I made several trips to Unaka to look at cars they got in. Each time I was treated with respect and honesty. I ended up going back to purchase a car and the process was so simple, and the car has gave me no issues. I will definitely be returning to purchase again! The life of the loan also comes with free oil changes, and they are absolutely willing to help with any issues that may come up. I m a huge Unaka fan!

Yeah! Was looking 4 a car, walked in eye ask the person about the car seen. He Told Me eye said eye'll come back. Anyways my daughter said she's gonna come there and get a whip aka car.

Bought 2011 Honda Fit, they would mix my payment up with someone whose name is similar to mine. I have made payments almost all the time and had a bad complication with breaking out in hives from surgery and they were adamant about payment being made or return the car. After paying nearly 4,000 dollars not to mention the 1,800 dollars my Mother paid in addition to the down payment I no longer have a vehicle. I have a very bad back and now I am walking to go places and had to quit my job. I hope these people never get an illness and then have to lose their way to get around.

Great people. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and they have been amazing! Both vehicles I bought were in great shape with absolutely no issues! I recommend them to anyone that s looking for a quality vehicle!

Landon and the ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. I've bought 4 cars from them and had no major issues out of any of them. Reasonable down payments and decent affordable monthly payments. I highly recommend giving them a look. Also free oil changes as long as your making payments!!!!

Bought a car from here last week and already the transmission is overheating. Took it to them and asked for repair on it and they denied be able to. I was not told the transmission was overheating, I was told as is. So best bet is to not come here as they will obscure what s wrong with their vehicles.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with when it comes to buying a used car. Landon and the ladies are absolutely amazing and I've had multiple vehicles from here and never had any major issues with them. Minor fixes but nothing costly. Would definitely recommend unaka to anyone looking for a nice used car :)

I bought a car from them..Radiator leaked about a month after I bought it and they towed it and replaced it free of charge. The car never gave me a problem afterward. If you can buy a car with less a down payment on a buy here pay here then go for it..but I don't think you can, not in this area. They are great people to work with. 5 stars

This place is absolutely horrible to work with. I have been talking with them since last week on trying to find a vehicle. I had found one that wasn't quite ready yet, and they stated it was 1000 down (perfect for my price range).They had asked me to call them back that it should be ready by monday. I called today and they reconfirmed 1000 down. I took my lunch break to drive down and check the car out, and magically with in an hour the down payment jumped up by 200. I mentioned that I had been told twice it was 1000 down, thats why I took my lunch to come look at it. His only response was no im sorry it is 1200. This really sucks, because I had a few friends recommend them, and I was really looking forward to getting an experience like they have had.

My sister has been dealing with these scam artist since 2019 I cannot tell of the amount of money Stress and aggravation that she has put into the six different vehicles that they have placed her in during a two-year time period. They repeatedly place BANDAIDS on major issues Wrong with these cars and then send them out the door with people With no regards to their safety Whatsoever!! I cannot tell you how many times my sister has been left stranded on the side of the road with her children because of these people and they continue to take and take and take from her. Every time another car breaks down they say they'll fix it then put her in something else but charge her a new down-payment. The audacity of these people is insane. I suggest that unless you like to give money away, stand on the side of the road, and put your children's life in danger stay away from Unaka auto sales!!

I was looking for something very economical do my needs and I found this place , it was very easy and fast. I have bad credit and I got a car. The people there are very friendly and will answer all your questions. Great place to shop and get great result. I give this place a 10 for sure.

Unaka Auto does business different than any other car dealership I've been to. They go out of their way to ensure you get the car you want. Judy and Landon are absolutely awesome to work with. I will continue to do business there and refer people to them. 5 stars all the way around!

I bought a 2005 Lexus with 160k miles on it from Unaka Auto. The people there told me to test drive any or all of the cars and I did and decided on the Lexus. After test driving it, I liked it, but the check engine light was on. They did a diagnostic test on it and the car needed the catalytic converters replaced. They agreed to pay for the repair, so I took it to the shop and had it repaired. Landon(sp?) is the person I dealt with and I consider him to be an honest and very fair person.

Amazing people couldn't ask for a better company ..I got a car off of them I had to return it cause I lost my job they were amazing with me no trouble no bad words I would recommend them tops down thank you

When I first came to Tennessee and needed a vehicle Unaka was where I went and was not disappointment. The staff, Landin, Judy, and Josh were GREAT!!!!!! Personable and honest!! I have recommended them to several people and continue to do so. If you need a reliable, used vehicle go to Unaka and ask for Landin, you won't be disappointed.

The only place to buy in Johnson City. We just bought our 2nd car from Unaka this week. They re always honest, helpful and all around great to buy a car with. I highly recommend them!

I truly cannot complain this place has been more than a car lot they have became my family weekly! I can honestly say they realize we are human and things happen! However if anything should happen landen & Mrs.Judy and their staff get to the root of the problem concerning my vehichle! When i first met them Josh made me feel special as far as taking time to show me my vehichle Tim has went above and beyond when it comes to repairing my vehichle being a single mother they help keep me & my children moving and safe on the highways! I appreciate them from my heart this will NOT be my last purchase with this awesome business !!!

I have purchased several cars from Unaka and have not had any problems.The staff are friendly and I have found very honest.They allowed me to purchase a car when I first moved here and since have been very good to me.I just purchased car#12 from them and am very happy with it as I have been with all my cars from them.Judy and Landon are the best people to work with they help in any way possible.I would have no problem sending friends or family to them because I trust them.When you buy a used car you should expect some minor problems that's the nature of the beast,but they have been fair and honest in all there dealings with me.My son has now purchased car#3 from them and has enjoyed them all.When traded my cars I always traded up.So if you need a good reliable used car go see Judy or Landon and tell them Gary sent you

I bought my first car with Unaka Auto back in 1999. I have since bought two more vehicles with them, never once have I felt "ripped off" or"cheated". Always satisfied :)
