What a great experience, If having to call for a tow can be. Within an hour, Chip/ Dalton was a super hero. Saturday morning off to start on vacation and we get our 5th wheel and truck stuck in deep loose gravel. Wasn't even a challenge for the equipment he brought. He needs a cape. He was my hero. Very sweet fast professional and extremely experienced.

My car broke down while I was out of town and Browns Mill Towing made an extremely stressful situation so much more manageable! They arrived within 20 minutes and had my car loaded within 10 minutes. They were incredibly careful and respectful of my car as well. I can t recommend them enough!

I had a flat tire with no spare. Within 10 minutes my driver Paul had my car loaded up. I was able to ride to my towing destination with the driver and had great conversation. I would definitely recommend this company!

Highly efficient coordinated staff that pulls together from different service based needs that you may have regarding your overall vehicle care. They are a tradition in this town for automotive care if you must have your situation be a win win situation. They are stable and reliably known in this town to get you off and back on the road. My car was towed after an (ex) family friend stole it after taking it to supposedly "work on it" as a favor to me. When I got to browns mill towing it was very close to closing time. The guys still cut me a deal and helped me fix it as much as I could in the parking lot to get it home. I ended up having to get it towed back to my home but I still really appreciate all the help and kindness.

Got my motorcycle to a shop to get repaired in less than an hour. Joe took great care of my bike and was super meticulous with making sure everything was strapped down and secured correctly. Will definitely come back to them if I ever need a tow.Service: Motorcycle towingService: Motorcycle towing

3 of their tow trucks were on I40 traveling a high rate of speed and going from lane to lane with no use of turn signals. I called the company and Noone called me back. Traffic was bad and these drivers were unsafe.

The operator said it would be an hour wait but the driver called 10 min later and from then it was only ten more min he showed care to not tear up my yard. I would definitely recommend browns mill

They never showed up to pick up my car!Story:Called them on Friday 1/26/23 early in the morning around 830a. Requested they tow my car from one shop in JC to another in JC (about a 3 mile tow). They agreed and said someone would come to get my car soon. I did get a call around 9-930ish from a driver stating he was on his way. Well, I was at work and so was my husband, so I assumed that they had picked up my car. About 3ish rolls around and I haven't heard anything about payment. I called the shop they were to deliver my car to and my car was not there. I called the tow company back and they said the driver had to respond to another call but that they would send another driver. Well, 445p rolls around and I call to check on my car, it's still not been picked up. Now both shops are closing at 5p. I call the tow company and it was after hours reponse operator. They said a driver was initially sent but had an issue. They were not sure why no one else was ever sent (the first call was at 830a, it was then 445p) but they didn't have anyone to come before 5p. So, I had to leave my car at the shop over the weekend until I could call back on Monday (today) to have it towed. I'm not sure why they couldn't find another driver in an 8hr time frame. Needless to say, I used a different tow company to tow my car to the other shop today. If you are depending on the tow truck to show up, I would use a different company!To respond to the owner below: There was not a tow bill owed. My husband paid the bill in full when the car was originally towed (it was on our credit card). The shop my car was at, tried to double bill me for a tow bill that was already paid. I called both the shop and browns mill towing and that was resolved before 11a. Both the shop and browns mill towing confirmed the bill had been paid. He then said someone would be out to get my car.Attached is my receipt of the tow orginal tow bill from Browns mill towing on Monday 1/22 when then car broke down. If you are going to call me out, then get your facts straight. The fact is you did a sorry job and with us and I won't recommend you!I always find it interesting when companies have to argue with every bad review. It's not a good look when you can't take criticism.

We were stranded at 1am on the highway, a gentleman named Nick, showed up extremely quickly, literally within 5 minutes. Informed us that the lugnut was stripped. Instead of leaving us SOL, he went above and beyond and still managed to get the tire off and replaced. Excellent service. Fast, efficient, prompt. And a sense of humor. Would 100% recommend. Had us up and going within 10 minutes. Double checked our spare. Everything. Wonderful job Nick.Service: Tire change

Unbelievable SERVICE. My car has a mysterious problem that doesn't show up on my mechanic's "scanner." The latest incident occurred at a traffic light one block from my house when my car died after a long light wait on a very hot day. As I was only going a block and a half to pick up dinner I didn't take my phone, so I walked back to my house, made the call and was very surprised to see the tow truck arrive just as I was getting ready to cross the street to my car.The driver was Benjamin and it was a fun experience to be helped by someone who did his job so effortlessly. I just want to say I am astonished by the customer service today! Absolutely hands down the best! I had a dead battery at a doctors office and when I called they gave me a price and unfortunately I wasn t able to do that, they called me back and wanted to come out and help anyways from the goodness of there hearts I hope this business flourishes in many ways then not thank you brownsmill towing for your good deed and as well as helping my son and I out of the heat thank you!!

Had to leave my car in a parking lot overnight because it was losing power and I couldn't make it all the way home. I called a couple of towing companies that evening and no one answered, the next day I called about 8 and most didn't answer and those that did didn't have anyone available. Brown's Mill Towing answered right away and were very nice on the phone and told me it'd be 1.5-2 hours which was totally fine. They showed up in about 45 minutes and got my car up on the truck and followed me back to my house, super quick and easy. I'll definitely be calling them first from now if I need something towed.

I was in Johnson City for my wife s medical appointment and my Toyota 4Runner (which had shown no signs of cranking issues) would not start after her appointment. I have Toyota Care and they dispatched Browns Mill Towing to either jump me off or tow me to Bristol Toyota (I live in Bristol). The young man was there to help in less than 20 minutes. He checked to see what was going on and started my 4Runner with a jump box. He also said that the jump box showed that my alternator was generating the right voltage so I needed to get my battery tested and most likely replaced. I would highly recommend Browns Mill Towing and I would definitely use them again.Service: Battery service

This company was amazing and easy to work with. I was stranded from 2 pm-9 pm after my tire blew and had multiple tow truck companies cancel on me. After speaking to Brown s Mill, they were super understanding and communicative. Phil was the one who came to my rescue. His communication was 10/10, he showed up in 30 minutes, and was super nice. The price was also very reasonable. Best tow truck company in my books and I recommend them to anyone in need Service: Car towing

I had an unusual situation where I need to tow a vehicle with no keys, in a tight spot on a steep hill that required police stand by. The gentleman on the phone made it so easy to coordinate with the Police and sent me the best driver, Magoo, who made an impossible job look so easy. I have several more cars to tow. There is no question as to who I will be calling. Thank you Browns Mill Towing for making a stressful situation stress free, and providing excellent service from start to finish. You have made me a lifelong customer.

this service was referred to me by a co-worker. Dalton showed up in record time got to work right away and was super friendly even though he said he had worked all week-end, we had some great little conversation while he changed my flat tire. Super sweet guy and from the reviews I've read it looks as though this is a great bunch! Hope the employer treats them well and pays them all their worth!! Good help is rare these days!

Well unfortunately my son had an accident. We call browns Mill towing and with in 10 to 15 minutes they were there. The young man driving the rollback (Joe) super nice, caring and very polite. I would highly recommend this company.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

This towing company provided me top notch professional service today. Dalton was able to find my vehicle even though I wasn't sure where I was. He was extremely professional and has a great personality. Had to get my car towed back to my house, and I have a very challenging driveway to get up. Dalton was able to get my car safely up my driveway with expertise. Will definitely be using this company for any future needs and I highly recommend them!Service: Car towing

My car push start went out at the gas pump called browns Mill towing the dispatcher was very rude told me it was going to be $55 for them to tow me literally not even a half a mile up the road I could see my back porch from the gas station. She could care less that I was sitting outside in freezing cold weather with three little kids it's ridiculous how these tow companies feel like they could just charge anything because they know we need their services. But needless to say they're still good people in this world I had a tow truck driver that came all the way out his way 20.min to be exact boosted my battery up on my car and he also drove my extra car home and followed me so I would not have to find somebody else to come get my car and only charged me $25 so yeah I don't recommend Brown's Mill towing for anything

It was a cold night when I Brooke down. Dispatch said it may be an hour, it actually took them 20 minutes to get to to me. The tow was less than $100 very pleased with their service.

i had reached out to several other tow companies that were so rude it was unreal and all had outrageous prices and wait times... i reached out to this tow company and one in the morning and not only was the price cheaper but by the time i was hanging up the phone the gentleman was pulling up. he along with the dispatcher both was so friendly and had great people skills! i wouldnt recommend anyone else but this tow company! i can promise you you wont be let down!Services: Car towing, Local hauling
