Caliber collision did a great job of repairing my vehicle but they hide some information from me about my initial estimate. At the beginning of the first week, they were informing me about my vehicle and how the repair was going but they deviated in the middle of week two and week three. I had to keep calling them but overall, I am satisfied with my vehicle repair.

This place is GREAT!! Very professional and the staff truly cares. From day one I felt like they took care of me. I received daily texts about my vehicle status and where they were at with the repairs. If I had a question they promptly responded in a timely manner. Most responses where the same day.I highly recommend them!!! My vehicle looks amazing!!! Great customer service.

I walked in today without an appointment to fix a small problem in the front bump. The manager was very nice and took care of my car using the time between the two scheduled appointments. He did a fabulous job, which is much better than I expected. He mentioned that it was a small fixation, thus no fee. I would highly recommend this place for their professionalism and truly care.

Stopped in here because I had hit a curb and a piece of trim came loose. I tried to put it back myself, but it wouldn't hold right. They were very friendly and willing to take a look. Great customer service. They were able to fix the problem in under 10 minutes. I'm definitely coming back here for any future body work I need!

Great service. Was able to match a near impossible color Toyotas lunar rock. Truck looks amazing and was tidy on the inside as well! Worked great with the crazy snow and our work schedule.

We took my wife s car to Caliber after hitting a deer and are highly satisfied with the results as well as the friendly, timely service. Special thanks to April, who runs the show, and Phillip the General Manager not to mention the folks who did the paint and body work that turned out so well!We really appreciate ya ll!

Had to get the front bumper replaced and they took care of it no problem. About a week later my wife noticed it he bumper wasn t aligned properly. Caliber had us bring the car out to the shop and the guys came out to take a look real quick. Since the bumper was brand new, they noticed some scratches that caused it to come out of place and explained the original brackets were broken and our insurance didn t cover that part. However, they still popped the bumper back into place and good as new now. Also, they gave advice on how to get the scratches out of the bumper as well. Very friendly/helpful crew.

People are great, treated the truck "shadow dragon" as their own. I was new to this experience so I was worried to start, but if I need more future repairs for anything else I will go to them. And the truck looks like it was never hit.

Was referred to them by usaa. After waiting over 2 months to get my car repaired they cancelled on me 1 week prior without even notifying me. Even though I scheduled the appointment with them directly. They tried to blame Usaa but did not even bother to call me to let me know about the cancellation.

Caliber Collision was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend them to everyone! They kept me updated from day 1 and really appreciate that very much! I hope I don't have to have a repair shop again but if I do it will definitely be Caliber Collision!

Absolutely great people and fast, quality service. I will be recommending both my close family and friends and my clients to this Caliber Collision location. I ve recently been having some car trouble and to top it off, my driver s side mirror was shattered recently. I got a replacement and took it to the kind folks here who replaced my mirror for me at no cost. These are good people and I would recommend them for all your auto body needs! Many thanks to these nice folks and I will most definitely pay the good deed forward.

Waste of My Time. My Jeep sat in their back lot in the exact same spot for all three of the weeks they had it. We went back and forth with them all three of those weeks just trying to figure out what the damage was to my vehicle, until they just started saying it was totaled with severe structural damage . I did not believe it was totaled and neither did my adjuster, so I took my vehicle to another shop.And guess what? It wasn t totaled, had no severe structural damage and was fully taken care of in under two weeks. Caliber will not take care of your vehicle if it looks like too much work to them. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

Receptionist not very friendly. She told me estimates are done by appointment only. It's difficult for me to make appt due to my jobs. However I asked when they could schedule it. She said "oh it won't be today" FYI not a customer inside or car in the lot. IIiunderstunderstandunderunderstan

By far the best collison center this side of the us man everyone theres just so nice from the second you walk in the door your greated by the nicest lady and from there it doesnt stop i just wanted to say thank you to phillip and will outstanding bunch of people again thank you guys 5 stars
