Wonderful selection of bikes and UTV's great staff new and old. Shout out to Kurt. This man is a genius when it come to finances. I'm not a big fan of their lead mechanic. He can come off as arrogant as well as hard-headed. I had a disagreement with him 1 time 4 yrs ago and ever since then... I get charged by the hr for a tire change & he makes sure it takes about 3 hrs to do so as my children and my self wait.

This is the place to go. They worked with me to get what I wanted. Dusty went above and beyond to meet my needs. Great bunch of guys at Jim's. I love my little Honda!

Had the money in my pocket couldn't do it just based on how rude salesman was. I knew the exact bike I wanted unfortunately they didn't have it but he convinced me to buy the ABS variant. But at this point I'm already losing confidence in this dealership based on how they are treating me. Decided just to give it a week to think it over or find a better deal. That's when the weirdo salesman said" he was offended now" I had no idea what he was talking about he didn't help me do anything, he was twiddling his thumbs when I was looking for a salesman. anyway I asked him "why would you be offended for me trying to get the best deal possible"he couldn't come up with an answer so I said" I don't think this is going to work"that's when he snatched the paperwork out of my hand like a woman.Trust me go to mountain Motorsports Greeneville Honda and ask for Ron

Best place to shop for motorcycles, 4-wheelers, and all your needed gear. They have great hours and a great owner who cares deeply about his clients. Go by and see their new building on Market Street. Amazing!

I came here looking to purchase a new Honda. Upon entering, I was not greeted until I made a full lap around the showroom. It was only then did a gentleman ask if I needed help. This salesman did not even stand up, let alone introduce himself in any capacity. Honestly I didn't even realize he worked there until he asked if I needed help. I inquired about the models I was looking at based off their online inventory. Lo and behold, their online inventory doesn't even remotely reflect what they have in stock. I mentioned this and got some generic excuse as to why. When I said I'd come back to look at a later date, the salesman didn't even ask for my contact information. I then reached out to the GM/manager to constructively provide feedback on my experience and the GM/manager could not have seemed less interested, simply stating saying "I'll let him know". He did, however, want to make sure he got me added to that call-back list for when they have some more in stock. In reality, we were planning on buying three vehicles over the course of the next month, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. Based off the interaction I had with two different people at this dealer and how they carried themselves, I would strongly recommend supporting any other small business/Honda dealer.

Very easy to deal with, great, honest pricing. I made my deal remotely and drove from Washington, DC, to trailer my used bike home! Highly recommend, especially dealing with Keith.

Kirk and the entire staff at Jim s made my recent dirt bike purchase the best experience possible. I drove 3+ hours from South Carolina to Jim s and it was worth every minute of the drive. The pricing was honest, the staff was knowledgeable and everybody went out of their way to answer all of my questions/provide information so that I could make the best purchases (bike and gear) possible. They kept the store open late and Kirk even checked to make sure my wife and I made it home safely. I will definitely take any future business back to Jim s.

I came to buy a bike.never got waited one. No one ask could they help me. Sitting at the desk playing with his phone. Went up the street and bought one. But that has always been how this place has been. Thru the years I've went in several times looking for a bike...never have bought one there. Good place for a bike dealer...wonder when they are going to open one.

We had an oil leak on my Goldwing and these guys jump through hoops to try to get me going again . I would definitely use this shop No Nonsense straightforward and they didn't even want to take my money. So I bought them all lunch. Thank you Jim

It was ok, but I like the old location better. The new place is locked up, probably like a lot of businesses that maybe don't have enough staff to open the building up yet. Once it opens up they will have a lot of room for inventory and a better variety. It's a business that is having growing pains but will probably be great after the pandemic is behind us.

Jim's is the absolute best. I bought a used motorcycle from them and the battery went dead soon after. They replaced it for free and apologized for it. I never expected that. Everyone is first class from Kirk up front to Jeff in parts. The ladies who handle the title work are fantastic. I forgot the name of the sales guy but he was also great. You can't go wrong dealing with these people. Proud customer of Jim's Motorcycle Shop!

A big one star . I emailed that I was coming to test ride a Suzuki 8S. Rode all the way out there from Knoxville and they said they don t do test rides. Would have been considerate to call or email me before I got all the way out there, but these people are lame. Honda Yamaha Suzuki in Knoxville let s me test ride bikes. Who would buy a motorcycle without test riding it.

The store owner is polite and helpful without being pushy. She goes out of her way to show store items and will give her honest opinion based on customer feedback and her experience. She is willing to do special orders if I find an item on the net. Because of the good service and honesty, I don't mind if I have to pay a bit more than Amazon. Stop by and give them a look. Always a pleasure shopping or just looking.

Went to the service department for a yearly check up on my 1500 valkyrie. Had the oil change and brake pads on the front. The work was done fast and price was great. UPDATE, HAD THEM AT 5 STARS LET'S JUST SAY I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT WAS NOT DONE.

Would strongly recommend this store. In initial call, the associate verified inventory and price on a Ninja 650 ABS then immediately passed me on to the owner. Our initial conversation was about 5 minutes over the phone. His price was $2000.00 less than the nearest competitor which is a lot on a mid level sport bike, there was no need to price haggle. He sent me his options as soon as we got off the phone. I scheduled a pick up date, he had the paperwork ready and we completed it in approximately 20 minutes on the scheduled date. The entire process including him loading it in my truck took less than 45 minutes. Previously I had called dealerships within a 4 hour radius of Knoxville throughout SC, AL, NC and TN and was continuously hit with inflated destination, assembly, and processing charges offsetting their low advertisements. Additionally, the store was been in the family since the 20s or 30s which to me speaks volumes. My sales experience was very refreshing.Follow up on 9/15 to initial post. Went in for first service 1000miles, the entire team was very helpful (Rusty, the mechanic and the sales associate). It took 1.5hrs from the write up to completion which is great for a cycle service. They value customer service as much as the sale.

I would never go there. We called about getting a recalled park fixed and the guy that answer the phone started screaming at my husbandThat's not my problem after the dealership told us to go there like wow they need to fire that guy before he loses business

I purchased a 2016 Pioneer 1000 with accessories in October 2017. I was treated right and got a great deal! They do not harass you, they let you alone so you can look around. If you need anything all you have to do is ask. I believe they are a top notch outfit. Very friendly and offer a positive insight on what you may want. Great job!!!

I had put a deposit down on a new Honda motorcycle in which the ship date was delayed for several months. After purchasing a used bike at another dealership, Jim's was exceedingly courteous by returning my deposit. Thanks to the staff at Jim's!

I took my sons ATV there to get repairs done. Checked back every week or two for nearly six months. Every time I was told still not figured out what the problem is. After all that time with parts laying everywhere, wanted $1,700 labor!
