On a short-term but critical time at 6:45 they got me in instead of shutting down. And overall decent and nice people. This was after being lied to by a different provider causing me to be so late before a travel trip. So most of my experience with Walmart is not good but this particular instance they did a really good job.

I had to take my 2021 Silverado in to get a nail removed from a tire and plugged while visiting TN for the weekend.This was my first time visiting this Walmart as we were on a road trip from Michigan and also the first time I have been disappointed with the outcome at a Walmart auto care center.The technician was polite and attentive but also frustrated as it was 7:30am before management unlocked his service area doors (they're supposed to be open at 7:00am) and several customers were there at 7:00am promptly including myself.This was the first time any wheel had been off my truck after buying it new in February 2022 and it got scratched pretty good during the flat repair process.I wasn't able to inspect the wheel before I left because it was pouring down rain.The valve stem cap was also lost and replaced with one that doesn't fit properly. It's not difficult to place the cap in a pocket and put it back on when done.And, the tire pressure was low. I had asked to have the other 3 tires checked for nails since we were on a road trip and it doesn't appear that they were checked since the pressures were all over the place (31 in the fixed tire, 33, 35 and 37 in the others when they should have all had 35).The price was fair and didn't take too long for the work to be done but still a disappointing experience all things considered.

Scheduled an appointment online for 11a. Three people in front of me and none had appointments and I was toldIt would be 1 1/2Hours for an oil change. Then why even offer online appointments if you are not going to honor them. Frustrating and disappointing experience. Won t be back.

Terrible from the get go, 1st I waited for 30 mins to even be greeted by anyone, finally when someone came to check me in for a tire rotation they said oh it won't take long, so I went inside and did my shopping, an hour and half later I figured my car would surly be done. No they hadn't even started on it, I asked politely how much longer it would be and was told up to 2 hours, well almost 4 hours for a tire rotation is ridiculous so I asked if they could pull my car back I no longer wanted the service. They did and the guy driving my car whipped it out of the garage so fast that my tires screeched. I was highly pissed and don't recommend this garage to anyone!

Don't get in a hurry for tire balancing. 2 hours waiting. While the employees did their personal time doing nothing. Chit chatting with each other. Eating. Definitely need new managment

Tried to get a oil change, but they complained that they didn't have time, even though it was around 5pm...oh well I just took my business to Jiffy Lube...it only took them 8 minutes & I actually saved $7...WALMART must have too much money, they don't need OUR business...

Staff members were very nice. I had purchased tires in 2020 and I had the receipt. Because they were warn and they did not have the specified miles. I got a big discount on 4 new ones. Very nice!!!

Fantastic service. My regular place where I take my Nissan denied me service because my 78 Nova is too old. Really? I came here based upon my friend Linda s suggestion and everyone was very helpful. They had a friendly staff and the had fun driving the ol American Muscle around the lot. I m glad too see there are some REAL car enthusiasts around!

Been to this location (W Market in Johnson City, TN) several times for tire replacement and tire repairs on several cars. They've done an excellent job every time. Polite, courteous, professional, and thorough with fair prices.

Did a great job on mounting and balancing 2 tires on my dually. Only bad thing is the time it took them to perform the job. Not many clients that night. Took them 2 hours to swap 2 tires out.

I rolled into the auto center today (Sunday) at 5:51 pm, they close at 6. I was driving from Greeneville back home to Johnson City when my car alerted me I had low tire pressure. I pulled over and it was almost flat. I could see a piece of metal sticking out. I filled it up with air and decided to try to make it home. I could hear the air leaking. I knew it being Sunday nothing was open so I didn't have many options. I rushed to try to make it to Walmart on West Market Street, already telling myself they werent going to help me because it was getting ready to close. I was 10000% wrong. The entire automotive staff was so nice and helpful. Didn't hesitate when I pulled up to just go ahead and greet me and get right to work helping me. They didn't even seem irritated! (Not going to lie, I probably would have!) they were wonderful. They patched my tire and I paid fir the service at 6:40 a whole 40 minutes after they should have been on their way home. I thanked them for being life savers and they commented how they hoped if their wife was in trouble and needed to get back home safely that someone would help her. It's not often you deal with people like who I dealt with today. Thank you West Market Walmart auto station for being amazing today!

Horrible experience when getting my oil changed!! Do not take your car here unless you want it to blow up!! Removed my oil drain plug and put a different one on it (without asking me) the next day my oil light came on when I took my car back in they told me it was fine. 3 weeks later I have no oil left in my car no oil light had came on in my vehicle. When calling them explaining the situation they told me they did not do any of this. I had to have it reserviced and found that my fuse to my inspectioion/oil light had been took out. The oil drain plug had a metal washer on it that was way to small and had what appeared to be Bondoo type sealant around it. When going to Walmart the manager over the auto center was extremely rude saying they do not use metal washers there, I showed him the metal washer that came off of it he commented that s why you don t have any oil, you took that off obviously I had to have it fixed and that was the aftermath. So rude, horrible customer service spend the extra money and take your vehicle somewhere that won t screw you over!!

I had a bad experience, they striped out the bolt on my oil pan and didn't tell my wife, when it came time to change it again they would not. They said someone striped the bolt.I said your help did it. Well, they would not pay for a new oil pan or try to make it right.

I thought they had closed for the day but he came looking for me across the parking lot to let me know he was still there and it was closing time for them so I really appreciated his devotion to his job and customers!

Alright but they charged me 75.00to change my oil and put one headlight in never refilled my washer fluid front or back on.said I had a bad oil leak but never told me where I'm taking my car somewhere else next oil change..

Went to get oil changed never go at lunch time they canceled my work being done said I had no oil on stick it was low thats why I was getting the oil changed anyways went to valvoline they done great horrible service at Walmart fantastic service at valvoline

Extremely slow and not enough staff working to answer questions or answer the phone. They don't take appointments either. They are cheap, but i would recommend going somewhere else.

Very long story but they won't warranty my battery only after 9 months and they say free replacement with 3 years

Got some Douglas tire put on at the West market location. The busted my ABS sensor because the used a hammer to break my tires loose which is ok but they missed and hit the hub. My wife was driving down the road and the tire locked up on her at 40mph. My mechanic told me it was because whoever put my new tires on had hit the hub with a hammer several times costing me $600 in repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!

The people u know should help. But u will have to look 4 them... sporting goods..... what'$. up?Otherwise u can find someone! Love the store though..

Just don t unless you want to wait forever. The Browns Mill Location is much quicker and the customer service is much better!
