I got my car serviced at Todd s today. The price was fair, they were super fast, and the lady at the front desk was super sweet ( I loved her nails by the way ). I would recommend this place for sure.

I went in for an oil change and also had a electrical issue , I was afraid that it was going to cost a lot of money for the electrical problem but to my surprise it was very reasonable ! They did great work and they are very honest people. Thanks To Todd and the whole shop !!

Todd and DeeDee are so good with our vehicles and customer service. We don t trust anyone else. They have treated us like family since the beginning. We ve had about 8 vehicles serviced by them and will continue to do more in the future. If you need honest, thorough and reliable service, they do it all.

I took my car in for inspection and they determined that 2 things needed to be repaired.I asked them to tell me how much the repair would cost. They said they were working on it and would call me. I called them twice within a month about the price and they always said they were working on it and would call me at the end of the day. They never called me back.

Todd's Auto center has been working on my vehicles for a long time, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Todd's Auto center does a great job the workers are kind and friendly. I definitely would recommend Todd's Auto center to anyone give them a try you'll feel the same way as everybody else does.

Excellent work! Really knowledgeable and friendly! The first time I took my Explorer here my engine was smoking, didn't really have any idea what was causing it. They got to it quickly and had the problem figured out very fast. They did amazing work and didn't charge me anything crazy! Now I go to them for everything. Great mechanic and great staff!

Todd's has grown a lot over the last year. The old office is no longer in use, and the new office is quite nice. Even the service has increased. The new staff is being ushered in really well with the same local owners guiding everyone along. I very proud to see this business grow as it has. The parking lot can be chaotic, but do not let that sway you. It's full, because they do solid work. Support Todd's, because they're going to outgrow their original home more soon. I trust their work will continue to be exactly what I need and as honest as it always has been. I rated them a 5 a couple years back, and I'm adding this to say why they're still a 5 star business.Edit: As of 2023, still the best professionals I have used.

Todd's techs are knowledgeable and helpful, and they don't try to talk you into repairs you don't need. They've been taking care of our Subaru and Nissan for 8 years.Todd is honest about what repairs are necessary right now, and what can wait.

Highly HIGHLY recommend. I have never used Todd's before as I get nervous going outside of my usual mechanic but I had no choice and now I'm ONLY going to Todd's! This place is great. Dropped my car off on Sunday and was ready the next day. Thank you Todd and Dee Dee!!!!

I had to wait 7 hrs for my insurance to tow my car 8 miles to this shop. Everyone here was kind and hospitibal while I waited. Once my car got there they took it back next and I was out in 20mins. The lady at the desk was one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in customer service. I had a great experience while here despite my insurance's effort to ruin my day. Todd and his crew are great! I broke down after hours and had my truck towed to their shop. Being 3 hours from home, I had to stay in a hotel. They not only had my truck repaired by noon the next day, Todd came to my hotel to pick me up. Everyone was so nice to me during a difficult time. It is comforting to know that people/businesses like this still exist.Service: Engine repair

Had them do both an alignment and an oil change two different days. They are super nice folks and always try their best to work you in even if busy. Nice hometown kinda place and definitely recommend.

Dee Dee and Todd are awesome! Not only did they service me right away without an appointment in an emergency alternator break down, they also drove me home a couple miles down the street while I waited for the repairs to be made which they finished the same day! They are such friendly and knowledgeable people with superb customer service! We are so glad they are in our neighborhood.

We love Todd s Service Center! My fianc� and I brought both our hybrid Ford SUV and our Acura MDX to Todd s Service Center. In both instances they promptly diagnosed the issue and fixed it affordably. I really appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service. I won t be going anywhere else.

Wasted Veterans day waiting on them to call me about my car which I had left the night before for an alignment and a leaky tire... I told DeeDee I was stranded and going home Saturday and gave her a local number to call... I waited all day for a call because she told me there were 2 cars in front of me,, 1 at 7 am and 1 at 8 am...I finally went there around 3 pm just for Todd to tell me he couldn't get my car on the rack because its too low.... fair enough... they recommended a couple of places (i think just to get me out of there) so I called and one of the places didn't even do alignments! It would have been nice to know all this before 3pm... I had to trailer it away with a flat tire too. At least he could have tried to fix the leaky tire... smh... can't believe anyone these days.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Todd's Service Center is beyond amazing. My car broke down outside of Joelton on a cross-country move. It was a busy Friday before the weekend and no other mechanics would even look at my car until Monday! They saw me right away and helped me file an insurance claim that I didn't even know I had a right to. They saved me $4000 and did a great job replacing my engine. They were so kind, understanding, and patient. I wish that I lived closer, so that I could go to them for all of my car service needs.

My mom just left Todd's and she doesn't use a smart phone, so I'm posting on her behalf.She was traveling alone on I24 heading out of Nashville when her car started to overheat. She panicked and called me. She happened to be about 5 miles from Todd's shop and the Google reviews were good when I searched for a nearby shop to send her to for emergency help. When she arrived her helped her immediately: diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem, and got her back on the road in less than an hour!!I'm so thankful for Todd, the owner, who helped her personally just before closing (on a holiday weekend no less) and got her fixed right up. What a great experience at the shop!!Thank You Todd!!

We were traveling back home to Wisconsin from Nashville and had a bulge in our tire. Todd s was the closest repair shop. They had a replacement tire and put it on quickly. They were wonderfully kind and we couldn t be more grateful!Service: TiresService: Tires

If you need ANY work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go! DeeDee was amazing in the office...and Todd did an excellent job working on my Mazda. They were super busy and now I see why! I will be taking my car back to them for every need I have going forward.

Super friendly and terrific service. I was driving across country and broke down at a nearby gas station. Todd and Dee Dee stayed open late, came in early and got me back on the road in very short order. Even gave me a ride to a local hotel. I can t say enough good things about Todd s Service Center!

Told them I only wanted my belt changed and 8 hrs later I was billed for a replacement belt and $125 extra for a digital diagnostics that I didn't want or need
