1998 BMW Z3First off, buying a vehicle online from out of state was a first for me. Andreu made the process simple and pleasant. He took time to give me a video walk around ensuring I could see areas of the vehicle that I needed to see. Phone calls and all communications were handled quickly and efficiently. In person time was professional and I wouldn't hesitate on second doing business again with him. Do yourself a favor and trust these folks. They make car buying enjoyable!

I had a great experience ..Andreu was amazing. They have numerous options, he answered all my questions and I came from Knoxville! I would recommend them over and over again! My truck is amazing and I have a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty.

I bought a Honda Pilot from Top Notch and it drives like a dream. Andreu made the whole process less stressful. I work full time and it is often hard for me to get off in time before most places close. He stayed open a little later to let me test drive and helped me fill out the paperwork, he even dealt with the bank for me and just let me know when the deal was ready for me to come sign. The prices are great and the staff is super helpful and kind.

SUPER GREAT!!!!! They took their time to show me cars in my price range and all in good shape! They got me to a great bank with good rates. Even got me a shop to go to if anything was needed for the car with discounts. All very PATIENT AND NICE people!!!

OMg ! What an awesome place ! They let me take my car to North Carolina to my mechanic. They did replacement work at no cost to me. They repaired little things that needed to be done. Andrew and Adam were great !!! My mechanic pointed out a possible problem and they said to bring it in and their mechanic would check it out at no cost to me. They filled the gas tank, and my first oil change is free. AND, I qualified for a 3 month, 3000k mile warranty, on anything on my car ! If you are in the market for a car, GO HERE FIRST !!!!!! We had a fantastic experience with Top Notch purchasing a beautifully cared for Honda Odyssey minivan. The maintenance was meticulous, and the van was reasonably priced. Andreu was wonderful to work with. He was flexible with our schedule, informative, cooperative and not pushy at all. I m very pleased with our experience and highly recommend!

Top Notch has one of the best salesman ever. Shay Garland really helped out my mom's boyfriend to purchase a reliable vehicle. They offer an excellent warranty and have quality cars to choose from. Highly recommend.

Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Shay took care of us from the first moment and helped us into the perfect vehicle. They have a nice selection of vehicles and are not pushy at all. I was impressed that most of their vehicles carry a 3 month/3000 mile warranty ..something you don t find at every used car dealer. Thanks Shay for everything!

Awesome dealership. I have had the BEST car buying experience with Jason and Adam. They are very friendly very efficient. They care about there customers and how they leave off there lot. I am so grateful for this experience. I will for sure return should I need another vehicle. I have a teenager that I would trust in a vehicle from them. I appreciate you guys. Bought a car on my own for the first time last week the guys made the whole experience easy and was very open and honest to any questions and concerns I had and were very easy to work with! They will take advantage of you!Definitely not the place to go if you are not car savy!! I bought a car from them that seemed to be in good condition, test drove it and everything seemed fine. I came back the next day and picked up the car and it didn't even last the 30 min drive home before the check engine light came on! I hadnt even driven it 50 miles and the transmission blows out on it!! Of course I call them and ask if they can do anything to help, but as it turns out, they become pretty cold after they have your signatures on their papers.. this is the type of dealership that gives used car lots a bad rap.If you are looking for a reliable vehicle, I beg you to please take this as a warning and avoid this place! I don't want you to have to go through all the pain and hassle that I have.They scr*we'd me over and they will do it to you too!

If I could rate this place a zero star then I would. They were very adamant on me reviewing them before I left with the car. Not even two months later the brakes went out on my car because the whole underneath is rusted so bad. I know the dealership had to know, and they continued to tell us that there was nothing wrong with the car. They offered warranties on all of their other cars except the one that I bought. They were also very quick on trying to sell it to us. I wouldn t go back here again if someone paid me. I would RUN from this dealership.

After a lengthy search, I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Top Notch. It was As Is No Warranty. The price was certainly fair but what impressed me most was his honesty. As he was preparing the vehicle for us, he discovered a small leak in the hydraulic motor mount. This was not requested or expected in the agreed price. He apologized that it wasn't ready but wanted to ensure the vehicle was as sound as he could make it. Integrity is rare in this business. I would gladly recommend this business! Kevin Sanders

Dont waste your time!. I was under the impression they were a decent place with all of the 4 star reviews and the person messaging me was very nice, the car I was looking at appeared to be in good shape accoring to pictures on their site, however when I got there to look at the car it was AWEFUl. Rust on the rotors so bad that they were just flaking away in my hand, rust on not just parts of the body but the FRAME as well pretty bad, black residue above the exhaust which means it was blowing oil (so in other words valve issues which means the motor is about shot) oil leak with oil on the engine and a spot under the car as well and not to mention the battery was so corroded and dead that it would not even start. Car was no where near worth the 7,000 they are asking for it. Do waste your time or hard earned money.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL First off my wife bought a a vehicle here about 2 months ago that they were very eager on getting us in and around 3 weeks ago the hydraulic brake system went out due to SEVERE RUST EVERYWHERE UNDER THE CAR they had to of known of the damage because every dealership with a mechanic shop puts their vehicle on a lift to see what issues it has and no such damage was mentioned of to either one of be careful of buying anything here or have it carefully inspected the only reason this place has a ton of 5 star reviews is because they strongly encourage everyone that buys a vehicle leave them a 5 star review before they leave i will post pictures of the underside of the vehicle as soon as i can but if i could give anyone one piece of advice it would be to not buy a car here even if they are your only option your better off riding a bicycle
