Great place for routine maintenance. I always get my oil changed here. Takes 10 minutes and you don t even have to get out of the car. Although big issues are harder to deal with here. I was told I needed tie rods after getting new breaks and rotors while they were trying to do an alignment. I had already paid over 500$ for the breaks rotors and oil change, so I couldn t afford the tie rods at the moment. I took my car for a second opinion, and they said my tie rods are fine. So I m not sure if it was miscommunication, or if they were trying to get more $ or what. But I ve been there many times and this was the only time I ve felt the need to get a second opinion. They also patch tires. It is fast service and out of all the times I ve been there I ve always left with 100% satisfaction except the one incident with the tie rods. Yes I still take my vehicles here for oil changes, and haven t had any issues since.

Very friendly staff. The guy I talked to was very helpful on the phone, through the check in process, and kept me informed during repairs. They worked me in as a drop in and completed everything promptly. I did deduct one star only because I was under the impression the $99 diagnostic fee was waived if I went ahead with repairs but this was not the case for me. I may have misunderstood and it did not apply to the repairs I had. Overall good experience.

I wish that I could give this business a 0 rating. This new team of people they have here are basically scamming customers and I ve never experienced anything like this. They ripped me off and was not honest about the service they really provided. After my car breaking down the NEXT morning, I took my car to another service place. Everything I described to this Free service Tire as a problem was still wrong with my vehicle. I finally went back to get my refund after trying to contact a district manager by phone for a WHOLE WEEK! The person that ripped me off then argued with me for 20 mins and still refused my refund! I literally had to call corporate and have a paper check mailed to me as my refund. Horrible customer service! Even if they did feel like they completed the job I paid for, I was a dissatisfied customer and MY CAR BROKE DOWN after leaving there, so why not just fix the issue. You don t argue with a customer or try to humiliate them in front of other customers! Disgusting!

I was never quoted the price of my oil change where I normally get it changed for under $100. So when it was well over, I was shocked and frustrated. However, when I brought the issue to the manager, he was kind, professional, and quick to correct the issue for the future, while being sure to take care of me for their error. These guys are great guys who take care of their customers. They are human and make mistakes, but they make sure to get it right when they do.

Went here today to get my brakes checked out. Told them I noticed a shaking in the steering wheel when braking. They had me in and out in less than 30 min diagnosing the issue as a worn tie rod end (much cheaper to fix than new brake discs). Employees were friendly, helpful, and good at what they do.

My car's tire treads were getting worn, so I visited the location a couple of weeks ago to discuss options. Based on their recommendation regarding brands, I purchased four new tires and found Justin and the team very nice, professional, and easy to work with regarding my needs and mounting them today. I highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and worked me into their busy schedule. I had a tire blow out. They had a good variety of tires to choose from. Got me fixed up and on my way quickly.

Would not recommend was quoted 367 to fix my vehicle when I went to pick it up they wanted 560. Then today my Jeep tore up if I've been going down the road I'd be dead

I just want to say that I had the greatest experience at free service in Boones Creek this morning. Todd is absolutely fantastic, professional, kind, friendly, and good at his job. It got very busy in there this morning and he handled it all with ease and never lost his composure one time. This is a rare thing to witness in this day and age. I give the mechanics five stars as well. I have been going through hell with my car for a long time and I feel as though God just blessed me beyond measure by leading me to this Boones Creek branch. My car is driving so much better now and I am blown away! Thank you so much Todd! You just absolutely made me a forever customer. I will be referring all of my friends and family to your store.

Came in today for oil and tire rotation. From where I sat I could watch my car being worked on. I was on my phone here and there but I never saw them take one tire off. In my mind I was thinking well maybe I missed it but I wasn t on my phone a lot. So I m about to go to work like 20 minutes ago. When I walk to my car I see the front two tires are dirtier than the back two from brake dust. They didn t touch them. Paid 75 for an oil change and that s the last penny I ll ever spend at one of these places. Edit: The guy who wrote the original response on here saying they did do what I paid for is a liar. I could see my car and they never took a tire off. I also know that guy was in his office or at the front desk. How do I know that? Cause he sounds like a woman and he was who I talked to on the phone. So they didn t do what I paid them for. Then lied on this review(orginally).

My wife needed her brakes done and our usual mechanical was unavailable for a couple a weeks so we tried Free Service...Brendan treated my wife like she was family.. They were fast and very affordable..Brenden went over all the charges up front with my wife and told her how long it would take and it was exactly as he said. Thanks Free Service..thanks Brendan..

Frank and Damion are life savers. If it wasn t for them, I would have spent a fortune on a tow truck. They sold me a tire at an amazing price. The store was nice and cool and clean. And Damion was quick to change the tire and get us on our way. Thank you two so much!!!

Amazing work done on my car and the manager was very understanding and helped get everything done quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Never have I found a place that has empathy and willing to work with you. This is the place I always will come back to. Thank you all so much for helping me, when I'm overwhelmed fighting cancer, you made it less stressful!

Installed some suspension mods and the alignment was all messed up. Team got me in and out in less than an hour and the car drove great again.

This place is great! I felt like family by the time I left. Both Todd and Jonathan are knowledgable and put their customers first. They did an alignment and went the extra mile trying to get it perfect for me. They are knowledgeable, shared with me a few things that could be addressed, and reassured me that its safe to drive as is. They aren't pushy and have reasonable prices. Definitely check them out!

I pulled the R.V. in at the waffle house to check the condition of the other tires, after recently having a blowout on 81, I saw these guys and asked if they could replace my tires. "No problem, pull it right up here." They replaced them in record time, great price, lifetime warranty on all 5 (spare included). I couldn't be happier, highly recommend them.*UPDATE... made an appointment a week in advanced for another trailer... they hadn't ordered the tires, so I pulled the trailer there on a Saturday, needing to be ready to travel 4 hours Sunday only to be told they could order the tires have them by Monday... thanks for wasting my time your 5 star review becomes one Just like that.

Overcharged for the work done. $25 for shop supplies but you couldn't even clean the grease off my car's exterior and interior. $225 plus tax for front brake job and I supplied all the parts. Probably won't be back. Todd was a lot better at running the shop.

We were in from out of town for my father in laws funeral. We needed an oil change before heading back home. We came here on the recommendation from a waitress at Cracker Barrel. The service was phenomenal. They worked us in immediately and got us in and out very quickly. Highly recommend. Best service we have ever received.

I called the shop Saturday morning on short notice, we had to have new tires that day. The tires I wanted he didn't have in stock, he drove to another distributor and got the tires I wanted. The car needed an alignment as well. He initially told me it would take about 2 hours. With the 4 tires mounted and balanced, plus a 4 wheel alignment, and working short handed, he got me in and out of the shop in an hour and a half. We were crunched for time for a prior engagement so we were in a hurry. Todd was very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the tires, the fast service, and we will definitely buy from Free Service Tire in Boones Creek Tennessee again.

Todd chirtinham is a great person and manager I had a flat tire on the interstate and he personally came out and changed it and made sure I got back to the shop safe 10/10 would recommend Frank is an okay guy too.I had a much better experience here than the roan street location

I took my Ford Explorer in to have it checked out before a long road trip. I was able to book an appointment for later that day. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable! They treated me like family! I highly recommend to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicle or tires. Thank you so much guys! :)

Highly recommend! Todd & John are AMAZING (of course so are the mechanics). We have been having a ton of issues lately with our 2 vehicles and everytime I call to setup an appointment I am able to get in super quick to have the issue looked at & fixed! They explain everything extremely well so you know exactly what you are paying for. Great work at fair & reasonable prices. Definitely my go to shop!

Super friendly and they worked me in quickly. Had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change and John kindly provided an additional discount on top of that, so very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
