Next Level went above and beyond for me. Brad handles most front end responsibilities like booking appointments and facilitating processes. He was very kind and considerate every step of the way. He made every attempt to ensure a smooth process. If you want a auto repair shop you can trust, you come here. They will treat you right and give you a fair price.

I had the best experience here. Matt Snyder was so helpful and really took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I knew every detail in the process. He was very nice and gave me the best customer service. I will definitely be going there for all my car needs from now on. And I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to go here.

They were very prompt at helping me and diagnose the problem. I didn't know if it would be done within a day but sure enough they got it done. It was an amazing experience all the way around. I will definitely be going back for any of my maintenance or mechanic needs. Definitely give them a shot for your next issue or just a tune-up they'll take care of you..

This place was great! My Chrysler was having electronic problems and they got it figured out and back to me that day. Customer service was great. Everyone greeted me with a smile and the service manager Mathew was very professional and kind. The cost was also very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I'm not sure how there's people thats saying they didn't fix their vehicle or this wasn't done and blah blah blah. After reading what the shop responded with. Seems more like they didn't want to spend the money. And just wanted a cheap fix. Well, that's not on the shop. That's on the customer if they don't approve what the tech suggested. I've had my vehicles in and Matt was always upfront on what was needed. Would even have Hunter "the tech" explain in more detail if needed. This place is amazing and will work on any and everything I own. Thank you guys

Matt and the guys were great, had to have a bunch of work done. Service was top notch, they were professional, courteous, they even stayed over to get me out that day. Matt and the team kept all their promises , which is something sorely lacking in most businesses today. Will definitely take my car back to them.

I had a very nice experience here. I was made to feel welcome as soon as walking in. Matt went above and beyond to answer every question that I had and even showed to me and explained everything that was done to my car which I was very pleased with, he was very professional and kind.I will definitely be using them for all my future car repairs and maintenance.Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!!!

5 star service from the guys here. Everyone I encountered from the phone call to the pick up of my Altima were kind and patient. Husband took his SUV there cause of a check engine light on. They put it on the diagnostics machine and told him that his converters were dirty. That he could replace them or he could take SUV home and put some cleaner in gas and clean them that way to see if that will work before spending thousands of dollars. Matt was very friendly and helpful. Doesn't try to force you into anything and he gives the best advice about ur car. Doesn't try to fix something that doesn't need fixing just to make money.

These guys had my truck in the shop 3 times for several days at a time and after charging me $1300 they still did not fix the thing I asked them to fix. They replaced a belt and now my truck has that high-pitched skreech every time I start my truck. I have to say they were all nice guys but I will not ever go here again even if I have to drive to Morristown or Knoxville for assistance.

Had a great experience. They are friendly to work with. They were able to diagnose the problem with my car quickly and give me a quote for the repair. The work took most of the day but it was a lot to do and I feel like the price they charged was fair for the work done. Would definitely recommend.

Matt Snyder and the guys did a great job on my repairs @ half the cost the dealership ask and did NOT tell me I needed this and needed that on top of my requested repairs ! I ll definitely make this my garage for any future needs !! Honest and dependable!!

As a woman having to deal with car issues it can be difficult but I have to say it was quite different this time. Matt Snyder took his time explaining everything. I never felt rushed or like I was stupid. I will definitely return. Thanks again.

Yeah man these guys try there hardest to swindle there customers. I payed over 1300$ to fix my car then two weeks later I started to have the same problems and they don't know why and I'm not paying that again. My friend that also came here has had multiple problems with them

my car has been making some weird noises and i took it in and talked to matt snyder and he knew excatly what it was and explained in detail on what happened i am for sure taking it to him everytime and i would refer anyone to him he had a1 customer service!

Brad and his team did an excellent job with my car. Had my timing belt and tensioner replaced, plugs and coils, and some oil seals. they performed the work promptly and exceeded my expectations. I had a noise under my car they said it was a wheel bearing so they put two on and it did not fix the noise under my car they also said i need a brake job on my car and my brakes are perfect so i took my car to budget brakes and they checked my car and said brakes are good and said i had bad tire making a noise so i changed my tire and now my car is fixed they chargef me over 400 dollars to put wheel bearings on and my car didnt need wheel bearings just changing tires fixed my car plus they are as expensive as a dealer ship
