On December 24 2023 my new Red Hyundai sonata limited received some rear quarter panel damage. On December 26th I went to automotive collision technology on the referral of Johnson City Tennessee Friendship Hyundai. Brandon was very professional and said not to worry the car will look fantastic after the repairs. Also all repairs are lifetime guaranteed ( except normal wear and tear items of course). I brought the car in for repairs February 19 2024. The soonest the repairs could be done. It's March 6 2024 and the car looked like it NEVER been hit. Strongly recommend them when you need body work. I was going to update this response last night. But I hit delete instead of edit.I had previously rated this business as a 2 star . However I'm changing it to a 1 star . I am also going to let the people know why. My husband and I took our car to get an estimate. After waiting for around 20 minutes. A man came out and quickly walked around the car. He said what he/they could do. My husband and he talked shortly about a couple of spots on the car. He gave us a price and a time to return. After we got down the road. Another man gave us a call and said that the estimate was going to be slightly higher due to the first man not adding up right. Needless to say we didn't return with our car. I left this business 2 stars. But........sinceI was given a snotty response about being a habitual complainer. Well I call it letting the public know. If you own a business treat your customers like you would want to be treated. Remember I'm not the reason you got 1 star .......you are !

A-1 job. Crashed left front end. It took a few weeks to get in (they are that good). The repairs were worth the wait. My car looks brand new again. Thank you, ACT!

They did such a great job that not one person can tell or show me where they started and where they stopped. I took my Range Rover to trade it in and the person at the dealership that inspected the vehicle ask me if i was positive that the vehicle had been wrecked. I just kept the car. I love it.

I took our Acura TL here for repairs on the bumper, they did a fantastic job!!! I was so pleased with great customer service and quick repair. I recommend ACT and their highly skilled team. Great Job!!

Been using these guys since 2003 Tommy and Eddie are the real deal great owners and there team from front to back are very knowledgeable and very professional with their jobs if you re looking for a first class body shop check these guys out you won t be disappointed

I had a very pleasant experience with ACT! Minor damage from hitting a deer and the paint repair matches great! 8K worth of damage on a new car, whoever had to weld a new quarter panel in gets 20 out of 10 stars and is the employee of the month. However there were 5 paint issues that had to be corrected over 2 more visits keeping this from being a 5 star review.

My Dodge truck was hit by a hit and run driver and messes up the whole right side. I took it to ACT and they got it right in and repaired everything and it looks great. I was pressed for time and they even worked on it on the weekend. This is a great place and they all, from the management to the body men are top notch. These guys are amazing. Their work is excellent they matched the paint up perfect. I was absolutely amazed at how great my car looked. I would never ever use another body shop. My car had extensive damage to the rear end after someone hit it while it was parked. ACT got me a quote on Friday, had it in the shop the following Monday, and by Friday they had it looking brand new. Very professional, and outstanding quality or work. Can't even tell it was wrecked!!! Thank you for all the work. I'm only giving 4 stars because of a hiccup in my repair. They did great work but planning for parts arrival I feel could have been scheduled better. I wound up needing to return the car because they had an issue getting a new windshield. I think they could have foreseen this as it was on the original estimate and scheduled my repair for when all parts were to be available.Other than that I feel guys did great work and my car looks great. If need arises I believe I will use them again.

The staff was courteous, professional, and did an excellent repair in a timely manner. They worked closely with my insurance company and even arranged for a rental car before my arrival. And I was able to drop off the rental car at their business when repair was completed. The cost was fair and the craftsmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this firm for repairs to your vehicle.

They did a great job fixing my rear bumper at a reasonable price. It looks brand new now. Very friendly, professional and efficient place. They do a great job and vacuum and wash the car when finished. Guaranteed work. I highly recommend them!

Awesome folks but, they can only work with what they get. They try so hard to make it better than factory but, are limited to what insurance will pay for the cheap Chinese OEM..

My husband had the back quarter panel and wheel of his BMW repaired by ACT. They did a fantastic job with the vehicle. The service was outstanding as was the follow through. We would definitely use them again for any body work on a car. A+++

Almost no waiting time spent. They got right onto taking pictures of the vehicle damage and getting a quote for my repairs. They sent everything directly to the insurance company concerning the damage to my car.

I have had 19 years of great service for these fantastic folks. When my father s truck that I inherited was in a bad collision when someone else ran a red light and hit me in the side, I just knew that it was lost. Eddie Smith and his outstanding team not only fixed it, but fixed it with new GM parts and state of the art processes. ACT did such a great job repairing my vehicle after I was hit by a drunk driver. They were professional, timely, honest, and very well priced. They even detailed my car before I picked it up. I couldn't be more pleased! Definitely recommend ACT!

Hit a deer twice in within one year with my new truck. The second time was Major damage, cosmetically and mechanically. I brought it to here based on a recommendation. Very good service and attention to detail. Good communication and explanation as to work performed. Stuck to time line. Very happy! Hope I never see these guys again, but if I need auto collision repair again, I m coming back here.

I had a terrible experience with ACT. When I dropped off my car for repair I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks. A couple of weeks later I was told they were behind and it would take a couple more weeks. That happened again and again, they ended up having my car for 10 weeks...which cost me over $700 in rental car costs. And if that wasn t frustrating enough they did a terrible job at the repair. I didn t want to go back so State Farm let me take it to a different shop for corrective repairs. The other shop found so much stuff wrong with it that my car ended up getting totaled. ACT hid a bunch of serious problems. They lied to me and to my State Farm agent. Absolutely horrible.

My truck was dented by a hit and run type incident . . . in a parking lot. But the dents in the side panel were significant. I requested a police report, went through insurance protocol, and had the dents and scrapes repaired at ACT (Automotive Collision Technologies). I called to make an appointment, which isn't required, but was greeted quickly by the staff. Two knowledgeable people helped me quickly fill out paper work, inspected the truck, made an estimate on their computer software and handled all of the insurance details. I also had a bad fog light unrelated to the insurance claim and they kept it all separated for me. The repair was EXCELLENT. This truck although it is a 2000 year model looks great. They cleaned up the truck on the outside all over, fixed the fog light bracket, and kept the interior clean while it was there for a very reasonable, short time. Thanks to ACT for fixing the truck!
