This place is hands down one of the best experiences we ve had while purchasing a vehicle! Angela was super helpful and made the process easy and stress free! We couldn t have received a better sales person or company to get a vehicle that met our needs and expectations! If I could go back and do it over I d do it every single time! Between Angela and Nate, communication was always easy, and they put our needs first without trying to force us to settle for a vehicle we were unsatisfied with. I d recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vehicle that is both customer and budget friendly!!

We went and put down pay on a car yesterday and came back today to get the car and it says the business is closed down. No one called us, or emailed us anything. So I guess we ate out all that money we put down. I hope someone reaches out and lets us know what's going on.

Angela and the whole team there went above and beyond to make my car purchase possible. I love the vehicle i got and I'm happy with everything. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful people and treat you like your family. The whole experience was easy, above my expectations and just amazing. Thank you for making a way for me to have a quality car .

my little family just bought a car here a few months ago and the day after the company closed their doors. now they want to keep taking our payment but not honor ANY of their obligations in the contract we all signed. i advise to NEVER use this company or Westlake Portfolio Management! terrible experience and I'm about to be out thousands of dollars as well as a vehicle for my family!

The absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. They went out of their way to help get us out of a bad title loan situation and got us into such a nice van! I'd recommend this place to ANYONE!

They do not care about the customer. I bought a SUV and it only lasted about 3 months and the transmission went out. I asked for help and got laughed at. So wrong. Now I know why the company only has lots in some states. Lemon law. I'd sue them if I could. But I didn't buy it in Virginia. That has a lemon law. Don't buy from them. But if you do. I hope you have better luck with your purchase .I contacted the customer service and they are still not going to help. I keep getting the same thing as before. I am so upset with the customer service this company is not a reputable company. What a joke. My wife was driving and the transmission just quit right in the middle of the road. I have been made to fill like ia fool again after talking with customer service

I still don't have my tags or my official registration and it's been over a month since I purchased the vehicle.They do not answer the phone when I call it goes straight to voicemail.They do not return callsThey did not put my apartment number on the registration and I specifically asked about my tags. They told me it would be sent to the office.Then I called the finance company who told me to go-to the DMV and have them contact the title companyI should not have to do this but they will not return phone calls, answer the phone or do what they say.Once you buy from them you will not hear from them again.

I had a great time actually dealing with U.S. Auto but this morning I got an email that my loan had been sold to Westland Portfolio Management. This is bad news for anyone involved here. If your loan got sold to this company, run! refinance now! Anything literally. The company went under. Don t look back.

Talked to someone about financing a vehicle, after talking for a while for options and such. After a while I finally heard back, wanted a big down payment(yes I don't have the best credit due to a divorce). I was approved by other car lots for better vehicles and lower down payment, when I mentioned the concern they didn't care. Not a business I'd want to spend my money at.

We Purchased Our 2012 Dodge Journey In July. I waited to do a review because I wanted to give it time to leave an honest Review. The lady that helped us get into our car was nothing short of amazing. the process was easy and quick. We found the car we loved and do not regret it. The car has been amazing. We have had it to charlotte twice. Knoxville a couple times and my husband was placed in Vegas for work for 2 months. He started the trip with the journey last night and it has been nothing short of amazing.The only issue we have ran into is that the payments are due on the same day of the week we purchased. Luckily when he changed to the new company this past week he is still paid weekly and we only lose the one week of pay for payroll processing. I wish the 10 day grace period in the contract was really a 10 day grace period. THEY WILL HIT THE KILL SWITCH THE DAY AFTER YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE. So i will have to come up with the 267.00 this week when he will not be paid until the 7th. this puts some people in a bind especially in situation changes like this.I have put in a request on the payment portal to change our due date to the 7th and weekly or bi weekly after that so we will see how helpful they are. If it works out the way it should i will update this post and make my review a 5 StarThank you us auto for Getting us into a great Car...(MY SON SOMEHOW CHANGED OUR NAME ON OUR EMAIL NOT SURE HOW TO FIX IT )THANK YOU AGAIN FROM THE BALDWIN FAMILY

Was going to try to get a car but with the every two week payments, making a total of 154 weeks for the term they set you up on for $17k car by the end of the term I would have ended up paying over $37k for a $17k car that's $20k over the asking price! They said well it's the interest because of your credit. They say they don't pull your credit but they either pull it or do a soft hit which doesn't show as a hit on your credit. Then the manager calls to try to talk you out of not going with the sale and terms they give. If you go here either calculate you payment amount by the length of the term they give you or ask them how much total over the term period would it ACTUALLY end up costing you. BEWARE!!!!!!!

I had purchased a 2015 chevy sonic early this month. No engine lights or anything were on the car when it was purchased. literally 2 days out of the one week warranty an engine light comes on but the car was still running fine. took it to auto zone for a diagnostics check and 6 different codes were showing. So i try and call the dealership i bought the car from and you cant even get in touch with anyone there you have to go through a call center for repairs and every time you call you're number 28 in line with an hour plus hold. I've spoken with 2 different people through the warranty service and that's not any easier due to the fact that no one can tell me what's covered on the car for the warranty. They're telling me that that they can only cover the repairs if its approved by them first with a 24-48 hour time it takes to be approved and that they would only cover the diagnostics fee on it if the part is covered by them. So in conclusion I've payed 1700 dollars for a car about three weeks ago that i cant even drive now. I will be more than happy to change my review when i see how the repairs and claims are handled but as of right now it looks like its gonna be pretty difficult to get anything on that end done as well. I was a little skeptical because a lot of the reviews on here are positive but a couple of people had said they basically bought a broke down car from them. looked on Facebook and google for reviews and basically the same story. I didn't wanna believe they would sell a faulty car but i believe the reviews now on it.

I just recently bought me and my family of 5 a car from US Auto Sales located in Johnson City, TN. I ended up purchasing the newest car I have ever had the pleasure of driving which is a white 2015 Ford Fusion . I couldn't be happier with my choice and Nathaniel and Drew were the 2 employees whom helped me every step of the way. These 2 guys were so genuinely helpful, compassionate, determined, and knowledgeable during the entire process and through every step of the way. I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this particular car dealership out cause I can guarantee u that u won't regret it. US Auto Sales even allowed me to fill out and complete my application online in order to see how much of a credit line or limit I could be pre-qualified for. Having the option to do some of the paperwork, application, and general info about urself is such an intelligent and speedy idea , so that way u r not wasting ur time, effort, or gas driving all the way to the dealership just to be refused due to credit issues. I ended up being pre-approved for a vehicle worth no more than $25,000 and now I am a proud, satisfied, ecstatic, and honored owner of this gorgeous new whip . One of the best aspects of this company is that THEY r their OWN FINANCING COMPANY which makes things so much easier, involves much less people/additional companies, and exerts an easier influence on the variety of options they can give u when it pertains to: (leasing payments, interest rates, warranty, coverage, and everything else in between). I can't thank these guys and this company enough for taking their time to make sure me and my family drove that 1 particular car off their lot with the peace of mind that I could be stress free when it comes to making my monthly payments, and the assurance of being cared for when it comes to unexpected car issues, repairs, or God forbid, accidents and/or injuries. Sorry about the novel but these guys and their company deserve nothing but praise and recognition..... And they should also get a significant increase in their rate of income as well lol !!!!

Very friendly people and a relaxed but professional environment. I didn t feel like I was being pressured into buying something I was treated like a person not a sale. All my questions were answered and they worked with me and my budget. I definitely recommend coming here and checking them out!

The experience was neutral I'd say, some good, some bad, pushy sales reps, trying to get me a car I didn't want, business made me rework transportation plans several times during the process due to miscommunication however in the end they got me what I wanted

The lady, I can not remember her name and Nathaniel was real nice to us. We told him our situation and he said he would not waste our time and he didn t he did everything in his power and got us in a vehicle may not have been what we wanted but in the situation it was a vehicle and it was a good one I highly recommend them to anyone

Buying my car was easy however after was not there was some issues that I had to claim under my warranty just to find out that the warranty company had no knowledge of my cars warranty so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for it also when I called the dealership about it I was told I would get a return call and never did
