x a mont. Not anymore I will go to target and give them my money for a while.
