Complete professionalism, every person you talk with is focused on the customer. Accommodating pick up and delivery. Totally transparent during servicing our Bronco. We ve owned several brands from high end Luxury on down. I have to say we ve never received better Sales experience or Service after the Sale than we have at Johnson City Ford.

The gentleman that helped was very helpful he earned 10 stars and spoke to me with curtecy and respect, however when I called to make the appointment the young lady Tisha she gets a one star, she was very rude disrespectful and I felt rushed and it seemed like I was bothering her. Mind you I'm a minority person so I was expecting Tisha to treat me with respect and that's not what happened she actually gave me attitude and when I got to the dealership she didn't great me even tho she was sitting there watching me and then this older gentleman came over and started helping me. I was very surprised that he decided to treat me well and she just sat there with her phone in her hand and she is younger than the gentleman that decided to help me. I drive a Black Ford Explorer sport 2017 it's all customized with a front light bar on the grill he complimented my vehicle and also gave me extra information to make sure I keep track of my vehicle service records I want to thank him for what he did for me and I hope Tisha can understand she needs to treat everyone with respect regardless of race, creed or religion, I understand she might have some animosity because of life but we all live in this world and unless we all start treating each other with respect we won't know how to be a better society sincerely Ulises B. I would say overall anytime I've dealt with the service department, it has been great. Their service advisors are all very professional and seem to care about the customer. We have had a couple of hiccups recently and that's why they didn't get a complete 5 star rating. My last oil change they didn't put the underpinning back on the car just below the motor and I had to get the bolts from the parts department myself and put it on. But I've mostly been satisfied with all my experiences which extend the last couple of years.

I called for oil change and tire rotation and got an appointment for the same afternoon. I was expecting one a couple of days later. Service was quick and I was out within an hour. They even videoed the inspection and sent it to my phone to view while I was waiting.

Very professional and and courteous the facility was very clean. The employees were clean and polite. My car came back, clean, not damaged, and the service was very good. I got a video stating what was wrong with my car. I didn t wait very long in the lounge. I will recommend to everyone taking your my car to Ford and anybody else back to the Ford dealership

I wanna give them 5 stars cause people were nice and helpful towards me. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is cause the truck didn't come how I ordered it and no one seemed to care about that fact. It's no one's fault but the young guy who I ordered it through. Anthony and I think his name is Alex? were amazing throughout the whole process.

Took my F-350 in for an intermittent error code for traction loc and hill descent fault. It proved to be a difficult diagnostic effort. But frayed wires were eventually identified and charges were reasonable for the effort and repair after several visits. Thanks to John Sherman for his focus on customer service and follow up. I appreciate his efforts to get this issue resolved.

Awesome job as always, thank you for taking such great care of my f250 I might add my husband can fix just about anything and change the oil but I still choose to take it to the dealership. Top notch every time and you make me feel appreciated even if I do own an old 2013.My truck is one of my favorite vehicles.Thanks Ford!!!

John was helpful in getting my issues resolved with my 2018 F250. Like everywhere else these days, parts were delayed. But I measure success by getting the job done, and we were successful.

I wasn't too happy with the treatment upon picking my truck up, to be honest. I asked the assistant service manager if someone could show me exactly where the ECU is located under the hood so I would know what needs to be replaced. She asked an older gentleman beside her where it's located on a 2009 F150. He responded that it was between the front bumper and the rear bumper. She said, "See what I've gotta work with." That's as far as it went, needless to say. No one showed me. Then, on the way home to Kingsport, my hood almost flew open, where it was never shut fully and latched closed. I had to pull over on a busy interstate and close it. The $200 diagnosis fee was not easy for me and would have preferred better customer service.

Service experience went well with one exception. My tires were a little low on air. I noticed this after leaving the shop. I notified the company and they offered that I bring back and they would take care of. I elected not to do this a took care of at home. I have always used Johnson City Ford and had a good experience in the past.

I have been to 3 different Ford dealerships, Boise ID, Asheville NC, and finally to Johnson City TN. The Johnson City Ford has been by FAR, the best customer service department I ve ever been to!The people were friendly, explaining everything about how my truck was going to get done.Great waiting area.Good price.I will drive to Johnson City rather than deal with the Asheville dealer ship. I did not have a good experience with them. Made me feel like I was doing them a favor being there. It was the other way around at Johnson City Ford!

The Sales department is wonderful. Purchased my Bronco from them and there was no markup or anything! They are fair and Blade was amazing. The service department is super nice however they can t order the right part the fist time to save their life. I think a lot of the problem is communication between the service dept employees however they have done everything they can to make it right. I highly recommend this dealership.

Very satisfied with the overall experience at the dealership service department. Communication and ease of scheduling an appointment is very good. Even opted this time for the free pickup and delivery which was really nice. Will do again. The only surprise was how much the pricing has gone up(half again)over two years since first purchasing the three for two package. But, hasn t everything?Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They are very friendly and explain everything in detail. The mechanic sends a video to update you on your service provided. The service advisor treats the customer above expectation. Sadly the Starbucks machine is no longer provided but there is coffee while you wait.

It was a long wait for 2 warranty repairs but it was worth it. The lady who works in the repair entrance was professional and super nice. She made sure to get the repairs done as quickly as possible instead of a 3 or 4 hour wait she had me out in 2.5 hours. Ty

Great service and service advisor Kelcie was exceptional in keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs and timing of completion even with Ford parts which are extremely hard to come by with still supply chain issues.

Spoke with about issue. Made an appointment on the phone. Dropped vehicle off. They called about problem and a fix for it. Completed work the same day. Made arrangements to pick up vehicle next day. Very good service and communication.
