I love my new Sequoia! Alex worked closely with me for months to keep me updated on the build and delivery of my new Sequoia. She was instrumental in making this purchase. JCity Toyota are absolute pros - Big Dan and Aaron were helpful, timely, personable and got me the best deal out of anywhere else I looked at. Big Dan kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Best Toyota dealership I ve been to.

Bought 2 vehicles from them in a month and very happy with both our purchase. Awesome service, and management. Definitely ask for Tony in sales - he is great and provides great customer service. He helped us both times. Jennifer, Kelly and Dominick all provided great support throughout the process. I love their warranty and how they always take care of what we want and make sure we get it. They do stand behind what they sell. Thank you guys!

Johnson City Toyota was awesome. Rick D. was great getting the vehicle I wanted, he stayed in touch a was not pushy. Tyler "TJ" was very helpful going over the features of my vehicle and walked me through several things. Taylor T. was also great when it came to the warranties and financing. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.I am one very happy and satisfied customer!!

Worked with the salesman Big Dan and I'd recommend anyone that is wanting to buy a car to work with him, if they can. He is very friendly and he tells you like it is, while also trying to work with you and get you the best deal/rate. He kept me updated when he was waiting to hear back from others. As a first time car buyer, Big Dan made this process easy. Big Dan is the man!

Searched for a car for 3 weeks and my car popped up in CarGurus. I dealt with Joe salesman's, Grant sales manager and Kyle finance guy. All three did a excellent job, mind you I flew in from Brunswick GA for this car and Joe picked me up at the airport. I thank everyone that made this possible, proud owner of a 2020 GENISIS G70. By the way they do not charge crazy fees!!!! One fee!!!

In love with my new car!Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable of his cars. When my car finally came in, he took the time to show me all of the fun features of my Rav4. He even fed my son some snacks from the vending machine, which was so sweet! You can tell he is a family man.Dylan in financing was patient and kind while going over all that Toyota had to offer.Overall great experience!

Toyota of Johnson City was amazing!!! I had the privilege of working with Van who was very knowledgeable about multiple different vehicles and friendly. The process of buying a car and trading a car were very smooth. I highly recommend going and seeing Van and purchasing a car. The deal was fair for my trade and I am happy with my new SUV!

I had a wonderful experience working with Alex and Eric on my new car.Alex responded bight and early to my inquiry about the car, before the dealership opened. Once the opened she checked to make sure that it was still there. Once I want to check on the car, she was very pleasant to work with. She let me take my time to look at the car. She was also attentive to and questions or concerns that I had.Eric was approachable with any questions that I had about the service side of what was going on with the car. He is also a very pleasant person to work with.I enjoyed working with these two people. They made buying my car new car a pleasant hassle free experience.

I highly recommend Johnson City Toyota! The process of buying a new car was made very reasonable throughout. It took a while for my car to come into the dealership, but was well worth the wait. I appreciate working with Kelly, Ziggy, and Tony. They were wonderful and always kept me informed. Thanks also to Aaron for walking me through the financial process in a very positive way. Big Dan was thorough professional and took care of me from the get go. There was some miscommunication at the beginning, but he handled it like pro and gave me the best deal. I couldn t have asked for a better salesman than Thomas! He is everything you would expect from a salesman, the type of guy that does everything in his power to put a great quality car in your home. Thomas has the best personality and can relate to you and your needs. Thomas made me feel comfortable knowing we can make deal and not to be rushed into anything I didn t want for my family. Great experience purchasing a vehicle at Johnson City Toyota! The sales people answered all of our questions and kept working with us until we found what we wanted to buy. Mary Baker helped find the cars we wanted to see on our first visit. The next day, Van Redstone worked with the financial person and us until we settled all the details. We left the dealership in a great vehicle and have received helpful followup. Highly recommend this dealership! No high pressure sales or run around. Ask for Van or Mary. They will definitely take care of you!

Went into the dealership for the 4th time over a paint recall. After wasting two hours of my time they then inform me the recall has expired and the new peeling won t be covered. The entire vehicle should have been covered from the start due to the faulty paint job in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. Called Toyota customer service and again told it would have to be paid for out of pocket.

Marcus Haynes is the one to see!!! He did an amazing job making sure we had the perfect truck to match our needs. He was not pushy and even came in to help on his day off. He left the choice to buy a car up to us instead of trying to sell us on stuff we didn t need. I think that is very rare for a salesman and it was greatly appreciated! Hopefully we keep this truck for years to come but if not we will definitely go back and talk to Marcus next time! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Ziggy is amazing! I live 3 hours from the dealership, after seeing a GMC Acadia online, I was put in contact with Ziggy, who answered all my questions quickly. Actually stayed in contact with me, until I was able to make the drive to see it in person, and purchase it! Was just as described! Thank you Ziggy!!

We have worked with a lot of car dealerships over the years. Johnson City Toyota by far has been our best experience to date! Our salesperson, Chelsea Brown went over and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. It was a superb experience from start to finish. Chelsea was always very prompt in returning our phone calls and texts. Chelsea's customer service and attention to detail was beyond satisfactory. Car salesmen in general, tend to have a bad reputation. It was so refreshing to find a salesperson who genuinely cared so much. We are beyond pleased with the service Mrs.Chelsea Brown gave to us!

I recently bought a vehicle here, and the salesman I worked with was Van. He was super helpful! I m located far away from the dealership, and he went above and beyond to give me all the information I needed to be able to make a good decision about the car before making the drive up there. He went and checked out the car, and even test drove it. He was absolutely wonderful and would recommend dealing with him anytime!

Easiest car buying experience ever. We were coming from 5 hours away because they had the van we wanted. Todd was a great communicator. When we arrived, the van was ready and there paper work was ready. Cam got us through the process quickly, with good answers to there few questions we had. We were in and out very efficiently, not trapped inside a dealership as had happened to me at other places for hours on end. Great experience. Great vehicle. Would but here again.

This was my 1st experience of buying a vehicle from Johnson City Toyota. Grant was my sales associate and did an awesome job. He readily answered my questions and concerns. He made my experience with JCT great. My family was impressed as well and indicated that they will be checking with JCT when they begin looking for their next vehicle. Great job.
