Great customer service from Louis & staff. We've been there several times & he definitely is there to help his customers. He's very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. He's a great asset to the company. I highly recommend this store if anyone needs anything dealing with their vehicles.

I know these type of stores are really a guy place, so I feel like I'm out of place. However, this time was so not like that at all. I needed a key fob battery. Upon entering a really nice gentlemen approached the counter to assist me. He took my key fob apart got the correct battery, inserted it into the fob, put everything back together, went to the window used the fob to unlock my car, I paid him, he thanked me for coming in the store. I told him I really appreciated his help and happily went on my way. Great experience.

Luis is the best!!! We were struggling with battery issues he tested and replaced our battery with no problems even in the cold rain. Super great guy and really helpful!! Thank you for a great experience!

Bought a belt here and it disintegrated the first day. When I tried to exchange the belt, they refused to refund or exchange.

Went to the Bristol Highway store in need of a battery and wiper blades for my wife's Chevrolet Cavalier. Scott Stevens was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. He had the exact battery and wiper blades I needed. And he installed them for me. As a disabled veteran, this was greatly appreciated. I have always received excellent service at this store. Please convey my appreciation to Scott.

At 9:00pm, I was leaving a store and as I turned on the windshield wipers, the driver side blade disintegrated. I called Advance Auto right at closing, explaining the situation to Stan. He said if I could get there quickly, he would wait for me. I gave him the make and model of my truck so as to save time where I arrived. As I was placing Gracie's leash on, Stan came out IN THE RAIN and replaced my blades with a new set. I only wish that other stores had representatives half as trustworthy and honorable as Stan. I also wish I could give him a pay raise for such outstanding customer service!!! I will definitely be returning to this store for ALL my automotive needs!!!Still wonderful and helpful staff as always.

Not sure where they find service guys, but an FD16 oil filter won t work where a FD2 filter is used. Maybe they can hire my 10 year old, he was able to find the right part number online.

The staff is knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. Helpful information on why my check engine light came on, even gave me the name and number of a mechanic. Happy to say my car is up and running!Thank you for your time and effort to keep my car on the road!

This is my go to for auto part needs. Their prices are always the lowest, and they will do what they can to assist this single mama with self diagnosing, troubleshooting and are always honest. Even when I'm convinced (falsely) that I need something, they will give their honest opinion even if it means I'm not buying a part (that I clearly don't need) in the long run they will make money from me because they've earned my loyalty. Oreillys is the worst about being helpful and answering questions in my experience. In my position, I greatly appreciate our local Advanced staff, they are awesome and professional!

Great guys that work here except one employee that was very rude & didn't even try to help when we called for help which is why I didn't give 5 stars but the other employees are super nice and always willing to help when you call or go inside

On 6/22 bought oil and filter bundle that was advertised for 24.95 was charged 31.95 because counter person said it was an online deal they wouldn't match price really??? No more shopping there and won't recommend!!

This store was the only place in 4 counties that had a sensor I needed badly in stock and it was cheaper than all the other auto part stores by over 30$. I had not been signed up for the rewards program previously with advanced but was offered the opportunity by the employee and took advantage of it and instantly got a great 10$ coupon and 10$ credit just for the first purchase I made. If you need something no other stores have check here.

This particular advanced discount Auto part location is very good it's services my work is well as delivers pretty much right up till they close. The people in there are highly knowledgeable and I would recommend for anybody doing their own repairs

Very helpful....do people realize that they LOAN tools !! You have to pay just like you're buying it, but you get your money back when you return it ! That's really cool. Needed the tool to push caliper pistons back in, $121.00 to borrow but you get it all back.

Will NOT honor lifetime warranty on a 6 year old alternator because their system only goes back 2 years now since their "system update". Management wouldn't even try to help. I had one assistant manager tell me they just started this new system a month ago and the next day I had the main manager tell me it has always been two years. I know he's not telling the truth because I've had them search and honor warranties before that was much older than two years. The Manager also told me they can't keep track of all their warranties because they would have to have a 1,000,000 Sq foot building to hold the computer. Well Advance you better get building because O' Reillys and AutoZone keeps their records for much longer than 2 years and they will also get ALL my business from this day on.

I go to Advance Auto Parts for Alma Parts I need for my car because they are very kind if you need a battery they were actually put it on there for you if you don't want your old battery they will dispose of it but they will also tell you that if you don't want to let them have it you could sell it to the junkyard and the junkyard will buy it off of you but if you don't want to go through that hassle they will take it and get rid of it they are a very clean store I love going there for floor mats car incense and parts if I need it they will actually tried to help you fix it if they're not busy so if you need something to go inside your car they will try to help you fix it I would recommend this torture everyone I've been going there for years and I like it
