Came in to get a $25 gift card as a present and i was greeted with the nicest man at the front. He was an older gentleman who i believe was newer and he was helping a guest over the phone when he was done with that he helped me. I needed the gift card and he wasn t sure how to do it, which is understandable, he then had a manager i believe which was a man, and we was very helpful and showed the older worker how to complete a gift card. As he was cashing me out, i wanted to do so much in cash and then the rest on card, he accidentally hit the wrong button in which this made him redo the purchase, i understood this. He then had to get him manager to help him in which this time it was a female with piercings. She was so disrespectful to her worker which was the older man. Telling him how he got ahead of him self and so forth she then was rude with me, the way you talk to a costumer is with respect, because your job is costumer support. She needs better training and it took a lot for me not to say something to her but i didn t want her employee to end up getting in trouble for what i had to say.

Please, before you assume I am a hater, let me qualify my rating. My phone number, address, and all my vehicles are loaded into the system, I have been an O'Reilly customer for many years, and I appreciate that I've always, repeat and emphasize ALWAYS, had the best of service, everytime I've stepped foot through the door, until tonight. I posted a picture, where the sign reads...open. the door was unlocked and I went in, a lady on the phone was obviously working and busy discussing availability of parts that would be in the next day. I walked almost every aisle, looking for alligator clips to build a jumper wire with. I saw a guy come from the back, dark headed, and he stood stoically at a register. He avoided eye contact and stared aimlessly. After walking in front of him 3 times minimum, looking at the gondolas and the front and aisle in front of him, and looking at him, which he avoided, I finally ask...because the lady had been off the phone a few minutes now and she wasn't bothering to ask if I needed anything...i asked, do you have any alligator clips, small ones? The guy at the register, didn't flinch but looked up and said...maybe on aisle 5, on the left. I walked down that aisle and made the circle around the shelves again. No one ask or said a word. I left and no one said a word. The sign may read open, but I advise you to shop online for your parts and go pick them up yourself. If you need help, follow me because tomorrow, I'm taking my business back to NAPA. I will not disclose the company I work for or the 375 employees that will all be notified that shopping at O'Reilly is no longer an option. If my need as a customer at 945 at night isn't important, then neither is the fleet I maintain or the equipment I service. May God bless us all

Overcharged me 28$ on 4 spark plugs! Told me they were cheapest they carried and sold me the wrong ones. Went straight to diff. O'Riley & guy sold me the right plugs for 15$ & made up the difference. From 10$ each to 4$ each. O'Riley in Blaine needs smarter and more honest workers like the one in Jefferson City.

I prefer O'Reilly over other similar parts stores. Staff seems more knowledgeable. Pricing is very competitive. Always seem to have the parts I need, including for my motorcycles! I appreciate their new store location.

This is my go-to auto shop for parts. These guys here are the best. Every time I go in I look forward to it because there's always a great conversation and they always have what I need 99% of the time don't get me wrong there's that 1% chance that you have to wait till the next day but that's rare

I want to give a huge heartfelt THANK YOU to Aaron and Melody at the Jefferson City TN store. I won't go into the whole story but my husband and I were in huge bind with our tire. We tried Walmart, Auto Zone and East TN Nissan and no one could help us. We were desperate by the time we got to O'Reillys and if it would not have been for these two going way out of their way to help us we would still be in Jefferson City 40 minutes from home. It truly warmed my heart because in the world we live in today you rarely see anyone that will go so far to assist. Great service. I highly recommend this store. Hope you are lucky enough to have these wonderful people assist you. Thanks so much you two.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Prices are average. Battery prices are slightly above average, but I think they are better quality than batteries from other stores. The last one I bought lasted over 10 years.I recently bought a new battery there and Brandon R. was very helpful with install and purchase. Definitely check this store out for your automotive needs.

Any time that I need a part, O'Reilly's is one of my first stops. Not only are the parts a better quality, but the warranty that comes with the part - O'Reilly's actually stands behind. If you are a veteran, they have a discount for you! Bring your vet ID, and they will set you up!

I've been getting parts for my truck recently and all the guys I've dealt with have been happy to help with everything I've needed. I told them the model of truck I drive and they looked up the parts I needed and I haven't had anything wrong yet. I'll keep going back.

Great people to deal with. Unlike the other competitors in the area. There are 4 locations within 20 miles of me, and everyone of them are pleasant to deal with. They care for the customers and get right to work finding and helping me get what I'm there for.

I go to this O'Reilly's every time I need something for my car or truck but this time I needed a starter solenoid for my older farm tractor. When I got out of my car carrying the old solenoid one of the workers was outside. He took one look at what I had and said "looks like you need a tractor starter solenoid". I said yep! It took a few minutes and all three workers looking on line but they found it and it was in stock! I do think they have ever let me down! Thanks O'Reilly's!

It s raining today. That being said, my engine light came one. I needed to see if it was something serious (so I didn t hurt the engine) and I could get home safely.I walked in and asked for someone to check my code. Apologizing cause I knew it was raining but I was worried about the car. The guy behind the counter refused to come out. And wasn t the nicest about it. So I left and went to Advanced Auto, where they read the code and I do need to go to the mechanic. So from here on out I ll go to Adavanced Auto. All I needed to know was if I was in danger driving the car and the guy wouldn t help me.

Went to have the diagnostic done on the car because it is misfiring. Associate tried but the car wasnt throwing a code so we couldnt find why its misfiring. Associate tried . Guess the dealership will be the next stop. O'Reilly has better good people trying to help bit sometimes it just doesn't work out.
