Great service. Showed up and worked diligently to get my car safe open. It took him a few minutes to get it, which I was happy to see it wasn't something that popped right open. He did open it for me and will definitely call them again if I need their services.

Amazing service and fair price!My daughter in law had to return to her base and we could not find her keys. They provided her a fob and a 2nd programmed plain key!Very fast arrival seeing how it was Sunday, and New Year s Eve. Highly recommend!

Our family has found a new locksmith for life. I can t thank Douglas enough for all of his hard work. I called him on a Monday evening and he was there as planned on Tuesday morning. Although, I know if we would have needed him Monday night he would have been there. Best prices around and very kind and helpful. Give this guy a call. You ll be glad you did. Thank you Douglas!!!

They guys who came out to help me with my car were super nice. They needed to reprogram my key and the process only took a few minutes from start to finish. They also helped me get my battery running and recommended I get it checked. I m very glad they did because it was bad and I could easily have been stranded somewhere if not for the suggestion.

Locked both sets of keys in my van recently. In a panic, I Googled locksmiths in my area and called this one. Tim came promptly and had my van unlocked within seconds. Hearing my locked door click when he unlocked it was by far the sweetest sound I've ever heard! His charge was very affordable, half of what I had been dreading.The only negative to my experience came later. Tim said because it is considered Roadside Service that I could turn it in to my car insurance company for reimbursement.When I notified them I was told what all I'd need on my receipt in order to be reimbursed. None of the info they wanted was on my receipt. I emailed the Locksmith and in return they emailed to me a copy of the paperwork I had signed. The year model of my van is 1996 but on the paperwork it was written as 2015, something I hadn't noticed when signing it. Tim is 'good people' and I will always call him for help if needed .. but bless his heart his chicken-scratch handwriting is hard to decipher.I ended up just sucking up the cost and not getting reimbursement from my insurance.

On Your Way Locksmith was my hero on this day, especially the agent that helped me, named Tim. I had to rush my pregnant wife to the ER due to complications and in my panic locked my house keys inside my home, and didn't realize until much later. When I called them they were obviously incredibly busy so I left a message and got a return call very quickly. Tim called me back promptly and gave me an estimate for the charges and said he would be on his way immediately, I left the ER and met him at my home. When he arrived Tim was genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Within 20 minutes Tim had gotten the door open even though it was a tough, higher grade exterior lock and overall was the best experience I've ever had with a locksmith. So Tim, if you see this, I just want to thank you and the company a thousand times over. You are truly an awesome person and I wish the best for you, thank you. I'll recommend every person I know that needs a good locksmith to your company. You truly saved my day, and made a huge positive change in our lives. Thank you Tim and On Your Way Locksmith company!

I locked myself out like a fool; this locksmith made it to my house and was done less than 30m for sureeeee and cost me like 15$ less than the others I called would ve charged. Would recommend; great service, quick, and the man unlocking my door was fun about it even when I was upset for being silly lol

I locked myself out of my apartment but called On Your Way and they answered within 30 seconds and then were at my apartment within 30 minutes. Then they got me in my apartment in just a few minutes and didn t charge what a lot of others would. Tim was really nice and I appreciate his help. Would highly recommend if you ever need a locksmith.

Tim was very polite And professional. And the. Job? Went. As well as it could we were unable to take care of the problem immediately But Tim went out of his way and above and beyond to come back and fix the problem. Definitely recommend this guy at least guys in the future. Five stars from me!

Doug came out on a Sunday morning after responding to a message left on his phone. He answered our call and was at the house (where the RV is located) within 20 min.He was so kind and professional. Courteous and helpful. He was able to get me back into my RV within 2-3 minutes. And the service call!!!! Oh my goodness, I could not believe how reasonable his fee was, and especially it being on a Sunday morning.If you are ever in need of a locksmith you won t be disappointed.

I wanted to thank Tim for his prompt availability and good attitude with helping me get my stuck car out of a precarious situation at the edge of a steep drop off with nothing but snow and ice under my vehicle. He was immediately heading my way after my call for assistance in getting unstuck and away from the drop off that would have resulted in an totaled vehicle. I sincerely appreciate the help and will recommend you guys to anyone else that gets in a similar situation.

Driver showed up 5 hours late took 3 hrs only to get my remote to start not lock unlock doors charged me $265 which I did get refunded but in 15 minutes a local locksmith had it working for under $100 also the fobs were for an Accura not a Ford Edge and didn t match

Kevin was absolutely amazing! We had left our key in our house and our spare was not working so we were locked out. Original we called pop-a-lock but they were going to take 3 hours to get to our house (I can see their business from my home) while these guys were there in 10 minutes.

I was just grabbing a pizza when I locked my keys in my truck. Within 15 mins they had arrived, and had my door unlocked within the next 10 mins. These guys are awesome, fast and VERY reasonably priced. Definitely recommending them to everyone out there!

Would like to take a moment and say thank you to On Your Way, Owner Doug. I had locked myself out of my car. Had no cell phone and was trying to get in my car with no Luke. About the time I was ready to throw my hands in the air. Doug had pulled up and said he was a locksmith. Doug told me the rates that are very reasonable and he would half to go home and get his tools. He was back in 2 minutes and had the car opened in about a minute. Doug is very dedicated with his business to do good work and make people happy. Thank you Doug for making my stressful day alot less. I highly recommend On Your Way Locksmith for their services that they provide and plan do more business in the future. Again Thank very much, Doug

We were locked in our motor home and On Your Way got us on our way. He worked to open the door from outside, when that didn't work he climbed through the window and found the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and had a good knowledge of RV door locks. We considered the charges very fair for the time and effort.

Kevin absolutely saved the day! I called around midnight, after being turned away by Pop-a-lock, and he arrived in less than 5 minutes. He was courteous, professional and an expert locksmith at a very reasonable price. I absolutely recommend him and On Your Way Locksmith Services if you need a locksmith in Johnson City. He's a superhero!
