Had a Wonderful experience at Smith's Cars of Johnson City Tennessee we drove from South Carolina looking for a Toyota 86. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude they were super friendly and had good knowledge and information on any questions you may ask. Overall had a wonderful experience with them and would recommend them to anyone

I had a great experience with smiths car in johnson city, we were looking for a truck we went by there and it was close, 2 hrs later I get a call from nakiya apologizing (he was at his brothers graduation) went by there and he received us with a big smile, he is so professional, nice and helpful guy, he help us a lot. everything was really smooth. Also his brother (congrats to him and hope everything goes well in college) was really helpful and did an amazing job showing us the truck. Will definitely buy from them again. Hands down to the best dealership I highly recommend them no hesitation. Thank you guys we love our truck

This is one of the best dealerships I have done business with. Back in November my car broke down and it was a major fix. I had poor credit and nowhere to turn smiths helped me out and got me in a car. What's crazy is within a week the car's head gasket blew. But I got with Mr.Farmer at Smith's Cars about this and he got me in an even better car charging me nothing extra. Was helpful through the entire process. Everyone at Smith's Cars was helpful and caring throughout my entire experience and still are 2 months later. I will be buying from them again in the future.

Had a great experience with Smith cars of Johnson city thanks to Ashlon and Benny. They went above and beyond. The dealership made the process quick and painless.Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). Highly recommend.

Worst experience ive ever had with buying a car from them. They had an employee who put their car on the lot to sell. So i financed the car. Not even a month later, the turbo went out in it as well as many other problems started arise with the car. The employee never honored to repair the car nor did the dealer but to have their mechanic to fix it for a price. So stuck with a car that is a ticking time bomb and no honor from the dealer, prior owner (employee) or the finance company. So now im stuck with a $30k contract what is barely moving. Thanks alot

From my very first contact with Benny at Smith's as an out-of-town internet buyer to the point of purchase and driveaway, he was courteous, honest, and went out of his way to provide additional photos and videos. Owner is very picky in choosing what they sell, so you can count on quality. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The guys here at smiths cars of Johnson city are awesome! Kenny has great experience in the car business and is a very stand up guy. This isn t a buy here pay here type of place. They do business right and better then the franchises out there!

Ashlon and Benny Were amazing ! Very good at there Jobs! They are very upfront and honest !They DESTROY the car Salesmen are liars and crooks stereotype! If you need a good deal on a vehicle and have credit issues, then they are the people you wanna go see :)
