I highly suggest anyone who is looking for an amazing easy to get to and convenient car wash to come to Tommy's. My car had become extremely dirty from me being a delivery driver and I finally got tired of it. The staff was amazing, and helped me to get my beautiful car back to its nice former shine. This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a car wash. They explained to me how to set up the app and even helped me to get it set up correctly. They showed extreme care and kindness. I will be coming back on a regular basis not just for the amazing service but also for the amazing deal that they have for their customers.

Car wash is just ok, but we canceled the subscription. Figured it was worth the military special for $20 and was charged full price last month. Went to dispute the charges, was told the discount wasn't inputted in the app correctly the first time and it should be good to go now, BUT told us they can't issue refunds but would give us a free month for another car. We said that was fine, then they corrected the issue in the app for the discount and said we were good. Today, we get charged full price AGAIN, PLUS a fee for the car that was supposed to get a month free. I'm not going back a third time for them to fix what was supposed to be done right the first time. There are plenty of other car washes to go to.

I stopped here one day, because my car really needed it. I was talked to death from the guy at the window and ended up buying the $20 unlimited deal. I only took it because I was assured it would not automatically bill me for the next month. Of course, this wasn t true and I have been told I have to contact the Johnson City location. So I m giving this one star until I talk to them and see if i can get a refund. I told the guy I am never on this end of town but would be for the next three weeks. When will I learn, if it s too good to be true .

Relatively inexpensive for The Works" ($20). OK basic car wash. Missed several areas & did not not remove bug splatter on the front... free unlimited vacuuming, no towels, or cleaning spray for wiping down or cleaning interior like are provided at some competitors. Understandable, given the lower price point...

Just started going to Tommy's Express Car Wash with my truck in Johnson City around a month ago. I am trying out the $20 a month plan before bumping up. 3 weeks later & I just Love it so far. Cleans my truck a lot better than the competition and also has vacuum and window cleaner and dry towels just like them. Quality & Price is why I will stay with Tommy's.

I couldn't believe how great my car looked after going through the Bristol location just one time. Comparing this to the others I have used before, this is by far a better wash. The detail kits they sell have a glass cleaner towel in them that have isopropyl alcohol and do a great job cleaning the interior of the windows not to mention the air fresheners smell great.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

It definitely seems shorter than most drive-throughs but actually cleans better. I've noticed other drive-through car washed don't remove bird droppings as well and also leave soapy streaks. This has not been an issue with Tommy's.

Free unlimited vacuum. YES, Towels AND spray are provided free of charge. No time limit. FREE Mat wash. $10 car wash was great. No bug splats remaining

One of the Best Car Washes in JC due to the fact that all Veteran's and First Responders get the Maximum Car Wash for only $20 Bucks a month as many times you want to wash your car. No place in JC offers that.

I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla and this car wash scratched up the paint and hardly even washed the car. The vacuums barely had any power. I definitely don t recommend.

Avoid This Car Wash!! They have a huge "lawyer talk" sign the size of a spreadsheet out front that lists all the things they are NOT responsible for. Things such as scratches?! If a car wash is not responsible for scratches, then who is -- the vehicle owner?!! If I am paying you for a service, you had better be responsible for the quality/outcome of that service!!!

Great deal. Free vacuum cleaning too. They even have a chemical that gets brake dust off your rims! Very heavy brake dust will just wipe off afterwards!

Got the works window's white spots everywhere very hard to get off had to hand wash definitely not enough time on rince.

I utilized Tommy s for the 21st time 3/30/23I found it very clean, a bit spread out, but the wash itself did not remove some smuts from passenger side of car. I had to use spray bottle and cleaning cloths provided.

Really excited to try the new car wash, but the best wash still left my white truck dirty on driver s door in about a foot x foot area behind side mirror.

This was a big waste of money, didn't even get my truck clean I got the works wash of 20.00 and I was very disappointed go to Boones Creek to that car wash it really does a good job and clean you truck and they have cleaning cloth and window spray at the vacuum cleaner.. Tommy Express just not worth the money. KK

Terrible wash. Paid for the works & had the monthly subscription too. This site didn t even try the vehicle or apply tire shine. Cancelled immediately. Stay away.
