Tri-Cities collision Center was by far the most convenient and professional repair shop I have ever dealt with! Their biweekly calls kept us informed as to the status and expectation of completion for our repairs as well as providing updates to other issues, discovered during the repair process so that there were no frustrations or false expectations as to time of completion due to waiting for parts That were needed unexpectedly. I will and have recommended them to friends and family for service and repairs!

PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS TO PROVE ALL! Had work done on a 07 Lexus is250. The work preformed was poor from what they where 15 years ago! Pictures to prove the work done by both paint and body shop. New fresh painted Bumper scratched from grill installation! Paint is Orange peeled pictures to prove! I picked up the car from the shop I had a guy from the office come take a look with me. He said well if it don t please you we can try again to fix it. They did call and leave a message asking for me to bring car back and see what they can do for me. But I have choose to not trust this company with my car and will not take my car back to them. Lesson learned for me and I will continue to let people know of the work done on the car and continue to show them ever chance attached picture of ( work was preformed with comprehensive insurance) welcome to try this place but don t be disappointed if it turns out bad. Hope my pictures can show you how they let this car leave there garage. Amazing how hard it is to find people who put pride in there workServices: Painting, Body & Trim

TCCC is the best! I had to have some minor repairs done after a small accident. I was so impressed with the customer service and professionalism concerning that matter, I returned and had some buffs and paint done. I was kept informed of the progress and issues both times. Length of time to complete was just as impressive as the costs! Highly recommend TCCC!!!!

Second time using this shop and I must say, VERY unimpressed this time. Body work isn t top notch (as claimed), repairs aren t done completely, tire still leaks air, wiper fluid still doesn t hold fluid - but the front bumper sprayers was replaced, just apparently not tested to ensure they worked. Trash in the paint job, told to bring it by at my convenience so we can buff it out when I showed them before leaving the parking lot.Overall very poor quality and service

I took my truck for an estimate and the adjuster was very thorough and very nice. They scheduled a time and date to drop it off. I left my truck the next day I received a call telling me what stage my repairs were in and they would contact me the next day for pickup. When they called I when to pick it up and it was clean and the repairs were great. You could not tell where the damage had been. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional, helpful, and very nice. I would recommend their services to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic experience at this shop. Had some damage on my front bumper and was looking for a near by place to fix it, and I am very happy to pick this place. I was able to pick up my car the next day, service was very fast and the staff were very friendly and communicated well about when to pick up my car. The bumper looked like brand new once I picked it up, no hint of damage anywhere. Would highly recommend using this shop to get you car fixed.

Awesome staff. Lady that greeted me this morning was sweet and professional ( she has brown hair,forgot her name). Matt , who looked at damages on my car was highly trained . TriCities Collison were amazing, they worked with my insurance, the tow yard, and kept me informed of the progress on repairs on vehicle every week. All the staff were professional, friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Sent lexus suv in to replace rear air spoiler on the roof. Had left old spoiler in vehicle thinking they might use the light off old one. They took old spoiler out of vehicle and when I asked for it back, they said they threw it away. My property, but they discarded, because they quoted a new one? Also asked for a scratch on bumper to be touched up since they would have matching paint. Estimator said they would, but they did not. The manager got upset after I said I have brought 4 cars in past for work and never had problems. He let me know that he did not need my future business. Not the attitude of the past?

It took a while for everything to get squared away on the insurance end, but once that was squared away. They were able to get my car in and out. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I wasn t able to pick my car up the day it was ready, they let my mom come pick it up for me. My car looks great! You can t even tell it was in an accident. The personnel at Tri-Cities collision are true professionals. They are polite and knowledgeable. They complete the work in a timely manner and they keep you informed of the progress as they work on the vehicle. This was the best experience I ve ever had with an auto body shop. Friendly service, weekly calls to keep me updated. Upfront about credit card payment fees. These guys are so great to work with. They set the bar for what service should look like. I have worked with them twice, and both times they were attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in what I was saying. They did not treat me like I was a clueless woman , which has been my experience with men at other car repair places or oil change places. They kept in touch, and left detailed messages if I could not answer. They were flexible with regards to being there a few minutes after closing, and were all around wonderful to work with. This collision center was amazing! I took my 2021 Honda Civic Sport to have hail damage repaired by Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and my car looked better than it did the day I drove it off the lot new. They were quick to get my estimate and then getting me scheduled and my car was done in just 3 days. I would highly recommend for anyone needing body work repair.
