I was in a 2021 Subaru Outback but wanted something bigger. Dan Witt greeted us when we came to the dealership. Very nice and friendly. We originally were looking to just get some information but we decided to go ahead and get ourselves into a 2024 Subaru Ascent. He was not pushy like some salesmen are. He definitely went above and beyond for us. I absolutely love this car. I 10/10 recommend you go by and see him.

Stopped in just to look at a new color on a car we had been considering drove out three hours later in a new car!!! Joey and the team are excellent to work with, not pushy, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We weren t even planning to buy a car today, but they made it too easy and we re thankful and pleased!!!

First off, they only offered my daughter $200 for her car, 2006 Volvo. She could have scrapped it for that, even if the motor was blown up, which it's not. Bought 2016 Mini Cooper and started noticing leak spots on the pavement. Found out it was leaking Antifreeze, enough to where the heat stopped working. We got a warranty on it. Took it to there service center. found out the part needed isn't covered. Asked the used sales manager if they would help with repairs, he said no , sold as is. Only had the car for 3 weeks. Went to pay for the inspection, $192 and over 6 hours of waiting and didn't get anything fixed.

Went car shopping around the tri cities and wound up at wallace imports in JC. Wasn't familiar with Subaru cars but was pleased to find how safe they are considered to be. Was introduced to salesman named Dan Witt and was very comfortable with the experience. Not pushy whatsoever, genuinely seemed to only be interested in taking care of us instead of making a sale. Normally dread car shopping but not this time. Love our new Forrester, and anyone that asks me where they should go I'll tell them wallace imports for sure. Thanks Dan for being a true pro!

I had a good experience at this dealership and I would definitely recommend going if your wanting a Subaru, I absolutely love my wrx and I would definitely come back, Darrell hodge was one of the best sales man I ve had car buying.

Just bought a Subaru yesterday. They are a family owned dealershp and our salesman Joey was WONDERFUL to work with --not at all pushy and answered all my questions, Will buy from them again !

Purchased a Carnival here. The salesman was friendly and nice. However, he was a bit pushy setting it up to drive. He agreed to the screens before I could read them, took my phone, and started doing stuff with it, including putting all contacts in the system. Now I get to delete most of them. I am not sure what else he did but I will fix it.When I called for information I was told to bring it in so I did. Started for my phone again but I said no. Then he argued about one of the features on it so, I took him for a ride to prove I was correct.

Eric James was awesome to work with. If y'all are in the area you should really go by and talk to him. My fiance was looking to buy a car and was getting really frustrated till we pulled on to the lot. We just asked about some cars as he was walking by our vehicle lol. We never thought we would buy one from here. But he really helped everyway that he could. Thank you again my man

Bought a Mitsubishi car here in 2017, the outlander sport. It was a great car. Traded it in and got a 2024 Outlander. Salesman Dan is great. We love our new car.

After months of researching different 3 row SUVs I decided on a Subaru. After searching for a dealership Wallace had what I wanted within a price I had designated. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and accommodating. I would go back again.My husband had to take his care in this morning because of a crack in his windshield. When he bought his car the salesperson told him about Subaru's extended warranty. It wasn't expensive and it covered bumper to bumper.He is getting his windshield replaced under the warranty.Wallace of Johnson City does an excellent job and service to their customers.Highly recommend this dealership.

I want to compliment the Wallace Subaru (Johnson City) staff on a pleasant trade-in and subsequent used car purchase. The salesperson was easy to communicate with, made us feel welcome, and ensured all our questions were answered. The financing process and paperwork was well organized and we left with the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Five stars.

I recently bought a Subaru Outback Wilderness Edition from Wallace Imports of Johnson City and it was by far the best car buying experience of my life! The staff especially Dan Witt were excellent! Very helpful and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Subaru or VW.

If you are in the market for a new vehicle, this dealership is hands down the best I've dealt with. All of the staff were professional, genuine, and respectful. Ben Lacey was very efficient and personable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the functions and operations of the vehicle I purchased. He truly made the experience comfortable and stress-free. The finance manager was very efficient as well and provided detailed explanations of optional packages. He took the time to answer any questions I had, and completing this portion of the paperwork was a breeze due to his organizational skills and knowledge base. I've had many bad experiences in past dealings with car lots, so I dreaded this process; however, all the staff I encountered helped this purchase go smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised.

We bought a subaru there and have it serviced too. Overall a good experience. One of the service reps was a bit condescending to my wife but she found another she could work with. It's important to listen to customers regardless of gender.

After carefully reviewing several compact SUV specs and reviews and visiting various automobile dealerships, I decided on a Subaru Forester. I didn't have very much luck at the dealerships near me so I called Wallace Subaru of Johnson City and talked to a very nice gentleman by the name of Stan Hilliard who was very knowledgeable about the Forester. He answered all of my questions sometimes before I even ask them. I told him that I was going to drive up there (70 miles) on a certain day and approximate time to look at a Forester they had in their inventory to sell. When I arrived, he was waiting outside in the lot to greet me. I drove the car but it had more bells and whistles than I wanted so I decided to order one to get what I wanted. I felt no pressure to buy anything. He let me make all the decisions. He did make a few suggestions which I appreciated as he placed the order. I was very impressed with the whole process. Unlike some of the other dealerships I had been to, I felt very comfortable and felt like they wanted my business. My car has not come in yet, but I am sure it will be arriving soon. When I get the car, I will post another review. Go to Wallace if you want to buy a Subaru. The folks there will treat you nice.

After talking with a sales person I drove 3 hours to see a car I was excited about. Upon arriving I noticed the tires were really worn and there was cosmetic damage that jad rust on it. I took it to get inspected and they told me the "cosmetic damage" was a fix from the car being totaled. Its fiberglass patching and they said this car isnt safe to drive. I went back to Wallace's and showed them the damage and he straight up lied and said there isn't any damage BC it's not in the car fax. I pointed out the bad fix and rust and he just said "well thats your choice if you don't want to buy it". and then he tried to be friendly and shake my hand when I left. They waisted my whole day and are going to sell this damaged car to someone else.

We had the best experience at Wallace Imports in J.C. From day 1 Dan helped get us set up with an awesome Subaru Ascent. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions and was reliable. Everyone that works there was extremely nice and made this process very easy! We will be back for sure and will be sending people their way!

I was interested in 2 cars here one in particular. I submitted my info online and got a call back a day later. Talked to someone over the phone. They said they would try and get a deal done... Then never heard anything back I drove by the lot 4 days later and one of the cars I was interested in was gone! No call back or nothing. It's been 2 weeks and not person called me or texted anything about the car I was interested in. It's cool if it sold or whatever. I had plenty of down payment to make it work, but a call back or text would have been appreciated.

We recently bought a Subaru crosstrek from these fine folks at Wallace imports of Johnson city. I had been shopping around looking for the perfect deal. Went in to this dealership, and was greeted by a smile and a friendly hello. His name was Scott. He helped us find the perfect car with all the features we were looking for. Told him what we had to put down, what trade in we had and what price we wanted to pay. The process was painless, stress-free, and overall fantastic. The sales and finance team made it very easy to purchase a car here. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!! Absolutely A-1 service, professionalism and outstanding follow up. With Subaru there are so many extras that are added in as well!! I m so happy with the purchase, and the overall experience here. My wife and I have purchased vehicles, and have had our cars serviced at Wallace Imports for the last 13 years. We have always been happy to deal with Wallace. I would definitely recommend our salesman Glen Landstrom to anyone looking to buy a car. We have always purchased our cars from Glen, since he has provided an outstanding buying experience. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. Glen goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure his customer's satisfaction.

Joey was absolutely wonderful to work with. He sensed how uncomfortable I was with the whole car buying process and really went over and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible and for me to get the vehicle I truly wanted. He made sure I knew how everything on the vehicle worked before I left the lot and told me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any questions. I truly appreciate him making what is an unpleasant experience for me, a very pleasurable and comfortable one.

Best dealership around! I have gotten multiple cars from Wallace Imports of Johnson City, and each time it has been an amazing experience! Dan Wit, Glen Landstrom, and Danny Hubbard assisted me and are just wonderful. They really go the extra mile along with the other employees. The service department has always been great when servicing my car as well. This dealership really puts their customers first and treats them like family. I would definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! Glenn and Mark are two of the best guys you could ever meet. I took home my new Scion today and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure I got into a new vehicle before work on Monday. God Bless all of you at Wallace Imports of Johnson City. You are truly amazing. You gave me a fair price and a wonderful amount for my trade-in. I never dreamed I could take home such a beautiful car. I will be a Wallace customer for life.
