Built a transmission for my 1994 F150 that no one else wanted to touch. Squeezed me in their chaotic schedule, and got it done very quickly. Truck performs better than new, highly recommend these guys. Thank you JJ!

Rebuilt my dads transmission. The guys are always nice & gets things done in a timely manner. Very professional & the cost was fair. Honest and straightforward about their prices and what they do . This is a good shop for transmission work and I am the owner of Mike's mobile mechanic so I know how to do mechanic work and these guys are good for transmissions

I took my outback here, Carlos is the mechanic that worked on it and fortunately he kept it real with me and told me the cost of a new transmission would be $8500 and a used one would be $5500 he told me that it would be best to get another car. Which was hard to hear obviously. But I appreciate the honesty of Carlos and this business keeping it honest with me and not trying to just get some money out of me. Thanks guys.Service: Transmission

Had them do my transmission, they broke two of my abs sensors which costed me both front hub assemblies, they had my starter wire making contact with cooler lines causing my vehicle to not start and was arcing out almost burned a hole in the cooler lines. Despite this, I still accepted a job offer here and this was the worst shop I've ever worked in. The lifts are barely working and in dangerous condition, most of them except the transmission builder have no idea what their doing. They will destroy your car. Stayed here a little more than a week and I had seen enough. Owner never starts his day before noon. They are short handed with only two guys in the shop, this place will be going under soon so don't count on warranty fulfillment

JJ and Carlos are thorough and professional. From my first phone call to leaving their parking lot, we were treated well. What we ended up doing was different than was originally thought but they let us know everything wrong and told us our options and price, upfront. Fair and trustworthy. Great very respectable place of business. One of the cleanest shops I've ever been in also aPlus no smoking policy not your every day good ol boy shop. Very professional and polite also explains clearly what needs to be fixed and no hidden or surprise charges. I absolutely will not hesitate to refer this shop to anyone. I would send my own mother here with confidence. Rebuild and back on the road in less than a week. Thank you and keep up the good work. Stands by their work

JJ helped me in a pinch, was just camping near by and transmission wasn't working properly, called them and said come drop it off he scan it, but when I got there he took it right in the shop. Scan said nothing wrong but after messing with it for a little while figured out my shift cable was sticking, he or no one else had the part but told me what to do and I got it freed up later that day, called back and thanked him. They where honest and fair. Give them a shot if you're having trouble with your transmission.

Excellent service, stopped by needing a transmission fluid and filter exchange. Figured I'd need to make an appointment days out, they took it in next morning and had it done in an hour. Quick in and out last minute and cost exactly what I thought it would. Interacted with multiple employees and all were very nice and helpful. Would certainly recommend for any transmission work.

This is what a repair shop should be! Excellent customer service. All the guys here are very up front and honest suggesting work that truly needs to be done without trying to sell you something unnecessary. They are very thorough and are equipped to do full engine repairs rather than only transmission repair. Owner JJ is very friendly and knowledgeable and will stand behind his work.

These guys are awesome!! Looked at my car and told me what it said it needed. Made an appointment to get it fixed but unfortunately it was too late. But they have been so honest and straight forward about everything. I will definitely be back for future car needs. Thanks guys y'all are sweet!!

Best around! Called multiple shops and by far the friendliest with the best customer service. I came to this shop because I was having issues with my transmission. The guy's here took good care of the situation with my vehicle. It turned out I need a engine too. I was treated with respect and honesty this shop did everything they could do to get me back on the road again. Thank You.

As a woman it's really hard to trust if someone's lying to you just get more money (because your a woman). I did my home work and got several estimates to make sure I wantwa getting steam rolled and lied to, and this shop proceed to be the most honest and trustworthy. I got my car back fast and they done great work.Thank you Mr Dorado for being a stand up guy.

These guys are the best. They're fair and honest which is hard to find in the car industry. They could had lied to me saying things were wrong with my vehicle and made extra money off me but didn't. That and other things have tested their honesty and integrity and they passed the test every time.

JJ , runs his shop with Honesty , Integrity , bonus Affordable. I live in Florida my son goes to College in Johnson City . Clutch went out on a Ford Ranger. Work was performed on the time line promised and was $ 200.00 to $ 400.00 less then other shops in area. Richard

Had my transmission go out and worked on here, few months later had another issue with it and they took care of the problem. The best part is because it was still under warranty I wasnt even charged labor for having it worked on again. Any place that will honor the warranty and not even charge labor to have the problem corrected is a place that will stand by its work and that just doesnt happen alot these days. I would definitely take a vehicle to them and have work done again.

They fixed a transmission for us 7 months ago and it went out again... said the truck had a tune so no warranty! 3200 first time 2400 this time. The transmission should have lasted at least a year with a tune ! We never tow with it and it just didn't last...gave us a discount on a rebuild but still 5600 is ridiculous!
