My wife bought a new Legacy Touring XT with a few extra bells and whistles. We traded in my Ram Diesel 2500 4x4 Big Horn and were given a decent wholesale price. We had to pay almost zero state n county taxes with the trade in. Natalia was AWESOME to work with and walked all the way through the process. Jason was great on the paperwork ..faster yet as thorough as previous dealers.

After visiting the Subaru dealerships in Kingston and Knoxville, we decided to try Johnson City at the urging of my son in law. He hit the nail on the head! Our salesman Colton Trivette was awesome and a pleasure to work with. Also, I had read reviews on the Ascent which complained about the car lacking power specifically at freeway speeds. NOT! Our 2023 Ascent is peppy, and we were surprised. That myth is busted. We ve had our Ascent for about 3 months now and we are absolutely loving it, and are so glad we went to Wallace Subaru to get it. My wife says it s her favorite car she s ever had!

Took my Forester here for a regularly scheduled oil change. Unfortunately I got it home and smelled oil burning. Opened the hood and there was some oil splatter in the engine bay. I was concerned about a leak so I called the service center. They had a loaner vehicle dropped off to me within a couple hours and took my vehicle in to get checked out and cleaned up within short order! I was very impressed with how quickly they made it right. No big deal, just a messy oil change. My engine bay is squeaky clean now! Thanks Wallace Subaru! And thank you Ann for being so great about everything!

We bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander here. Dan Witt is the best salesman. No pressure and really takes care of you. Great experience from the test drive to the final sale. Go see Dan and test drive one today. Love the vehicle!!!

Michael Hashbarger is an avid golfer and part time salesman who was exceptional to work with. We had been looking to do something different in regard to our vehicle situation. Essentially, we wanted to look at getting something that was an all-wheel-drive vehicle. We discovered that Wallace had a WRX on their lot, so we drove over to check it out. Michael came down to greet us and the rest is history. Quick test drive, a little haggling, and we were good to go! Additionally, we ended up trading them our Corolla sight on seen. That takes a little Faith on their part which we truly appreciate. I hope they were as happy with their side of the deal as we are with ours. Again, truly appreciate Michael s demeanor and character. I hope you hit them long and straight!

The staff is always nice, courteous and friendly.Update: had a routine oil change and encountered some great staff this morning. While waiting an employee came to get coffee and even though I wasn't his customer he was very nice and friendly.Highly recommend this dealership. The staff make a difference.

We are in the trying to figure out what exactly we want stage and were very impressed with Joey who was extremely helpful without being pushy at all. We aren't quite ready to buy as we are in the process of trying to move back home to TN but when we find our new home we most likely will be putting a Forester from Wallace in the garage.

Very happy with the service and the service representatives. Able to just drop by today for a couple minor issues.Jarod took very good care of everything.Only once was my car returned to me with oily handprints on the hood and door handle

Only three things scare me, nuclear missiles, bats, and car salesmen. However, in need of a safe reliable vehicle, it s off to the Subaru dealer we go. Expecting pushy salesmen that want to sell me a bridge to accessorize my new vehicle. I was greeted with Ryder Bailey. Still stereotyping my salesman, Ryder quickly began to change my opinion of him. He wasn t pushy and did far more listening to me than talking. He didn t try to oversell me. In fact, he even advised me out of some options that I probably will never use. AFTER the sale we were met by the sales manager Austin, who offered us a loaner while we waited for our car to arrive. NO! NOT ALL DEALERSHIPS ARE THE SAME. Wallace Subaru gets 6 stars from me.

I bought my Crosstrek from this dealer about a year ago. Scott is a great salesman, is very professional and is not overbearing. I am very satisfied with the entire team and the service center. I would totally recommend them.

Finally purchased my long awaited JEEP from Austin Reed last week and had a GREAT experience here. Austin is friendly, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. He made our purchase extremely pleasant and quick, answered any questions we had and took care of small details we had forgotten AND went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied in every way. The two people at the service desk were great. They worked with me and had an exceptional amount of patience. I am terrible with names anymore, but it's a man and a woman that sit behind the service desk. I got my baby back better than ever.

Everyone has the horror stories from dealerships from lemons to horrible customer service. In the past year we've bought a used Crosstrek and a new Forrester from Wallace. And while we've had the odd, out of dealership control, issue with our vehicles they have been nothing but willing to help and professional through everything. If you are in the market for a Subaru I'd definitely recommend giving Wallace a chance.

I had a fantastic experience at the dealership. Ben Lacey was my salesmen. He worked with me for about a month for me to get the car I wanted. He went above and beyond every time I came in there (which was multiple). He was always willing to help, answer questions, or just talk cars if needed. He never made me feel like he was trying to push me into something I didn't want or just try and make a sale. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles (I checked some of his answers). The finance department was great to work with also. Very speedy in their responses. The car I wanted was not on the lot, they got it for me by the next day. Ben took the time to go over everything with me on the car. Made the experience great! I have became a fan of Subaru, and if/when I purchase another one it will be from Wallace.Update...I just got my new car from Ben at Wallace Subaru in Johnson City, This is by far my favorite one yet. Not only is the car great but the way that Ben and Travis treated me was fantastic. They never acted like "car salesmen" which I really appreciate. Friendly, knowledgable, and loves their product. I have gone through this dealer before and will continue to use them because of the service. Bottom line...Ben and Travis no how to take care of their customers.

Searched far and wide for a certain pre-owned car, found one here and purchased it. Glenn Landstrom helped me navigate my bank's electronic purchase system and was fast, funny and good natured through it all. Overall it was an excellent buying experience because ALL of Wallace's staff had great attitudes!

This is my 2nd Subaru purchased from Ben Lacey. I cannot say enough great things about Ben, he is a true sales professional with a tremendous knowledge base. He has gone above and beyond to accommodate our family's tastes, performance needs, and budget. Our auto shopping experiences with Ben have been a breeze---not daunting ones in the least. If you are seeking a sales professional who will listen to you and not try to sale you a vehicle that you are not 100% comfortable with, then you will enjoy working with Ben. We will continue to conduct business with him in the future!

I really enjoyed working with Michael "Hash" Hashbarger. I felt as though I had a sales experience that should be expected. I have always dreaded buying a car due to the hassle of the back and forth on price with the salesman. This was not the case with Michael and it was much appreciated.

Don't buy here...arrogant employees & sales staff. My husband and I purchased a Subaru Outback from another dealership because of their behavior. As a customer you deserve a helpful, kind experience! Not someone who thinks they are "selling hot cakes"....

Bad service. Wallace Subaru try to charge me more with the service when my dad pick my car. My car was perfectly fine till they missed it more worse. When I had it at another mechanic shop, it was driving 30 mph and told me that I need to reprogrammed the transmission, so I took it to Wallace and it's even worse than it was. They told me it will b done the day they reprogrammed it, it took another day. I won't ever let Wallace touch it again.

I made an appointment back on July 18th for service on August 25th. I called as recommended a couple weeks before the appointment to make sure they had the tires in stock. I did as they said. First I spoke with a lady who sent me to someone in service. The man there was rude and said they need to know the tires and I tried to explain I had already spoke with someone about the tires and all my info should be down for it. I then asked to speak to a manager, was transferred to a female who said manager was busy and would call me back. Four hours later had not heard back from manager. I then called to cancel as I found a local dealership who were super pleasant and can get me the same tires I wanted this Friday. When I called to cancel they did not even have my name on the schedule. The man I spoke to later called back and said he found me in an old schedule. I will never go to this location and would recommend others don t as well.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated here, a gentleman by the name of Brian R. helped me and was very helpful and nice. Brian checked me in and out in amazing time! Will definitely be coming back for future services because of him.

Just took my Outback into this location. Service was quick, my representative Gerad was extremely helpful and professional. They were even able to fix an issue with my air vents that another dealership in another state caused and couldn t fix.

My family and I just leased our fifth Subaru from Wallace. We could not be happier with our new 2023 Ascent. The help, service, price and people at Wallace always make it a great experience. We have been back to Wallace because the people at that dealership treat you like a person. I would like to also send a special Thank You to Mr. Stan Hilliard. Stan has always helped my wife and I with our Subaru purchase and his knowledge and professionalism made it easy to make the right decisions. Stan has become a great friend and we always chat when I stop by for and oil change, and speaking of the folks in the service department.....Outstanding. If you are shopping for a new car please go check out Subaru at Wallace of Johnson City, and if you know you want a Subaru and everyone should have one, stop in at Wallace and ask for Stan. The service here is phenomenal. The staff are great at communicating and suggesting what to do with your vehicle situation. Everyone there is just awesome. Everyone at Wallace was very helpful, especially Chris Trent. He is awesome! We have now bought 4 Subarus from Chris, he doesn't sell you a car, he helps you buy a car. If you are ever in the market for a Subaru or VW, make sure you go see Chris Trent, I promise you wont be disappointed!!!
