One of the products I needed was in stock. The other however was a rare part for an older vehicle and the associate did his best to find the part, however we didn't locate it either in the store or online.The store was exceptionally well kept, clean and organized.The associate was professional and friendly and went the extra mile to assist myself and other customers.

Listen I wanna give a huge shoutout to Grant, if he's there when you stop by. Ask for him, I appreciate everyone in the store. Completely professional and understanding and straight forward. Great people who are knowledgeable. Recommend this place out of anywhere else!

Ian has a poor work attitude. Hes very rude, sells the wrong parts, and seems to think it's ok to run his mouth about customers. Also likes to argue and be rude to his fellow co-workers in front of customers.

Gino the OReilly employee at the counter got my car up and running fast. He found a loose negative battery connection and installed a battery post shim that got my car up and running for $3 instead of a new $180 battery. Never heard of a battery post shim before, sure glad Gino had. Great help. Very friendly store.

Have had to go to this store over 6 times to get my parts. Either they sent it back or it was the wrong part or the count was off. They charged me over 7 each time for shipping. I also have had to make sure the manager was going to be there in order to make sure everything was correct. So on the day which should have been the last time I would have to deal with them The manager was nice and gave me a couple of refunds on the shipping. HOWEVER I get home and the count is off once again. This has prolonged my truck becoming fixed let alone the amount and trips I have had to deal with. I cant speak for every store but this one in particular needs to get its sh** together. Will not be going back after They get all of this correct to a T.

This is the first auto parts store I go to with any of my automotive needs. If they don't have it you can get quick shipping on just about everything.

Their website says they have product. So I drive all the way across the county just to find out they do not have the part I need. They can always "order" it but so can I for a much better price. They need to update their website vs their inventory.

I purchase the run-of-the-mill starter there. It worked once and then wouldn't work anymore so I had to take it back for a replacement on the one-year warranty. The counter person there said they didn't have another one available that I would have to upgrade that if I wanted that one I would have to go to Johnson City on Highway 26 to get the replacement that day. When I got there the old boy behind the counter tried about 10 or 15 minutes to try and get me to upgrade to $179 one. I just wanted to standard one I didn't want but upgraded one finally gave me the standard one to replace the one that wouldn't work. They didn't have to send me their good to have someone try and sell me on the more expensive one the fellow at the counter and Elizabethton could have done that if they had trained him to do it.

I love O Reilly s, typically more so than its competitor. But this particular location is the worst of the worst. I have been here about a dozen times and each and every time have been treated badly.The workers here all act like they are God s gift to the automotive parts industry. Never again will I come back when Advanced and Autozone are just like a block away. Seriously HQ need to retrain these guys for customer service.

The people were rude! I was standing outside in 20 degree weather and no one offered to help me. I was sold a battery pack that was missing parts. When I mentioned that I saw it had been taped closed 2x the man acted like he could not hear me. When I called them back to say that I would be coming back the next day for a brand new battery pack. He sounded apathetic, and not once did an apology come out of that man's mouth. I feel like if you are someone who does not know a lot about cars and you go to a place like this the people working there should be willing to help you. That was not my experience. I am exchanging this pack and look forward to never stepping foot in that store again.

Went there to drop off some used motor oil this morning. Not that I expect anything great, it s an auto parts store, but fellow working there was a complete jerk. Wouldn t even answer questions. If you hate a job that bad, QUIT!

After being told by Auto zone I couldn't work on my car in their parking lot I drove to the O'REILLY'S half a block away. I just needed a new wiper arm. O'Reilly's happily let me replace it in their parking lot and loaned me a tool to do so. Great staff and easy access from both streets.

I'll love to give a shout out to an amazing helpful friendly employee. RIOS HE HELP ME FIND MY FUSE BOX AN REPLACE A FUSE.HE IS AT THE OREILLYS NEXT TO BIG lots in Johnson City . Thanks again Rios.

Stood at pick up counter while employees serviced 4 other customers that came in after. Never offered to help until prompted. After thanking them for help employee was rude.

Very inexperienced workers, they don t have a clue about vehicles or basic mechanics. They just type in computer and hope for the best. Some oO Reillys have knowledgeable workers, they do have decent parts!

Will never shop here again! But I will say the first shift was great! But 2nd horrible customer service i waited 3 hrs for rotors to be turned and they still didn't call me to let me they was done!!!! U always take care of the customers who was there first!!!

Checked out my engine light without charging me and then didn't high pressure me to purchase there. I appreciate that so therefore when I did make the necessary repairs guess where I went. Right back to them.
