Let me tell you, these guys do amazing work! I have taken several of my vehicles as well as my supreme boat and the work they have done is top notch! The went above and beyond our expectations! Sound Decision is the only place I will ever go! Some of the nicest people you ll ever meet. Benny knows his stuff when it comes to custom work. Thank you guys so much for always being professional and exceeding our expectations! If you want the best service around go check them out, you won t be disappointed!!

Had a 9am appointment for only a windshield strip of tint. Drove 45 minutes to the appointment. Waited an hour and it was very crooked, and the soap film was all over the windshield. Called him from right down the street and he said bring it back and he d fix it. Go back and he tells me he has 2 cars to do before he can fix mine. So I called Pro Tint and they got me right in and had it redone perfectly in 15 minutes. They didn t offer a refund or anything. Do not recommend.

Had new radio installed in my car. My husband had one installed in his Jeep. We are very pleased. Great customer service. I highly recommend Sound Decision!

Benny and his crew are top notch! Great communication, clean work and solid recommendations on building a killer system! My boat absolutely destroys the other boats in our group no questions asked! Highly recommend!

Installed a sub and the cord was just stuck along the top. It of course fell.I took it back to fix it - same thing fell on floor again. They are not interested in quality, detailed install. They acted surprised I even asked to move the cord. Not recommended!!

Scheduled an appointment for 9, and was there with my car at open.As soon as I handed my keys over I was told there was one ahead of me.Two hours later, and multiple cars pulled in before mine, that arrived after me- FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.When I asked for my keys and told them to cancel my appointment it was as if they didn t even care.If you want your cars TINTED. Go to MORELOCKS. This place is a joke.

I was only there with a friend but thought their customer service skills were seriously lacking. Heard negative comments about a caller who was looking for help on a matter. Once the rep got off the phone, he talked down about them in front of other customers.

Very great first experience with this place! Staff members were very nice and friendly, and went above and beyond in the service department. Not only did they put my amp in a discrete spot, out of the way, without me even having to request it. They also did me a favor and ran the wire for my Led interior light strips, that I had in there already, under the trim and completely out of the way; where before I just had it hanging down and tucked under my floor mats. Very pleased with the sub installation itself as well! Sounds great!! Great price!! Definitely plan on coming back to the same place for window tinting soon! Highly recommended business!

Very unprofessional and rude. I had a 9am appt and was there at 830 and went in at 858. I was told there was a car ahead of me. They took 2 cars back and were about to take a 3rd. All these cars were drop offs and not even there. I was the only cust there in the waiting area. Would not recommend them at all.

Go see Chris Phillips and the guys for any audio, visual, needs you have . You have kids hes got the system you need, tv, dvd, game systems, and music for you. Believe it or not they can and have done it for me! Tv not your thing ,but you travel he has gps and front and rear dash cams that are as good as the movies. Have problems parking hes got parking cams too. Never go outside in the hot, cold, snow, or rain to start your car as at sound decision you can get a remote start added to your car, and start it up to quarter mile away! They do a great job with other car accessories like vent visors, and vinyl decals ect. 15 years later hes still the only guy we go to when we get a new car for ourselves or the kids.

You know I really don't have a clue how these guys have anything but 5 star reviews. They are VERY experienced and did a fabulous job for me. I contacted them weeks ago to do a custom stereo install on my houseboat and Benny was quick to let me know how busy they were. He set an appointment for weeks later, but stayed in touch with me and they kept the appointment date, showed up even though the weather was very questionable - cold and wet - and they did a very polished job of installing the system and it SOUNDS awesome!I highly recommend owner, Chris and Bennie for a job well done.Thanks to Sound Decision, I'm pretty sure I have the best sounding sound system at the marina.

Just expected a better install of my touch screen stereo in my daughters car than what I got. Especially after the detailed questions that I asked about how it would look as a finished product, and the reassurance I was given that it would look just as I requested when done. Don t know man, maybe shoulda just done it myself. The work was done in a timely manner and folks were fairly nice to work with. Just expected more :(

Good place!We had miss communication. Was my favorite! They have installed my amp and sub into every vehicle! (5 different) I was told they won t install the type of amp. It has to many problems.I have had this amp the last they installed it. I hope it wasn t a up sale try. Im very disappointed. They are good at what they do.But one door closes another will open.

When you want a quality install you go to the most experienced people! Benny and the team have completed two quality installs on my truck. I will be back for the next project and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Had an aftermarket sound system installed by them a few years back and they did a great job! Nowadays however, they intentionally leave the phone off the hook so they don t get any calls. Anytime you go into the store to get advise, they young guy behind the desk acts like a grumpy old man who doesn t want you there and answers your questions in as few words as possible. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy now Just go to Dashboard Audio

Great service everytime I go. Prices are reasonable, and they have an outstanding warrant service where you can trade in your amp you bought from them and get full money back towards a better amp if you decide to upgrade your system. And they exchanged my amp when it blew the power supply no questions asked. Definitely recommend for audio shopping needs

Sound Decision is the best for all the neat items for you ride. The entire staff does a exceptional job no matter the task at hand. Reasonable prices and the best outcomes. Check them out. I have had 2 vehicles tinted and side runners put on my jeep.

I had a radio put in along with a sub set and a Bluetooth mic. Within months everything failed that was put in. I replaced my subs one time and within a month the new set blew. The Bluetooth mic quit working within a month the subs most likely had a short in the wire. The radio is the only thing that works still.

These guys are amazing and very fair, I had an issue with my SUV and they helped me very quickly and got it fixed. If you need stereo equipment or have questions about electronics this place is the best in the Tri-Cities.

50/50 pro and cons. While the work was done well enough and product is still working...I didn't like that my change was dropped all over the floor and was not put back in where I had it. I can understand why it dropped but I do not understand why they didn't put it back. And I had over $6.00 in quarters that I needed for laundry when I went to do it I had only $3.00 left and I picked it off the floor so leads me to think someone there took my quarters. Dishonest is the same as thief or, make note of it and take the difference off the final price. I don't go back to a place that's disrespectful of their customers

Got my windows tinted the other day picked it up 9 hours later had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for someone to help me then get in my car and see my seat covers had a sticky stain on them which won t come out, then noticed all four windows had a wet residue dripping down the inside of my doors, door handle on driver side had sticky substance on it had to clean that up. All that was ok but today looked in my back window and the plastic piece around my brake light in the window looked like they sprayed something to remove the old tint and that piece looks bleached and faded now. So now I have a ruined seat cover, dirt and greasy spots here and there in the back seat and a plastic piece that s faded.

I highly recommend Sound Decision if you want to get a remote start system put in. I had one put in at Tint World in Kingsport that they hooked up wrong and Chris at Sound Decision did an awesome job fixing it for me. Thank you so much Chris and Sound Decision. You will definitely get my business in the future.

Bought a Toyota Camry literally a month ago it is now sitting in the driveway with a rod coming out of the side of the motor. Should have known better when i was driving it home and it over heated on the interstate. Called him (Lucas) and he said it had never did that before but said to turn on ac and it would stop. How did he know to do that when it had never happened before. They had detailed the car but took some form of permanent marker to fill in the paint chips which wore off in two days. I am very disappointed in this company. Do not buy a car off of them is all i can say.

Absolute horrible job, has bubbles in front tint strip and it has creases in the back window.
