Spencer was very helpful! He walked us through opening our accounts and transferring our accounts over, all while helping his associate and connecting with other customers! It's been a year, while the customer service is still really good the hours of operations make it extremely inconvenient, especially if you have a business account. They impose limits on purchases they you have to make adjustments to but you better hope you can get there before 430 mon-thursday and God forbid you need to make a big purchas or need to make a larger withdrawl fri-sunday. Drive up teller service isn't great and ends early and you have to wait forever (last attempt I gave up after 50 minute wait). The app also leaves a lot to be desired. Will probably have to go to a larger bank out of necessity.

If I of all people don t qualify to own a home or a home loan then there s something wrong with your bank. Maybe you should stop catering to gentrification and making the problem worse.

Had very poor experiences with Bank of Tennessee. Multiple times they deposited my money into the wrong accounts. I even gave them my birthday and SS and they still deposited my money into another account. I understand an accident but it happened four times. Their App was super buggy, would often show the wrong amount in my account, and took forever to update. Then I tried to apply for a car loan, and the process was trivial and uneccesary, then they ended up denying the loan. We went to another bank and we were approved immediately.

Don t bank here, especially if you or your loved one is elderly. A one-star rating is generous. Co-signed loans here can put both borrower and co-signer in jeopardy. Three attorneys said standard practice is for co-signed loans in good standing to move to the borrower upon co-signer death. Bank of Tennessee dinged my father s estate for loans he co-signed, some with less than $200 remaining. While not common, it is within their right to call a co-signed loan. Just know that this can cause delays, extra expenses, lawsuits, property loss, etc.I was executress of an estate that Bank of Tennessee delayed for more than a year due to co-signed loans. They failed to file a release AFTER all loans were resolved for a full 5 months until I personally found their mistake & contacted their attorney for a release. Their shoddy business ethics and management practices are costly for those settling an estate that involves them. In addition, a comparison of local interest rates shows that they come in last.Multiple questionable business ethics and mistakes at this bank cost me thousands. They didn t even offer an apology. My worst experience with any bank! I recommend taking your business to a more responsible banking institution with solid financial ethics.

Closing at 4:30 when other banks are open until 5:30-6 is really annoying and inconvenient for the Mon-Fri worker. I will be switching banks after today.

Not open on Saturdays, not even for limited hours, and mobile banking is not very good. I have used a mobile banking app with another bank, and it worked pretty well. Bank of Tennessee's mobile banking app is awful. It always says the pic is "blurry" even when it's not, and it ends up taking me awhile (with multiple retakes) just to deposit one single check (this is a corporate issue, not just this location, but I'm hoping corporate will see this review and do something about the app).

Eric is always so helpful and kind. Everyone in this branch is very friendly, but I think Eric goes above and beyond. Been banking with them a long time and never once had an issue they couldn't fix.

Not bad Glad that they help out people that aren't necessarily making with them
