One of the most professional people I ve dealt with when making a larger purchase, Dustin was phenomenal. Purchasing and receiving my Leonard storage shed in four inches of snow was unheard of, but these guys did just that! The delivery team navigated the challenging weather with professionalism, ensuring a smooth process. Snow didn t stop them! The shed's quality exceeded expectations, and it now stands as a sturdy addition to my property. Overall, a commendable service and product.

I had them install Fog/Driving lights on my 18 Colorado Crew Cab, as well as a trailer brake controller system. They did very nice work on the lights and making a small, custom made, panel to hold the light switch and trailer brake controller.My two complaints are,1. On the trailer brake system, I told them multiple times that the full wiring diagrams for the wiring under the dash and the harness at the back of the truck were in the owners manual. After their one guy took 2 hours to wire in the back plug, I pulled out the manual and showed him the diagrams. He was amazed, and the wiring under the dash went much faster.2. The job took over 5 hours, when I was quoted 2. I actually had to leave and come back several days later to get the final work done on the lights. HOWEVER, they only charged me for the 2 hours, so I was very pleased with that.Would recommend them to get work done, just plan on having it take a while...

Dustin and Kevin are true to their word. Both very knowledgeable and great honest guys. I have a 2024 chevy 3500hd, less then 3k on it, my baby. I have had them do a spray in bed liner, step running boards and a 5th wheel hitch. Thinking of a few more thing I want done, Dustin will continue to get my business. I purchased a new truck and wanted a bed cover. I contacted Dustin and he gave me my options. Absolutely no pressure but he did take the time to show me the difference in the different covers. I appreciate the ppl. My cover was ordered and put on in a very timely manner and I have received so many compliments on how it looks Thanks for all you do!!!

I am a past employee of Leonard s buildings and truck accessories. I have to say all the the Leonard s are good but I have bought several products from Leonard s at the Johnson city location including trailers truck bed covers etc. The customer service is perfect. The knowledge that have of their products is amazing. They have one of the installers I have ever seen on grounds. Dustin is the best hands down. He installs perfect to the T every time. From truck covers to fixing a trailer with a motorcycle package with tie down strips wheel chalk etc. He is so knowledgeable of correct procedures of installation of their products but not limited fixing wiring on trailers brake boxes just everything. If your looking for a building truck accessories floor mats for your car this is the place to go. They are veteran friendly as well. They give military discount on your purchase. They work with you with out standing customer service to get you what you want and the best item for the job all in a friendly budget.

I had received a Leonard's gift card for Christmas and had needed a Thule roof rack w/outrigger for my kayak also a small cargo basket for my RAM 3500. The manager had looked everything up, spoke with Thule and ordered the parts from Thule and low and behold... Thule sent the wrong parts. You would not believe how inept and slow Thule was with trying to get the right order filled ... I could not believe how PATIENT the manager was dealing with them! When the parts ordered came they didn't work with each other - Thule sent parts out that they knew would not be able to be used together. A call to Thule and they were no help. Finally, the manager did a great work around without any help from Thule. I got the perfect system which meets my needs to a "T" because the manager was far more capable and motivated to please the customer than the manufacturer. As I told him, "You succeeded DESPITE Thule's best efforts, not BECAUSE of them!"I have more " truck jewelry " to add on in the future and I WILL drive my RAM Diesel Dually 4x4 all the way from Atlanta, GA to Johnson City to have these guys do the work. They know what they are doing more so then their vendors ... AND they are persistent and want a satisfied customer. I am a very satisfied customer! Great job, Robert! Thule... you need to do a lot better!

I just had Leonard do a spray-in bed liner in my new truck. The service was top-notch, everyone was helpful and friendly, the quality of work is great, and it was ready earlier than promised. Even their prices beat most other companies offering similar services here in the Tri-Cities. I will highly recommend Leonard to anyone needing any truck accessories or services in the future!

Bought running boards and a tonneau cover for my truck. No problems! Had to change out brackets in order for the tonneau cover clips to work. About 20-30 minutes at no charge. Thanks guys!

Unparalleled customer service and "can-do" attitude that is rare in any business today. Have had several dealings with this branch and have never been disappointed. Robert, the manager, worked on my truck cap in bitter cold weather, ten minutes before closing on a Friday evening to take care of a small issue with the Leer lock. Never complained, even when the first solution didn't work. Did not quit until the problem was solved. Will I go back? You betcha! Highly recommend this store and their products.

Great place!!!! Very helpful and an excellent job on my sprayed in bed liner for my 2018 Ford 150. I would and will recommend to anyone. Thank you so much looks great. Was working late and couldn't pick up my truck before they closed and they was nice enough to deliver my truck to my job site can't say enough. Thank you again

I needed a trailer to haul my motorcycle for Thanksgiving vacation we are taking next week so I purchased a 6 x 12 enclosed cargo trailer here. The advertising from my perspective, is completely false and misleading. It advertises "we finance trailers" on every open and enclosed trailer they sell. It even displays a higher $ amount for those who choose to finance through them. In big bold letter behind the counter it even says "Leonard's no credit check financing." They do NOT finance trailers at all. They only finance sheds. Someone in the company decided to put all their products under that same finance advertising in what appears to be a bait & switch tactic. They had me use an outside lender.(lengthy credit process) The people however seem friendly. I thought I d regret the purchase but so far so good. Inventory is limited on enclosed trailers. All in all, shady tactics but seemly quality goods. I will be needing a bigger trailer soon however I doubt I d get another one through this company bc of my whole experience.

After ordering a shed and waiting over a month for it to be built, Leonards called and told me that the shed would be delivered on a Monday morning. So after taking off of work, and waiting all day, the shed never showed up. I called back Tuesday morning and Leonards told me that the shed would then be delivered the following Wednesday morning. I took off another day from work, and yet again the shed didn't show up. Thursday morning I called Leonards and this time they told me the shed would be delivered the following morning, Friday. Friday morning I called, because of the customer service being so horrible, to make sure the shed would actually be delivered this time, due to the fact that I had to take another day off of work. The shed was finally delivered, around 4 p.m. but was not what I ordered. After waiting over a month, the 3 colors that we had ordered (black, barn red, white) were not correct. The driver called the DM, and long story short, the DM said to take it or leave it. Needless to say we did not take it, and will never do buisness with Leonards again. The customer service was absolutely horrible, continuously telling me they would call me back, and never doing so. I would strongly advise going somewhere else for a shed or anything else you need.

I am currently renting a building from Leaonard, The building is great the staff was super nice ! Earlier I ranted out of sheer anger and should not have, I have talked to Leonards staff and they have righted all wrongs I thought to be unresolved, I want to thank Robert and His GM for quickly responding and helping to resolve this issue. I am very happy with my building as well as the outcome. Thank you guys
