I had a minor fender bender and called Allstate. I think one of the places they suggested with Joe Hudson s collision center. Well, I called the girl and she was very helpful. I was able to get my car towed. They did a quick estimate set up would be ready in 10 days and it was. I had to get a rental car through enterprise where I got a discount very pleased with that and when I took the car back, they said that they would take care of ending my date of rental and someone would come and pick it up so I didn t have to deal with. I m very happy with the repairs so far my car looks almost like new. It looks great. I am very satisfied with Joe Hudson s collision center.

Was not familiar but suggested by my claims agent as an option. Was very please from initial contact to when I picked up my car after repairs. Repairs were flawless and very quick. All personnel were friendly and competent. Office person was helpful and reassuring.

They did an amazing job on my fathers Caravan, He was worried to lose my mother's memorial photo on the window but they repaired the door without replacing it.. we are so happy with their workmanship and customer service. The staff is great. Very informative and helpful which made my experience very comfortable. They took the time to answer my questions so that I understood what they were doing for me. The repair shop did an excellent job. You wouldn't know that there ever was any of damage.

Horrible repairs! I dropped my immaculate Honda Pilot off to have it repaired after I was rear ended. It took 3 weeks due to the extensive damage. Went to pick it up and noticed the lift gate was crooked which caused a beeping in the car. They fixed that right away. The next day I had to do a thorough clean on the inside of my new car because it was so dirty! There was black dust everywhere. That is when I noticed several things wrong with it. I called them and arranged to drop it off again. When I did, I went over everything that needed to be fixed to bring my car back to new condition. There are too many to list! They fixed some of the things and when I went to pick it up again, they didn't fix everything. They put a cut in my dash, had something sticky all over the passenger window, trim wasn't snapped into place, the seal on my door still isn't fixed. I had the dealer fix a few things on it. My next step is to contact my insurance company and see if they can have it repaired correctly somewhere else.

I dropped my jeep off to get the top replaced after some ice caused damage to it. Dropped by for an estimate, they took some photos and looked up the top to get. Waited only 3 days for it to come in. They made continuous contact with both myself and the insurance company. Dropped the jeep off in the morning looking a bit like a mess but when I picked it up it looked AMAZING! Almost like I bought a new car. They had cleaned both the inside and outside of my jeep along with the replacement of my top. I m highly satisfied!

Recently I had my vehicle worked on and the team down at Joe hudson collision center in Johnson city was fabulous...I had an issue with my appointment and Emily was so easy to work with and changed my appointment for the betterment of both parties. And Thomas was professional and great when doing my estimate. And the guys did a great job on my vehicle.. very pleased..... so once again.. thank you Thomas and Emily.... and congrats Emily... it's a boy... good luck......

Waited a month for "estimate appointment". Took truck in the day of that appointment. I was not prepared for that. The paint work appeared nice but they had to send to be redone, making them miss promised delivery. Once returned to me, the had replaced steps with a totally different quality and style. They took a couple weeks to get the correct (original brand and style) step, but ordered them for the wrong cab size. Then they took another two weeks to get correct steps in and mounted. 1 March damage date to 5 June completion. You decide.

*update four months on *Every time it rains and the auto windshield wipers no longer work, everytime I pick up the children from the backseat and I see the oil stains in the leather, permanent stains, I remember how bad this company is. I just want to help people avoid being screwed the way they screwed me.OVERALL GRADE: F (More pictures, videos and details to come.)OVERALL Melinda's Grade: AIn short: Give your money to a charity and set your car on fire... this will cause enlightenment, and JHCC will not be responsible for a vehicle, the insurance will replace the totaled, burned-out wreck. This is a much better option than trusting these incompetent people to act with theslightest inkling of professional grace, poise or ability.Time to Repair: FPAINTING: DREPAIR QUALITY: D-TRIM WORK: DWINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT: A+ (Safelite or similar)DOOR REPLACEMENT: DQUARTER-PANEL REPAIRS: B +FRIENDLYNESS OF STAFF (ON SITE STAFF, NOT CORP.): FMelinda: A +Update FEBRUARY 11 - Drove in the rain the other day - I specifically asked 3 times that they ensure the auto wiper rain sensor worked after repairs, it doesn't. Also, looked at my car in direct sunlight, the bumper is a different color than the rest or the car. Lowering my rating to 1 star.NUMBER OF ISSUES REMAINING AFTER PAYING $9000 (APPX): 14Repair time: (DEC 8, 2020 to JAN 27, 2021)(They tried to blame me, my insurance company, the guy they fired the day after my vehicle intake, and everyone else under the sun for the reasons why. Just more excuses.)I am working on a more detailed writeup in my spare time, but for now let's get a few things straight.1. I would have given a NEGATIVE 1 star (If that were possible), however, I spoke with their corporate image specialist, named Melinda, and she really is exceptional at her job. I collected my vehicle yesterday to the tune of ~$9000. I was referred to JHCC by the infinity dealer. I read the reviews and figured they would be ok. I WAS WRONG.2. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP - Unless bad quality craftsmanship, workmanship and bad manners are OK. After the 8th or 9th excuse for the absolutely abhorrent job they did repairing my vehicle I lost my cool and said "Fix it right, I'll be back tomorrow."3. THEY REFUSED TO COVER THE RENTAL CAR FOR ONE MORE DAY - CALLED ME TO SAY THIS. I didn't ask them to cover the car in the first place, this was volunteered. During this conversation I pointed out that they didn't apologize for any of the mistakes, or even admit they were mistakes. He (Will) was happy to remind me how he apologized profusely, not actually apologize. I lost my cool at this moment, on the phone, I yelled at the guy. I was so upset that I blew up.I am familiar with this tactic however, they use bad quality work and poor behavior to drive people to the point of frustration, and then when they do finally give in to the frustration, they take the moral high road. "Oh, if you are going to talk to me like that ..... etcetera." It is manipulative and they use it to cover their incompetence.I saw the grease in the front as soon as I got in, and, to be fair, they cleaned it when I said that. That was the only thing they were competent at.The painting was nice, blended well, I would give it a B+, although I believe they sent out for painting (this is speculation.)I can't prove it, but I think they sat in my car and watched the tv screens. There was grease in the front, middle row and back row.Some of the photos are in the back where the taillights were replaced and the quarter-panel was repaired.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This company has the best service I have ever come across. When you have to get your vehicle repaired, look no further. They deal directly with your insurance company and work hard to get you in ASAP. I'm very pleased with every step.
