I have an 05 diesel excursion that broke down a mile from TSI on a Sunday when everything was closed. I live 2 hours away so got it towed to tsi and caught a ride home. Talked to Rick the next day (monday) and he got to working on it. Ended up being a fairly extensive problem but Rick really made the whole process super smooth. Called me every step of the way to give me an update and explain the findings. Straight forward, honest, and fair prices. Truthfully if I need work to my truck I ll probably drive it the 2 hours to TSI.

Excellent tech. Fast and grate selection of parts and gear. If you value your daily or play things. I suggest you take it to tsi if you want a fare price and as always the main thing it's done right. Its like Yankee b. If you want the best alignment for your buck you go there. If you want anything else done you take it to tsi.

Took my 5.9 cummims in for a warranty transmission change that origannly cost me 7k and ended up getting charged 2500 for additional cooler replacement etc. That was told i supposedly needed. Ive used over 4 different diesel repair shops and they are the most worst in the tri cities.

TSI helped me build my jeep from the ground up. We re very honest and upfront about pricing , time to perform the work and kept in contact weekly to keep me up to date of what was happening. Would use again and again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent mechanics as well.

Everyone at the shop is amazing. Not being from the area and finding these guys has been a blessing. Down to earth, personable and HONEST! I recommend them to anyone who truely cares about the value of good customer service. Not to mention they went above and beyond to get my wheels to fit without rubbing.

Called them, they got to helping me as soon as I got there and explained my situation, within 30 mins we was doing the paperwork and I was heading back onto the road. Saved me a lot of time and hastle, would travel back to this place for every mechanical need if possible!

My college daughter s car was broken down on campus. I made contact with this shop from a recommendation from a tow company. Let me tell you, this place had her car diagnosed and fixed the same day! We will be forever grateful.

Good, honest, down to earth people that do what they say they re going to do and are on time getting the job done. I have been doing business with them for several years and have never had a bad experience. They have always went out of their way to repair any issues I have had with my vehicles. Their tech even stayed late after closing hours on a Friday evening to repair a broken sensor on my truck. I don t know of any other shop that would have done this. Most shops would have schedule me come back the following week. Best techs in the business. They diagnose problems quickly and are upfront with what it will cost to repair. Would highly recommend to everyone!!!

Brought my truck in for what I thought maybe an up exhaust issue on my 2008 f450 they looked at it and determined it was part of the EGR tube. They fixed the issue and did some general maintenance I asked for cleaning the k&n filter and changed the fuel filters. Very polite and professional team here and very satisfied with the work they performed and didn't have to pull the cab for the work I thought needed to be done. Thanks, I will be doing any engine work here from now on.Update 2 years later, had some issues with coolant leaking and oil leak I noticed after changing oil and a moderate slow diesel drip leak, thermostats and ac clutch. Again same excellent service and very thorough suggesting to fix things they found as they were repairing original issues all of which were correctly and fixed they even worked on it on Easter Sunday in effort to get the repairs finished. I appreciate this business and how hard they work to get ya back on the road again, hope I'm good for another 150k miles.All has been good with most of the previous repairs however after the fourth time of repairs I continued to have a diesel leak, I took it to another shop and they determined that the manufacture fuel return line was not connected and what was leaking. They fixed this by bypassing the manufacture fuel pump. I was and technically still waiting for over 6 months for them to call me to say they got my fuel dog filters in to change them that were on backorder. After 3 months I ordered them from Amazon and changed myself. Don't think I will be returning here.

I thought I would check them out. Did and even over the phone they are the most condescending group of kids in a 100 mile radius. It also shows through their social media comments. They dont have respect for anyone unless you have deep pockets. They assume everything and in the end you will always be wrong. Steer clear of this shop if you value your vehicle.

Wow, this place is absolutely amazing, service is impeccable, friendly, professional and honest!! They took such good care of us and "Grunt", my friends English Bulldog, we lost a tire on the interstate, he got us rite in and back on the road. Thank you Tsi!!

My company had me pickup my company truck(Ford 550) from North Carolina and tasked me with driving it back to Arizona. After a few hours in the truck I realized this thing had no freon and a heap of other problems. We searched high and dry to find a mechanic that could fit us in, We ended up at TSI and I couldn't be happier. He got it road worthy in a respectable amount of time all while giving us a few stories. I highly recommend any diseal drivers come here for a good deal and quality work. 10/10.

These guys do good work and are fully transparent about the process. They won't try to over sell you a thing, and they are quick to respond to your calls or questions. Rich is patient and present with communication. I brought them my 1999 F350 7.3 liter diesel. They replaced the number 8 injector, and fixed my parking brake system along with new rotors. Thank you TSI diesel.

I ve been going to Tsi for around 5 years and I will not let anyone else touch my vehicles both gas and diesel. They have shown nothing but honesty everytime I take my vehicle and treat me like family everytime I walk through the door. Anything from a simple oil change, to high dollar suspension lift kits, they show a professional level work and take a lot of pride in what they do. They have always and continue to exceed my expectations with their phenomenal work.

Needed tires mounted late in the day on a Saturday (another shop told us they could mount 33/13.50 on 22x14s over the phone but when we showed up they told us they couldn t do it and they had cancelled our appointment). TSI immediately dropped what they were doing to get us taken care of. Highly recommend.

Took a while to get my truck repaired because it was being a pain, but they stuck with it and got it figured out. Called each week to keep me updated and also took another look at it swiftly under the warranty to tackle another issue that came up. They know what they re doing and now my truck runs better than it ever has.

TSI did a great job installing my Old Man Emu suspension/lift kit. Huge shout out to Michael for doing the good work and getting it all dialed in. The guys were timely and professional, and Rich did a great job communicating throughout the install.

TSI reached out apologized refunded my labor for this repair definitely stand up people will do what it takes to make the customer happy!Had my truck at TSI twice for a coolant leak failed to detect it both times charged a grand in labor ended up being a leaking radiator had replaced by another reputable mechanic. Last time in charged me almost $400 to replace radiator hoses which I provided I complained charged $300 which was still way too much. Spent $150 keeping antifreeze in it waiting to get repaired. Would not recommend this shop to anyone wouldn t let them work on my bicycle!!

Tyler charged me thousands of dollars to replace the injectors, install a lift pump, and tune my lb7 duramax. They had alot of difficulty getting the trans tuned and it had to be redone by another company afterwards. The air dog lift pump was leaking from day one and took weeks to get replaced. After repairs were performed my flex plate broke and when I brought it to Tyler, he not knowing what it was suspected I had a bad trans... offered me 4k for the truck... The most upsetting thing is that the injectors have already failed barely a year into replacement and they won't do anything about it. I should've never trusted this company to touch my vehicle and I strongly recommend no one else does either.

I had issues yesterday with a window that had broke as well that had fallen into the door and was having issues with the heat working on a truck that we had just purchased. TSI was able to get me in quick and by the end of the day the jobs were done. Thank you for your quick help.

They installed a torque converter on my 2016 silverado did a excellent job. They are fast and got some of the best mechanics around cause they actually care about what they are doin. Looking forward to goin back to rich and his guys there.

I drove past 3 diesel shops to get to this shop because no one else could get my Gen 3 Ram in. My experience couldn t have been better. Their communication was amazing, fair price, and a military discount. Will not be taking my diesels anywhere else.

Truck sat for over 2 months at the shop, endless excuses, and they were unable to repair fuel pressure issues resulting in limp mode. I was quoted $3500 for new injectors as the final diagnosis from their "master tech". Took back the truck and tightened the nuts on the injector tubes and no problems in 2 years.

People It can be hard to find an honest, reliable and skilled mechanic but you'll be very pleased if you take a chance on Tyler and his very knowledgeable staff. Not only did they take care of what I needed with my truck, they were sensitive to my budget needs and went WAY above and beyond for me.I can't stress enough how much of a relief it is to be able to trust that I'm not being sold unnecessary services and be able to drop off my vehicle and walk away with the knowledge that things will be taken care of appropriately. Five stars for customer service and price and being able to trust again!

I've already read posts of people traveling and getting stuck and a savior comes along and puts them right. Never experienced it myself until TSI. Was traveling from TX to NC and my tie rods go out on my F350. Ford house in johson city tenn. Said they couldn't get to it for a month. Ford directed me to TSI and Rich and his crew ( namely James) knocked it out the park. THANK YOU

Went to TSI through referral. I was able to make an appointment to bring my truck in for maintenance work: oil and fuel filter change. Prices were fair and work completed in reasonable time. Friendly service. Will be back in the future.

Awsome guys trust them to work on my truck when i dont feel like dealing with it. If something happens we werent plannin on they let me know whats going on and how we can get it resolved just great at keeping me in the loop.
