Absolutely awesome service. They shaved my rotors down in less than an hour and the cost was low. Very friendly staff. Very pleased with the service I received. 1000 stars above AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts.

Don't buy rotors from there there cheap Japanese ones and they sell you carbon blend pads that justceat the rotors to death mine lasted less than 10k miles. And I called the ford dealer and got ford parts USA rotors and pads for 16.00 less than O'Reilly with there brake service special saving you 50 dollars on 2 rotors and pads. The dealer was still cheaper with stock stuff and the rotors are night and day different the old ones were so light and a different blend of metal it seemed, no more brake from here for me

This just turned 70 yr old woman was given the Red Carpet Service at O Reilly s Auto Parts located on W. Market St., across from the traffic light at Walmart s! Tony, service agent took me by the hand & showed me 3 rear wipers for my SUV - each reasonably priced & good quality. I pointed to the wiper I thought was sturdy & sufficient for its purpose. . Then Tony guided me out to my auto & proceeded to put it on my rear window . It was a beautiful morning & I felt like this was how my BD should have felt, instead of having oral surgery & pain on my 70th BD! Great service, friendly atmosphere, & taking care of the whole errand I needed to complete without missing a step . . . I wouldn t go anywhere else for my auto s needs. They go beyond their call of duty every day Thanks for making my day

Great customer service. I bought a ratcheting wrench from them. It wasn't an O'Reilly's brand tool however it came with a warranty. About a week of use it wasn't functioning as purchased. They evaluated the tool and found the problem and replaced it with a brand new ratcheting wrench.

Thank y all so much! I went today with a front light out and needed to get a replacement. They were so helpful to show me which item I needed. Then, even in the rain, they came out and changed my bulb for me! I was so thankful since my husband wouldn t be able to do it until tomorrow and I wasn t sure how. Thank you!!

This one on west market street has terrible service. I am very polite try to get the staff to help me with some of my projects that I need parts for, and it s like talking to a brick wall EVEN THE ASSISTANT MANAGER highly disappointed. Don t waste your time at this store head over to the one on east Oakland avenue those guys are great over there!

I hardly ever leave reviews but this was ridiculous. I just bought a throttle position sensor online today and my wife picked it up brought it home and when I opened the box the sensor wasn't in it, only the bolts and o-ring were inside. When I called they said to bring the box back and when my wife took it back they told her the manager wasn't there and they didn't have another one he said there was nothing they could do for her until a Manger comes in tomorrow. I bought a part and expected to have it in the box to fix my truck and now my truck is down. Had to drive to another town and get the part there. So my $41 part has cost me $82now. I will go to Auto Zone for now on!

Well I paid $250 for a battery in 1yr it went bad but it was still under warranty BUT bc they didn't put me in the system when I bought it I had no proof of the purchase I had to purchase a new battery but Tim on west market was a real swell guy and helped as much as he could and made the burn a little less painful

I always find exactly what I am looking for, whether it be oil, antifreeze, engine cleaner. They have the best prices around and are always ready to assist you with whatever you need. This is my go to place for my cars needs.

Thought my alternator was out so went to have them check it. It was bad which stinks but when we bought a new one the young man that was helping me, Scotty, offered to help me install it in the parking lot. Thanks Scotty and O'Reillys for some great customer service.

Shawn made this an awesome experience to say the least. All of this gloom and doom around us an there is a person who is proud to be employed by a good company.He went the extra mile when I stopped for new wipers !! He was so attentive to all customers.We need more Shawn s in this world right now. He gets ten stars from me!!!!!

Needs to be Moreno Koke the internet prices i can get a part here say a Brake calibre $175. Off the internet get both front calib.an rotters plus pads?IF U HAVE THE TIME WORTH YOUR THE WAIT

Great auto store however store employees could be more educated on what they have and what they don't have how to use it most auto stores employee people who have somewhat of an idea on parched and cars for that matter this particular one appears to employee anyone many of them know very little to nothing about cars

As a man carrying a man card when my wife lets me i didn't know how to change my tail light that the nice police officer told me was out so went in and they did not judge went out and change it without second thought

They have a policy that's a little puzzling if you order something online and it's a special order they won't let you use your credit card you have to present yourself at the store. I bet they lose millions of dollars every year where that policy.
