There are two employees there, Bill and Jeremiah, who are over the top. They helped me tremendously with my car. Personalized service and honest. This will be my first choice when something goes wrong with my car.

In there for nothing more than window wipe. These guys will treat you like you're purchasing the store, nice people, knowledgeable and ready with an intelligent suggestion as to your next move. I enjoy it every time I go in to O'Reilly's in Boone's Creek!!

This to recognize Ed at this store. I bought oil for my truck. I always do everything for my vehicles. My truck is tall and I am short. I have always climbed on the bumper to add oil. My health has deteriorated to the point that I couldn't do that today. When I asked Ed for help, he immediately did it for me and was friendly and professional during it all . I am SO favorable impressed! This us now my favorite auto parts store.

My husband and I went there to purchase brakes for our car and Stephen was the one who helped us, he had them ready when we walked in to get them after my husband spoke to him on the phone. When we paid for the brakes Stephen came outside with us and saw how bad our rotor was on the passenger side of the car and he told my husband I am not letting y all leave like that and he went back inside the store and came out with a rotor he purchased for us because we didn t have the money for anything but the brakes. We want to let people know how nice and kind hearted this gentleman was too us and how much he helped us out by doing that for us because he didn t have too buy a rotor for our car. This goes to show you good people are still left in the world. They are just far and in between now days. Stephen we hope you see this review and know how much we appreciate what you did for us. It meant a lot to have someone care enough to help. My husband and I appreciate you so much sir. God bless you!!

They took my old wipers off and sold me the ones that I needed. The new ones were installed. Knowledgeable, friendly and quick.Did I mention they switched them out in the rain!

Horrible upper management, they treat employees like dogs . To have a general manager tell you to ignore your family , for the betterment of a store is disgraceful. Leaving this place was the best decision ever.

I prefer O'Reilly's over all the other places to begin with, but this was first visit to this new location. Employee was proactive in making sure I was finding what I needed without being pushy. Genuinely seemed like they appreciated my business.

Jason (Wildling), not his last name was Awesome. Whole hell of a lot better than the ones on Market street which I had visited a few days earlier. He helped me with my trailer lights. I'm dependent on my wheelchair. He had empathy for me and went out of his way to make sure my trailer was legal to roll down the road. If they could hire a few just like him (good attitude, respectful, understanding of my handicap, all and all the best employee I have had the pleasure to meet at O'Reilly's.

Great employees, from my experience every time. The prices are basically the same as others, plus they price match. They are very expensive on other store products accessories and such.

Beat Walmart on Freon for a car.They were half the price good place for lots of cheaper than Walmart prices
