I had a superb experience during the purchase of my 2024 Honda CR-V! Tim Ellenwood was such a great and personable sales consultant. Being a young woman, I have had some negative experience in the past with pushy/aggressive salesmen that would not respect my knowledge of cars. This time around, I wanted to make sure I was making the best purchase for me. Tim was the complete opposite from those previous salesmen! He was very welcoming, answered all the questions I threw his way, while being honest and genuine. He took his time with me and was very patient with me as my grandparents, from across the country, were helping me finance the vehicle . I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely consider him for my next Honda purchase! The only issue I had with this dealership was with the sales manager. He left a bad taste in my mouth with his rude comments on my opinions/wishes for my dream vehicle. He negatively talked about me while driving MY trade-in vehicle, not realizing I had a dash cam that records audio. I work in patient care/customer service, so I can understand not liking/agreeing with every customer that walks in the door. However, I would NEVER speak about a customer the way he did while they were present in my store. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume he was having a bad day. Hopefully this can be a learning experience for everyone. Other than that hiccup, I would still recommend Johnson City Honda to any of my friends, patients, neighbors or family! Please ask for Tim if you want a reliable sales consultant!

Don't do predatory car sales to teenagers without their parents approval or consent. They can't drink a beer, but they can buy your over priced UNSAFE (4 airbag recalls) junk car....... my daughter had to replace tires when she purchased it and other repairs plus when it was hit in an accident airbags didn't deploy and upon inspection they were turned off possibly by your dealership, my daughter could have been killed. My daughter won't ever buy a vehicle from you ever again or will I or my family.2007 Ford Fusion

Just bought a used Honda Odyssey from here and received excellent service. Our salesman, Traven, was super friendly and great to work with. Our financing guy, Brandon, was also fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out! Both made sure that we left happy and comfortable with our purchase! I recently bought a car at Johnson City Honda and I don t think I could have had a better experience! My sales agent Clay (Clayton), was friendly and jovial from the time we walked in. He was patient with all of my requests and deliberation, letting me test drive and look at multiple cars, while at no point pressuring me. He was also honest and didn t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of, and took the time to explain things throughout. So, if you re considering buying a Honda definitely ask for Clayton!

Ken the sales manager was great , Jose our sales consultant was wonderful and right down to finance with Ryan who was also awesome, we were taken care of. We appreciate your professionalism , yet down to earth attitudes in taking care of us yesterday. We are happy with our purchase and would encourage other people to come here with their business.

The Johnson City Way, is how I wished EVERY car buying experience went. I knew my lease was up in July and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call for an offer to trade in early. My salesman, Jack, attended to me from parking lot to signing. He never pressured me to buy or up sell me on anything. I came in knowing what I wanted, but he answered my questions in a way that did not belittle me or make me feel like I didn t know what I wanted. I was worried that my credit and damage to the leased car would be a problem but I was delighted when the sales manager was able to approve paying my down payment so I could get the car the same day I came in without paying anything.I upgraded to a CR-V from a Civic. This is my 3rd purchase here & I wouldn't go anywhere else! They provide superior service & everybody is very nice & accomodating. I leave there feeling confident that all of my vehicle needs have been addressed which is very comforting as an aging single woman! Plus, it's always clean and shiny even though it's a 2018 model! Another very important mention is that my salesman, Clayton Corbin is absolutely the best! He takes great care of my vehicle needs & I now call him my friend!

Logan Edwards is a very kind, a patient salesman and has a great personality. Negotiating was fairly quick in response time. Jason, general sales manager was helpful and patient. Brandon in finance was quick and new his products. Carlos Daniel's service managers was accommodating and has a good sense of humor. The Lifetime Warranty is great. Johnson City Honda has a history of a great reputation.

I bought my car here, the salesman, Clay, was great but the rest of the staff here is AWFUL. Ashley is especially rude. I called with questions about a recall on my car and she acted like she was annoyed to answer any questions on the recall, like this my safety and I have concerns and questions.

Stopped by this weekend to look at a car and spoke with Logan Edwards. He was so incredibly helpful! He worked really hard on my behalf and got my offer accepted. Dont waste your time!! Dealership must be stuck in 1985, I clearly told the sales advisor Shelby on Friday 9 2024, that I was going to be buying an accord that day, I was working with multiple dealers, and was going to go with the best deal. Originally she told me the sales manager could get a EX Accord out the door for 30k, but then called back and said she as sorry, upon further review, could not happen, asked for a specific number, however the dealer could never provide me with a specific price, she kept stating that I needed to come into the dealership to discuss pricing (what is the point of having a website ?). Advsied her I would not be wasting my time, driving all over to multiple dealers, when we can do the exact same thing across the phone or via email, she advsied that my "presence is my leverage" I politly thanked her for her time, advseid I find their sales stragegy horrendous, and we made a purchase at the different dealer on the day I texted her. As of 2/14 (after advising I have already purcahsed, I still have people calling my phone leaving voicemails wanting to earn my business....

My Wife and i traded for a "Cetified Pre-Owned" 2022 Pilot a few days before Christmas expecting everything about the car to be in as good shape as the vehicle we traded in. 1st:The service department NEVER RESET THE ENGINE OIL SEVICE COUNTER NOR DELETED THE PREVIOUS OWNER'S INFO FROM THE "Certified Pre-owned" car and when i asked Clayton about it he told me to "go ahead reset it" after he went back to service to "verify" the oil had been changed and stated "they usually do all of that before cars are put on the lot"!. 2nd: 3 days later the left rear "low tire pressure" warning light came on and I just assumed it was due to the cold snap that came in until after the third time i had to add air and was going to make an appointment to have the tire checked. As we were backing out of our driveway in my truck i happened to look over at the Pilot and saw a 2 inch cut that went across the tire tread on the front passenger tire. 3rd: We went back to this dealership "Hoping" they would do the right thing and at least discount 1 tire. HAHAHA! When i told "Junior" in service that i was 100% POSITIVE the cut was on the tire when we bought the "Certified Pre-Owned" car a month earlier, he got a blank look in his eyes and i knew right then anything else i said would be wasted breath, so he said that was a sales issue and we went back to our sales person told him the story and he said he would get with the "Used sales manager" (who just happened to be off that day) and give us a call. Yeah Right! Still waiting on that to happen! Bottom line: If the service departmnent NEGLECTED to reset the oil service counter and NEGLECTED to delete the previous owners info from the car then i am positive they NEGLECTED to "find" the bad tire OR MAYBE, JUST MAYBE THEY DIDN'T SERVICE IT AT ALL as it still had 62% oil life left. With it being a "Certified Pre-Owned Honda" We Assumed Everything would be good at least until the next oil change but now We Are Not 100% Sure We Trust This Service Department to Take Care of It. It's still a Nice "Used Car", My Wife Loves it AND going to put new tires on it then hopefully everything will be good for a few more miles.P.S. i uploaded 3 photos of the cut in the tire. Looking at the wear on\around the cut, it looks like it has been there for a while

Salesman we dealt with was pretty cool and seemed to know alot about the vehicles..on the other hand, with all the end of the year blowout sales and rebates like crazy on vehicles..this place NOT willing to budge much on the sticker price! Me and my wife was 100% serious about buying a high end SUV here,but good thing is that there's plenty of other car lots willing to lower the price for us.Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this place if you wanna buy a vehicle.

So-so experience when I bought my first car here a few years ago, but a much better experience when I came to trade it back in for a much newer car this past time. Austin and Phil were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They weren't super willing to negotiate on pricing but otherwise it was a good experience the second time around. They've done great work on my car every time I've come to get it serviced and I plan to keep coming back for that.

Bought an older used vehicle, traded in my old one. Even though it was several years newer with less miles, was initially only offered $500 for my trade. Was told at purchase and noted on carfax that it had been serviced and was ready to go, only had the vehicle 3 weeks, already broke down and was told by a mechanic it would cost more to fix it than it's worth. Will never buy another vehicle from them, new or used.

JCH experiences are alway pleasant. I have nothing but high regards for all involved. My husband and I have purchased at least 10 Hondas since 1996. Maintenance of those cars has been exceptional. And love the frees car washes!

Even though I was half an hour late to my service appointment, I was still accommodated. Service was fast and everyone was very pleasant. Thanks especially to Junior for explaining the repairs made to my vehicle. Wonderful experience!
