Second experience buying a car at this dealership. I dive 1.5 hours one way to get here. They go out of their way to accommodate. Arron and Tony especially with this purchase. Got lucky with the metallic blue color with tan interior . Very unique, I love it. I would highly recommend.

Buying a car in my experience has not been fun. I will say that Johnson City Nissan was the best experience for me ever. At 36 iv only bought like 2 new cars and this was one of those times. Literally the whole crew were super nice. I walked in like ugh here we go but left telling all of them how great they were. RAHEEM helped me out. Did great job and the 2 financiers were awesome. Coming from a guy with bad credit numbers due to divorce..I got a brand new Rogue. Thanks!

Yesterday we finalized the purchase of a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV AWD vehicle. I cannot imagine a better experience. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the finance manager was courteous and professional. Special thanks and kudos to our sales representative, Aaron Gillespie, who has a true servant s heart. He was personable, informative, thoughtful and made the stresses of buying a new car much easier. He listened carefully to what we needed and wanted and found the perfect car for us on the lot. He took us for a test drive and patiently explained the cars very innovative features. I would recommend him to anyone and intend to do so. Thanks again to all!

I received a promotional piece of mail that went into detail about how I won $1000. As you can imagine this was great news, for me and my family. I was very excited and I took the time out of my morning to drive across town, speak with the sales person for 20 minutes Only to realize at the end that the promotion was manipulative, deceitful and just a plain lie. As a business owner, I know good business, and I know bad business. This is bad business. Be careful of these shady practices and this shady dealership.

I had the BEST experience with Jon Boatman, Scott and Craig. We drove a hour and a half. They were informative and ultimately helped us start a new financial growth journey. The best part is I got a new car out of the whole thing. If you are looking to buy, JC Nissan is the place to go!!

Started off with a 5 star review - changing my opinion now. I bought my car 2/29/24 - title/tag transfer paperwork was not sent in until yesterday - 4/10/24. The only explanation I got was "we sale alot of cars, we get behind." Wish the follow-up process was as great as the service was initially when I bought the vehicle.

I had the opportunity to work with Kerry Bender during my recent visit. He was very professional and we actually had fun during the process. Go see Big Poppa!!! They will do what they say to really help you get the car you want. They go above and beyond and really do treat you well! They listened to me and were never pushy! They understood what I needed and did everything possible to make it happen. Every step of the process and every person involved was polite and courteous. They really DO know how to treat their customers! They were respectful and extremely helpful. Plus I got a better deal than "the other guys" and a much better experience! No wonder they are #1. They truly earned that spot!!! Thank you Big Poppa, Mr.Jarvis and everyone at Johnson City Nissan. I highly recommend them and I will be a repeat customer!!!

Had an awesome time and easy experience with trading out my Kia SUV for a Nissan Rogue SUV. Kerry Bender went to bat to keep our payments where we needed in order to make a deal. He was very professional and got me everything I wanted in a vehicle. I would definitely do business with him and Nissan of Johnson City again, as well as give a referral to anyone who wants to have a friendly pleasant experience purchasing their next vehicle. Absolutely loved working with Kerry Bender & Scott Brantner at Johnson City Nissan! They were very helpful and went out of their way to really make sure I found the right car for me. Go see Allen McGee. From the moment of walking in the door, he was very polite and professional. He was very dedicated and hard working in finding what I was looking for . He helped me weed through options on what car would fit me best. I was pleased with my overall experience with Johnson City Nissan versus my terrible experiences with Ford and Auto Nation. Johnson city Nissan were very accommodating and welcoming and I'd highly recommend them to any buyer. I'm very pleased with my purchase of the new Nissan Altima SR and looking forward to future business.

CY CY CY....He really hooked me up. The whole team really.. it was about a 6 hours process but I left with a car and a payment I can afford. I'd definitely recommend this place to anybody. If I can drive off with a car, any body can! Tell them I sent ya!!

Bought my second car from Nissan yesterday. The transaction went very smooth. Jon, Scotty, and Scot were amazing to work with! I would tell anybody that wants a dependable and affordable car or truck, go see these guys! They are easy to talk to and are out for your best interest not just to sell a car and make money. If I ever need another can I can promise you, I won t go to any other dealership. I have dealt with 4 other dealers since old enough to buy a car and it was horrible. Like I said it was so easy and fun to make this deal happen! 2024 Pathfinder

Bought a Pathfinder back in March of 2023 and will have to say that the Salesman here are top notch. During the whole process, they kept my kids entertained which helped us through the whole day process. Had an issue with some extended warranty being cancelled and the sales manager was very helpful on the issue and resolved it immediately.

We just purchased a 2024 Pathfinder at JC Nissan and we re so happy with both the vehicle and the staff. After a bad experience at two other locations we were leery about going to another Nisan dealership but Scott and Jon knocked it out of the park. They helped us get the best price, provided excellent customer service and more than made up for what happened at the other dealerships. Highly highly recommend the JC location!

Great buying experience! I showed up with no intentions to buy a new ride. I was actually there for a recall on my 2000 frontier. I figured I'd take a stroll around the lot and window shop whike my truck was getting looked at.While looking around I was approached by Dale. He seen that a black frontier had caught my eye. I explained to him why I was there and that i had no intentions of buying a vehicle but then the service dept alerted me of their findings and showed true concern for my safety seeing how my old truck was considered unsafe to drive. Dale was right there to see my new dilemma and came to the rescue. Dale is a heck of a salesman and the sales manager Scott did a fantastic job at negotiating because I'm very hard to please. Would definitely recommend buying a car from Johnson City Nissan!

Dewayne, Brent and Rick Jarvis were amazing! We came in wearing shorts and flip flops and they treated us as if we were wearing a suit and tie. They made something happen that we never thought possible right now. Literally, we were driving through the parking lot, (weren t planning on getting out) and Brent yelled and waved us down and was determined to make a dream come true!!After test driving- one of the tires were rubbing the fender well and Rick drove it in the service center and fixed it immediately without question. He also gave us information about our credit that most car salesmen would never tell us.I would highly recommend anyone go to Johnson City Nissan. They are honest, down to earth, good people that really try to help you. That s saying a lot especially nowadays.

From the moment I walked in the door, I had people greeting and offering handshakes.Mondo worked really well with me - he tried to figure out what the best fit for my needs were and did what he could to get prices/payments I could afford. Very chill and answered any questions I brought up.Will be going back again!

The Johnson City Nissan Service department deserves high praise. I wasn't one for having my car serviced at any "Dealership" until I made my last car purchase at JC Nissan in June of 2022. They gave me two free oil changes and after I used those, purchased and had a remote starter installed there and experienced the quality of service at a more reasonable price than I had been getting at my local mechanic's shops, I won't be going anywhere else. They explain everything they find and check fully. They don't try to sell you more services than you need. You accrue service points with every dollar you spend which allows you to use that against your next service appointment. I am truly impressed by their team, Especially by Josh Booker and Margo King. They are so friendly and knowledgeable!
