The team at this location is phenomenal! My technician made sure to show me the issues he saw and together we determined what the MUST fixes for today were. I have never had this kind of service and I will continue to have my fleet serviced with the Team here on north roan!!

The people of Firestone have saved me several times. I feel like they are upfront and honest. When I make an appointment I'm seen at my appointed time. I've never been talked down to or had anything "man-splained" to me. I appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness.

Five stars all the time! I've used this Firestone location for two of our family vehicles for tires, service, and repairs on multiple occasions. Location of store is central in town and convenient. Scheduling is fast. Timely, professional, friendly, service. Johnny does a great job.

They helped me out with all tire related things. They didn't try to up sale me, they were patient with me as I decided what I was going to do. They explained everything to me about the purchase about the services and credit card for 6 month same as cash. Great people. I was definitely less stressed when I left

We were traveling and started having issues that we were concerned might affect our safety on the way back home. The Firestone team was friendly, understood our concerns, and offered to help us within minutes. They were fast, thorough, addressed our safety concerns, and offered detailed guidance on what we could consider doing once we got home. They were able to get us back on the road quickly. We appreciated the personal attention and willingness and ability to help us that day so that we could get back home safely. We can t thank them enough for their help!!

This place will tell you that you need all sorts of work that you absolutely don't, and will overcharge you for the work you do need. They will straight up lie to you if they think they can get away with it. Do not take your vehicle here for repairs.

The mechanics are totally fine, and they even tried to help me further but were shut down by a red headed guy up front at the desk who is a total see you next Tuesday. Thought I was just a dumb girl but I know my stuff, yet it was an emergency and I had to have my thermostat changed right then. Its below freezing out and my car wouldnt warm up all the way. Charged me about $200. For a part that takes 20 mins to change and costs under 30 bucks. Of course I was there for over an hour. I have a grand marquis, the thermostat is super easy to change. The mechanic took me aside and told me what else needed to be done to get my baby to another 100k, mostly things i was already going to have done, and i appreciated it because i can use that info and go to another shop. The mechanics were very helpful. Red headed weirdo quoted me about 600 for what the mechanic had written down for me and I just laughed inside. You'll never get my business sweetheart. Thanks for the overpriced thermostat tho, it was an emergency. When the red headed weirdo got a call and it was a man on the other end he kept saying, "I'll be happy to save you some money man..." so ya know he treated me like a dog bc I'm a female. I sincerely hope all of that labor went to the mechanic. Good grief.

This is a warning not to bring your vehicle here if you care about it. Totally incompetent staff. Especially Johnny Cucaz along with Jarrod Griffith and Mark Schmigiel. They don't even know how to remove a lug nut without over torqueing it off! They broke off a lug nut, tried to say it's been that way since I got my tires (truly low IQ move by Johnny), then said another place put it on wrong (just more incompetence from Johnny). Just a complete clown show of staff that is lazy and incompetent. Truly stay away because if they mess something up they will not fix it nor admit it and act like a complete child in the process.

These guys went above and beyond! They encountered a hiccup with the new tires I brought in to replace my 35x12.5r20 on my truck. They fought with my tires for almost 2.5 hours but didn't quit till it was done! Great group of guys and dedicated team! Will bring my next business to them for sure!

Got a hole in our tire while passing through from NC to Pigeon ForgeThis was the only shop open on a Sunday and they got us right in and 2 new tires put on in less than an hour since we had the kids with us!Tremendous service!

The oil change was good, but they left the maintenance needed notification on. It's happened every time I've gone to this location. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient to reset.

Was in a pinch, I walked in and this guy was able to inspect our vehicle within an hour. Professional and friendly service. We have an 800 mile journey today and we were nervous. Come to find out, our passenger front tire was way out of balance due to smacking a curb entering a place of business. We originally took it to Elizabethton dodge and had them look at it. They sent us on our way saying it was fixed and nothing seemed better. These guys here at Firestone were thorough and nailed it! Thanks guys!

This shop must have gotten the wrong email from a customer. I called them to stop sending me the details on someone else s car. They did not and I have received close to 20 emails from them with personal information about a me of their customers. They also keep asking me for a review so here you go. Please stop emailing me.

I went down there a couple Saturdays ago because I've been hearing a noise for my wheel they didn't hear anything they took the wheels off said the brakes look good and everything looked good in the CV joint area and all this put the wheels back on drove it they heard it didn't put it back up and look at it again said I would have to replace my struts and replace my brakes when they told me there's nothing wrong with my brakes after hearing the noise they never put it back up and looked at it again I went somewhere today my caliper was loose missing some bolts and that's what the noise was they put some bolts in it and checked the other calipers and everything else looks good these guys are idiots they don't know what they're talking about. They think because you're a woman you're stupid and you don't know anything they're ripping people off whatever you do get a second opinion don't go there

They said I needed a new axle and all this other stuff.... went to other car repair shops that said I needed a new bearing not an entire new axle or any of the other things they mentioned... very disappointed to have this company try and take advantage of me.... I ended up paying $340 instead of the quote Firestone gave me (over $1300).... I would avoid this place....

10/10 would recommend the $10 A/C check promo they've got going on--it's a steal.Unfortunately, their diagnosis led to them charging me an additional $100 to change a relay. The part cost $22, according to the guy up front, and the remainder was for the labor--labor that took 5 minutes (keep in mind the diagnostic was part of the $10 deal). After wising up via a quick Google search and learning I could get the same part for $10, I tried to cancel the relay installation to save a good $80-90, but, alas, it was so quick and easy my car was already in the parking lot and ready to go. They couldn't return the part so I had to pay up.Take advantage of the deal but be wary of Firestone trying to exploit you.Service: Air conditioning

Sleazy business practices.I recently took my work vehicle for some routine service. I had quite a bit done and my bill (or my company's bill) was rather high. The same day I picked my work truck up, i dropped off my personal truck for brake inspection and service.I was called and notified that the front two brakes were in need of quite a bit of work approaching $2000. After hearing this, I told the service rep that I just needed it in working condition because i don't really drive it that often. He then asked if it was a work vehicle also or personal. I told him it was my personal vehicle and with an element of surprise he stated that "oh - I can work with you then". The next price was about a 50% of the original quote for the same job.How sleazy is that?Firestone will be ripping your wallet out if your pocket if you send your work fleet there to be serviced so be careful!!I told him to button everything back up on the truck that I'd be taking it somewhere else. The parts for the new job can be found for about $300 and labor will not be $700.Not going back and i feel bad that I chose Firestone to service my company's vehicle.

The last time I use your awful services I did an oil change upon appointment. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Moreover, 1. When I started the car I found they forgot to reset alert for maintenance; 2. When I drove 5 minutes away I realized they also forgot to change the reminder sticker. So I drove back, and I said I don t know what you did for my car, did you also forget oil change? The manager said seriously: yes we forgot oil change as well with very bad attitude. I then said this is the last time I come here for services and he said That s Okay with very bad attitude. Never felt or say sorry to me.

Absolutely love this shop!I have gotten my car serviced here a couple different times, and had a wonderful experience every time.They do great quality work, and although they may be a little more expensive than other places, they are very upfront and honest with you about pricing beforehand. Although they are usually very booked, and sometimes are not able to work you in same day, they do their best to get you in as soon as they can; and like with everything else, they are upfront with you about the turnaround time. They work with you however possible on cost, and although they do offer things like warranties and extra stuff, they don t try and pressure you into any of it to make an extra dollar.All in all, a great shop! Would definitely recommend.
