bought a tailgate for 100 bucks, no problems out of it. also bought a bumper for 200 dollars yet they wrote on my ticket i paid for two tailgates and not a bumper. the bumper was the wrong one and because they screwed up the ticket they refused to refund my 200 dollars and would only give me 150 since that s what was on the ticket they screwed up. so i was screwed out of a bumper and 50 bucks from their mistake. definitely wont be going back.

Bought salvaged engine in July. Did not have time to install until Oct. Warranty was for 30 days. Was told engine came from wrecked truck and engine was sound. NOT TRUE. Replaced oil pump, sensor, seals, still does not work. Be careful when you are looking for salvage parts. I'm out $3700!

If I could put zero stars I would. These people will rip you off so fast. Bought an engine from them that was a lemon and they won t refund or exchange it. Now I m out an engine and don t have the money to buy another one. Definitely not A-1 service.

Bought a used engine that they claimed only has 30k miles on it for $1,500 and when the mechanic put it in, the head gasket was blown. Now they won't give any type of refund or exchange or try to make it right at all. Unless you're wanting your wanting burnt, don't do business with them.

I ordered a part the part came and it was not the right part. I sent it back and they did not give me a refund. So I called no one answered I texted no answer and I called at least ten times no answer. So if you buy on line please be careful.

Great customer service via text after online inquiry. Though the online parts system was a little confusing to navigate, at least there was one. Disappointed that drop shipping was so costly considering they were going to be shipping the part in anyway, as the difference is only a technicality. Salvage operations of any kind really deserve all of the support we can give them - a longstanding local resource I hope to see thrive!

You will pay as much for a used part from a junk car at A-1 as you would pay for a New part elsewhere. I live local to A-1 and picked up the part myself. I was told by the young gentleman that there was a 30 Day Guarantee on there used Parts. Six days later I returned the part and was told we cannot refund your money. I took the part home and threw it away to keep them from reselling it. I have since found the correct part at Car Parts online. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car parts.

Came from WV for a bumper for my truck and was pleased with the service and pricing. Great guys, and I have the up most respect for how they handled everything. Will be doing more business with them if I need it and recommending them!

We needed an altinator we got one it did not work for 2 weeks the guy garenteed it for 30 days it didn't work for 2 weeks and they do not do refunds I bought a new altinator and so I'm out the money for the non working part! Small business this is why you don't get business.

Well I went up there to get a seatbelt and air bf and it took them 3 hours to pull it off the car and then they gave me the wrong seatbelt they have no clue what they are doing they need to hire someone that actually knows how pull parts off a car

Out of all the salvage yards in the tricities, I go here first. Awesome knowledgeable staff and they're always willing to help. Hands down, the best.
