This is my 4th time coming to this place, and they always welcome you in like family. I've never had such an amazing experience at a dealership as I did from Farris. Nikita was my sales person and she did a fantastic job landing me a 2021 Nissan Rogue! I definitely will recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Farris Motor Company in Jefferson City TN!

I bought my first car here yesterday with Nate. (2015 mini cooper) he was amazing, very easy to work with, i'm 18 with no credit and no co-signer and he was still able to make something happen for me. i recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car!!!

Nate did an amazing job helping me get this beauty! I was so indecisive about buying a vehicle. He told me to make sure it s what I wanted. With no pressure to buy. I had an excellent experience buying my car from Farris in Jefferson City. Johnathan, Kevin, and Jamie were all pleasant and so helpful. They explained everything about my car, and even let me ask questions a few days after we bought it. Our experience was so much better, easier, and faster than at a major dealership, and we will definitely go back the next time we need another car.

Not a well-oiled machine although they scheduled me quickly, some of the work was forgotten about and I had to stay longer than anticipated. Also, I got an oil change and the tech was very sloppy. My vehicle was left filthy inside with residue everywhere and my steering wheel of my $70K truck was covered in grime and oil. When I got home, residual oil dripped all over my clean driveway. Thanks Farris Tech.

Had an amazing experience buying my new 2023 charger from nate. He made the whole experience better buying a new car. I will 10/10 recommend going to talk to him about a new ride... very pleased with the service.

Had a great experience at The Dealer For The People. But my experience would have been nothing if their salesman Hunter Foulks hadn t ran outside and caught me before leavening. Because of Hunter I no have the Ram of my dreams and had a great experience. Thanks Hunter for my new truck!!!

Small story, I bought an older vehicle from them. When I got home there was a text from the sales person "Hunter". He had noticed some fluid on the ground after I left the dealership. He asked me to come back so they could check to see what it was. After their inspection the asked me if I would like a different vehicle. They were concerned that the vehicle wasn't going to suit me. They offered a more expensive vehicle and said they would keep my payments in my budget. The vehicle offered was way better than the one I had purchased. They now have a customer that will come back. They were ethical and truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I've never experienced a dealership before that had compassion for the customer. Thank you

After looking around in Knoxville,We decided too check out Farris in Jefferson City . Nikita was our salesperson, She was amazing ! They made our deal work for us. Jason Farris personally came over and explained our options to us ! I have always laughed at the commercials But now I'm telling everyone they really are the dealer for the people !

Our van broke down in Morristown, an hour away from home, right next to this dealership. The sales staff was very helpful trying to assist us to find a rental vehicle to get home. When that did not happen, we decided to look and see what pre owned inventory was available and settled on a very fine GMC Acadia. Sales manager J and our salesman Nate were both very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership and staff!

Above and beyond....I don't have the best record but I have been living well and doing my best for a while...Nate was exceptional....he helped me through and got me mobile so I can work...I had a wreck recently and lost the nicest car I ever owned...he got me into something even nicer....I'm very grateful...God bless you all..ty so much....made me feel like all the hard work and time has paid off....

My husband Michael and I Garnet Houser, came to Farris motor company, on March 12 2024, Hunter Foulkeds, was are salesman. He was a very informative salesman regarding his product, he treated us just like family once we explain what we wanted he knew exactly what we were looking for. Hunter was a pleasure to work with, he deserves a five-star rating for the way he treated us. Once Hunter was done with us he introduced us to Jamie Picquet which is the manager and the financial adviser to us. He also made our experience a very comfortable experience with him and he also treated us like family, he did everything he could to meet our expectations of what we could spend on our car and be reasonable with it. Jamie also deserves a five-star rating I would recommend Ferris Auto to my friends and family and especially to Jamie and Hunter they were great men to work with and we thank you so much. This dealership is fantastic! Micheal in the sales department was extremely helpful and over the top friendly with me when I needed to get a new car. He worked with me on the trade in, and finding a car that best suited my needs. I ended up purchasing a nice 2018 Honda Fit off their lot. The benefits package that goes along with a purchase of one of their many vehicles is the best I have ever seen in a car dealership, and has so many benefits you really can't beat it! If you are looking for a used or new car, ask for Mike here, and he will get you into one!

I highly recommend not doing any business with this company of crooks. Farris motors will take you and your family to the cleaners financially. Crazy high interest rates, bad customer service and even the mechanics were rude several times while taking the car in for an oil change. Don't put you and your family through a worse situation by dealing with these people, it's literally better to not have a car than go through them.

I bought a car there and I wasn't pleased with my salesman but, I brought my friend Angie back the next day and she got Hunter as her salesman..Hunter is awesome he not only helped her but he was also very helpful for me..Hunter has an awesome personality..I will send customer to him without a doubt...I also received great service from Jason and Jay .I want to thank all of them for great service..Good job guys!!

Got an oil change and wiper blades replaced today. Part of the bill was "reset tire pressure to vehicle specification." That wasn't done. Tires were low as they were when I brought it in due to the temps getting cooler. Also low tire pressure warning light wasn't reset as it got cold this week and tire pressure on one tire went below 30. Called to inquire and was told maybe their sensor system was off. No.. your tech blew it off and didn't do his job.. Now I wonder what else on the 23 point visual safety inspection wasn't done. That being said I bought the truck from them in 2020 and have been nothing but impressed with my previous visits to change the oil. I'm hoping the tech just had a brain fart and it isn't a larger scheme by the company or the lone tech to skirt safety features for their customers. They said I could bring it back in tomorrow which I will to fix the tire pressure.
